This was so fun! We came here for the US and Australia game. The people were so nice and gave us tones of free football stuff. The place was clean and so were the bathrooms. The food was SCRUMPTIOUS. Crossroads seems like your local dive bar, located in Chantilly, Va. it is divided between a smoking section and a non-smoking section. We chose to stay in the non smoking section since we didn't plan on staying long. We had a grabbed a beer and the service was good. We didn't order any food as we just stopped in for a beer. Food and drinks are always on point staff is excellent.,been coming here for years until recently they have stopped smoking in the smoking section to accommodate the bands allegedly but they are not bringing a crowd when they play, so it takes away from the locals that spend a lot of money and outsiders that smoke especially when there are big sporting events and can't enjoy it on Friday and Saturdays when you just get off work and want to relax with a beverage and a nice cigar and watch your favorite sports and spend some hard earned money!!!!!! I would leave zero stars if I could... traveling for work and they took 30 mins to get to us (even greet us) at the bar - and went "in the back" to make our drinks and took our IDs with them, after we had to go to the kitchen to even get a server to come out. And then, claimed that my ID was fake?? (I'm almost 26) and made a fuss about it. They are clearly uneducated on Real IDs and out of state IDs - they have no idea how to check if an ID is real or not (I bartended for 5 years, so I know the rules.) The server was completely rude and useless as was the manager. The "smoking" side was full of 50-60 year old men that would not stop staring at my girlfriend and I. Creeps, made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable. The entire restaurant smelled like a cigarette on both sides. I would NOT recommend this run down, dumb little bar. Was visiting chantilly and found this amazing restaurant... very good location .. lots of other reataurants and shops around this restaurant.. and more than anything else - there is live music and it was great . They have pool tables on the other side . Lots of them.. good time pass ... They serve very good draught beer . Got blue moon and it tasted awesomeeeee ! Service was good . Beer costed about 10$ but it's a talll glass and worth it . Ordered fried pickles and it wasn't that good . Too oily . Had to soak the oil put using tissue papers . Everything else was good except the smoke smell :(. Many were smoking cigars and it wasn't a good experience.. I wouldn't recommend taking kids / or others who are allergic to smoke . This place can be great. Servers and bartenders are great. Live music is fantastic. The food is out of this world. It's one of the only pool halls that let you smoke inside. If they ban smoking on weekends, not sure it's worth it. I literally drive 35 miles specifically smoke (cuz I'm old school) but may find a closer place if that policy changes. read more

December 2021 - COVID Review: I came here with a group of friends to catch some Thursday night football and since they have a decent variety of choices for food and drinks on their menu. Before coming, I saw how other reviews have mentioned that they allow cigar smoking inside but I was anticipating to sit in the non-smoking section anyways. What would've been helpful is if there was a sign when you go through the main doors to know which side is smoking vs non-smoking - it's the right side of the restaurant by the way. It does suck though that after leaving, our clothes still reeked of the smell of smoke anyways. The food was decent - I wouldn't recommend the fried pickles though because they were soggy and lacked batter/breading so it was practically falling off of the sliced pickles. read more

I can't speak highly enough about the recent experience I had using Crossroads as the site for my husband's 50th birthday celebration recently. From start to finish I had a stellar experience and the staff were all incredibly amazing, super helpful and everything went seamless from start to finish. Billy, the manager, was extremely accessible with regard to asking questions and seeking advisement on both the preparing and same day party party experience from helping with the menu, suggestions of food quantity, preparing for drink tickets and was very attentive same day of party making sure things went smoothly with jumping in and helping with the decorations and ensuring there were refills of foods the evening went on. The bartenders Olivia and Brian were literally the best--they helped with everything from helping me carry things to my car, to helping hang and put together decorations to doing a fabulous job tending to our party attendees with their drink needs! Nicest and most efficient crew of people. 100% recommend without reservations and feel super lucky to have happened upon them! read more

