While the…read morefacility offers a variety of amenities, spin classes and scheduled strength train classes, the overall member experience is very underwhelming. At times the gym felt overcrowded and louder than expected, not because of members or music but rather trainers and their environment. I also found communication regarding policies, scheduling and member concerns to be inconsistent. One of the main reasons I joined EpiFit Club was to be part of a community focused on growth, encouragement and inspiration. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those values. I observed behavior that felt cliquish and unwelcoming which is a distraction from the positive atmosphere I was hoping to find. Based on my experience, I do not plan to renew my membership. I also intend to share my experience will other review platforms so prospective members can make informed decisions.

The facility is spacious, well-maintained, and offers a wide range of equipment for all fitness levels. What really stands out, though, is the coaching staff. The coaches/ trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely care about your progress. They are always friendly and quick to assist with any questions. Beginning with Archie's, "it would be an honor to assist with achieving your fitness and nutritional goals" persona; it trickles down to all of V Fit's staff. I've consistently participated in the CrossFit classes which are both fun and challenging. Lastly and most importantly is the incredible sense of community. From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly faces and people who genuinely care about each other's progress. The members here are supportive and motivating, and it feels more like a group of friends than a typical gym. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, everyone encourages each other, and the trainers make it a point to help you reach your goals without any judgment. The V hosts regular social events, from member challenges to weekend hikes, which help build connections outside of just working out. I've met so many great people here and it's easy to see why so many people keep coming back. Overall, I'm really happy with my membership and would highly recommend. I started going to American Row House back in January and from my first class I was hooked. I am…read morenot "in shape" by any means...but this class was easy to dive right in and give it my all. I have now been to 10 classes with 2 more scheduled this week. I can't wait until they add more classes so I can consistently go twice a week. This class has given me something to look forward to each week and has motivated me to work harder to get in shape. Dan and Kim (the owners) have created the very best welcoming atmosphere. I'm so glad I found this place! I've even brought many friends who also love it. I would encourage anyone to give them a try!!

It was a Saturday so the workout was a four partner workout which was pretty fun, I had never done more than a group of 3 so that was cool. It basically had EVERYTHING in it - doubles, pull-ups, running, toes to bar, wall balls, and was a terrific workout. The space is huge as I mentioned, clean, and has everything you need plus some extra perks like a peg board. I accidentally left my knee sleeves there too and Harbor was nice enough to mail them back to me which was great. I would absolutely drop in here again and recommend it to check out for Atlanta locals!

I met DDP at a restaurant the night before I decided to try out the studio, he was so friendly and he explained the studio so passionately, I was already wanting to try it out ever since I saw the documentary, Resurrection of Jake the Snake, it features him and DDP's method, amazing movie, but nothing like DDP himself to sway you! He let me know he was teaching the class the next morning, so I told him I'd be there! I showed up about 15 minutes before, I brought my own mat and towel,make sure you bring a towel, you will sweat, ALOT. I was greeted warmly by the girl at the front desk and she explained everything I needed to know. They supply you with a heart monitor which is an awesome feature, your name appears on the screen in front of the class so you can check your progress, make sure you're in the correct range for your heart rate an it tracks the calories you have burned. The actual class was amazing. It was incredibly high energy, but I still feel like I got a great stretch and a very complete flow. By the end I had burned over 900 Calories and I was beat! One of the best work outs I've ever had! You have to try it, I had So much fun, and the people that work there and work out are all incredibly friendly and supportive.c
