Expensive doesn't always mean good. This is the second time I've eaten here and I hope it is my last. The ribeye was terrible. Very tough. I took most of it home for my dog. I hope he doesn't bite me for bringing this to him. The green beans were so salty it was more like salt with some green beans on top. Mashed potatoes were ok but not a lot of flavor. My wife wanted chicken piccata until the waitress told her it was served on rice and came with green beans and mashed potatoes. She ordered the ribeye. She probably would have been happier with the chicken piccata on rice with salty green beans. I'm gonna tell our dog the ribeye in the doggie bag is from her so he won't bite me. Their appetizers were pretty good. Onion rings were gigantic but overcooked. The calamari was good. I wish I could tell you about the shrimp but they never showed up even though they were part of our 4 course dinner for two. It was a 3 course dinner for two. A lady at our table got bread pudding for dessert and wanted to take some home. She asked our waitress if she could get some extra sauce. You would have thought she asked for a million dollars. The waitress said she wasn't sure the "chef" would let her have it. Our waitress wasn't very good. She was nice but acted like she was new and didn't know what to do. The food and service were excellent, and the arena and restaurant were beautifully decorated for Christmas. We had the calamari and onion rings, both were very good. I just wish the calamari came with a larger portion, and I'd love to see bell peppers instead of jalapeños in that dish. We also had the 8 oz filet, which was extremely tender. Amazing food! And what a cool place to go eat. We also saw a concert at the arena. This is really an awesome place and very classy set up. I loved our food and everyone that helped us was really nice! Definitely a place to go visit and eat. And try to go on one of their music event nights. Between the disinterested waitstaff and the hit and miss food quality, this meal wasn't what we hoped for. Sure, it's a restaurant in an arena, but if you're selling yourself as a high-end steakhouse in any location, you have to have good service. We ran a steakhouse for 16 years and know a thing or two. Here are the details of our meal: It took 20 minutes to place our order after drinks came. They were out of the $22 Wagyu hamburger. I understand running out of things but when your customers are barrel racers you should have a backup burger plan. A Caesar salad that was ordered never came. Bread was delicious but we were never offered more. The chicken fried steak was overcooked to the point that it shrank inside the crust. The baked potato and mashed sweet potatoes were both barely warm. We asked for them to be rewarmed and it took almost 10 minutes for them to come back so hot they were inedible for another 10 minutes. It felt vindictive! Overall a disappointment. read more

We almost didn't stop, because the reviews were not very good. But, we absolutely loved it. Good service, and our entire order was great. We had chips and salsa, our daughter had the the kids steak, and we had chicken fried ribeyes. I can't complain about the service, food, or prices. We will stop again. read more

I visited Crossfire again as I was in town for a family reunion in January of this year, and I feel I have to revise my review and give them four stars for this visit. Service was excellent - the young lady who seated and served us was polite and charming. We were seated away from the door to the arena - always a plus. The margaritas were just as good as last time, really sweet and tangy, but perhaps a little short on alcohol. The food was good this time - mom and I shared the chicken fried steak and the portion was a good size. We'll definitely visit again when we're in town; it's so close to the Inn, and one of the better options available. read more

You won't believe how bad it was. I've been to Circle T for dinner 4-5 times. The food is ok, a little over priced for what you are getting. The service is sub-par. Most of the times I've eaten here, there has been some sort of issue. Usually with the bread for some reason. They seem to run out, or it takes a while to get it, but then you see other tables getting their bread. This last time I was there was the ABSOLUTE WORST though. We had a group of 9, and all ordered steaks. Our waitress came back twice to confirm our orders again. 30 min into waiting for our drinks, we asked for bread. She scolded us and said she was working on it. We asked again 15 min later, and again we were scolded. We got our drinks, and she left. Another waitress went by and we asked her for bread. She brought it back in less than 30 seconds. It was another 30 min before we got our bread from our waitress. We ordered appetizers and were served double the amount we ordered and when we tried to send the extra back, we were told we would still have to pay even though the waitress said she made the mistake. It was an hour and 45 min before we started getting our entrées. I kid you not, 7 out of 9 of us had to send our steaks back because they were still frozen. 1 guy had his steak cooked 3 different temperatures from left to right, 1 side was well done, middle was medium, and the other end was rare... I don't even know how you do that. Another guy had to send his steak back 3 times, while a girl sent hers back twice. She ordered a medium well filet, and they kept bringing her extra rare New york Strips. Our waitress came back and confirmed our order a 3rd time... AFTER we had already gotten our food, well everyone except me. She somehow forgot to place my order at all. Our waitress got sent home by the manager who then took over our meal. We ordered several drinks from the manager, but never got them. We ended up going to the bar and getting them ourselves. We asked the manager to split our bills. We WAITED FOR OVER AN HOUR TO GET OUR BILLS. When we finally got them, it was all on one bill and not split like we asked. So the manager had to start over again. Then when we got our bills, there was stuff put on there we never ordered. So the manager had to redo our bills a 3rd time. In all, we were there almost 4 hours just trying to eat and get out. Not socializing or anything, just trying to eat and get out. You would think after such HORRENDOUS service and food that the manager would have taken care of us at least some... NOPE. The guy who sent his steak back 3 times got his steak taken off his bill but paid for everything else, and the girl who sent hers back twice was initially offered to only lower her bill to the price of a NY strip instead of a filet. (which was nice, bc it would have sucked to pay for a steak you didn't get, lol). Then she was offered free desert. The rest of us paid full price for the terrible experience, then the manager begged us not to post any bad reviews. I would not recommend this place, you have been warned. read more

These guys keep stepping their game. Steaks are alway great and cooked the way you order...not a normal thing even in Texas. They have been a godsend during the shamdemic. The service great as usual. If you get a chance order the Pecan Praline Cheesecake, in house creation of the kitchen staff. Most excellent way to end an evening and the best cheesecake this side of NYC. Steadily going down hill. Menu has been pared down with relatively few dinner selections compared to the previous menu. Ordered the $25 filet tonight, medium. Not only cooked well done, but dry and stringy. I question that it was a really a filet. I can no longer recommend Crossfire. It's a shame. Our waitress was really sweet and good service. read more
