The good: The workouts are varied and each exercise has two or three different "levels" you can…read morechoose from depending on your goals and level of fitness. The breaks are quite short, allowing you to push yourself. I appreciate that the coaches are friendly and helpful to correct you when you're doing an exercise wrong and help you to get the most out of each workout. The equipment is all in good condition and cleaned after each exercise; you are expected to clean each area yourself, and they provide towels and disinfecting spray to do so. The meh: It's quite warm inside; I believe if they set the AC to turn on before classes started, that would solve the issue. Some of the coaches are more interactive than others.

And about 10 mins into class, I was obsessed! The coaches and Staff are amazing, The members and coaches completely motivate you and inspire you to be the best version of yourself that you can be. I consider myself an athlete but I can tell you that I am humbled when I'm in class. I always feel AMAZING when I walk out the door!! Community is a big deal here, and building it is one of the main focuses of the gym. The coaches are also great at providing knowledgeable/personalized feedback. I know people are hesitant to invest in a CrossFit membership ($$) but coming from someone who's paid for multiple gym memberships and barely used them, this one is definitely worth it. The value is in having a whole community help push you towards your fitness goals. So many days I didn't feel like training but then started working out with friends and all of a sudden, it's like you're playing a game. Everyone is beyond friendly here and finding people willing to suffer through a WOD with you is pretty easy. If you want to have fun and improve your health and fitness in the process, I'd definitely recommend Excel for you.

I…read morehave been pretty consistent with working out but really needed to focus on the nutrition part and that's when I got connected with Micha. We had a meeting to discuss my goal and then she went to work! She quickly put together a plan that has been very sustainable and I've already seen a huge difference and lost about 9 lbs! I really wish it were bigger. Having one smith machine has been my biggest gripe, people prefer to use it over barbells (myself included). When I got there, there was a friendly gal (Emily) who sounded like the same one on the phone. she said they didn't offer 3 day passes and I would have to pay for a whole week, at almost $50.00! I told her thats not what I was told and she said there is one other person there, but I probably called the wrong gym. I showed her the number I dialed on my phone and she said that was there number. So I went somewhere else. This was a bait and switch tactic and she was pouring on the sales pressure when she said, "that price is only about $8.00 a day" Stay away! They are not honest!