I'm only giving this place 5 stars because of the amazing bartenders and waitress staff here..they deserve your time and tips..what you are about to read is not their fault...but here is my story today.... The Manager of this amazing bar, David, got fired yesterday by the worst owner in the world...Garry. I have been a customer here since 2003. I worked at Lowe's nearby, then recently during COVID ran my business here so clients and I could meet at the end of thei long tables. David was always there when I needed parties for my local theatre, my actual wedding reception and small get togethers. He always asked me how my day was going and built a repore with me. He did this will all clients. This new owner is never here and when he is never comes talks to the clients. Not one time has he greeted me or asked me how my day was. He sits in a booth counting money like the jerk he is. David was the heart of this bar and I will follow him with my money wherever he goes. Garry you made a huge mistake because of your fragile ego! Stopped in here the other day to say hi to Morgann. The bar service was excellent as always, and my taco salad was epic. It lacked cheese and sour cream, but somehow this wasn't a problem, as dressing was uniquely delicious. Another thing I really like about this place is that they have effectively separated the smoking and nonsmoking sections. Of course, I like the design of the smoking section, but it just wasn't workable. Next time I'm in, I think I'll try one of their burgers. The menu is defiantly a winner. read more

I spend a lot of my time here when I am in town. Started only coming for the pool, loved that they have a smoking section, playing with a cigar and a whiskey is my favorite way to get down. Just started trying the food. Prime rib was okay but the double down wings are absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere, very welcoming, I am usually solo when I come here and am able to get a couple pick up games, especially on league nights. Good people. read more

Terrible experience as a Sports Bar. Bartender racially profiled me and has serious anger management issues. Manager is too intimidated by the bartender to take action. I have been to this bar one other time before to watch a football game and had a great experience. However, I wasn't cheering for any specific team that day, so I think this may have been why the experience worked in my favor. I cheered for both teams when doing good plays, I enjoyed the ambiance and watching people cheer for their favorite teams and thought: "This seems like a good place to watch my Cowboys vs Lions Special MNF game. The Cowboys happened to be my girlfriend's favorite team so I had decided I was going to root for this team to win. For some unbiased context-- every time the Cowboys scored and stopped the Lions, I would applaud and cheer like a diehard Cowboys fan. I wasn't being obnoxious. I was showing excitement and using it as a way to connect with other cowboys fans at the bar. I wanted to feel a connection with my girlfriend watching this same game in Florida (She's a true die hard Cowboys fan). But, everything went bad after I spoke in Spanish to the barback. I could see the other bartender seemed to be annoyed by it. I am a Latino male but I look pretty ethno-neutral. In my gut, I felt like the bartender was already annoyed that I wasn't rooting for the same team as his and then even more annoyed that I was speaking in Spanish. When I ordered my second beer, he stared at me for 3 seconds in a very aggressive sort of way. At that moment, I honestly felt very profiled. Almost like he was saying "You have no place here, rooting for "americas team" in my bar" but that's not what he said. He said worse, but later. In the middle of the 3rd Quarter when I decided to order my 3rd beer, I looked at the bartender who was at the other end of the bar and pointed at my empty cup. I was avoiding talking to him at this moment, so I just indicated with my Index finger, " One more". The bartender dead-stared at me for 5 seconds when finally said to me and the rest of the people at the bar "Please and thank you go a long way, I always teach my kids that" and gave me what was to be my last beer of that night. First of all-- I'm not a kid. I'm 35 years old. I felt out of place, awkward, but I sucked it up and reached out to him privately and said "Sir, I'm sorry if you feel disrespected". THEN, he responded in a condescending tone "That's okay, you've been doing it all night. Hope your Cowboys win (rolling his eyes)." I sat there.....embarrassed-- I was publicly humiliated. I thought about leaving, but felt like by doing so, I would be doing my other Latinos an injustice. This was unacceptable. So, I asked a different staff member for the manager and it so happened that the person responded "You're talking to him." I told him that I needed to speak with him after the game was over and he nodded and said "okay". At this point, the Cowboy's Brandin Cooks scores a 2nd Touchdown of the game and lead was 17-13 with 7 Minutes left on the 4th quarter so I cheered (perhaps a little loudly) "GO COWBOYS" and stared at the Bartender on the other side of the bar, he then came from the other side and loudly cursed at me saying "[expletive] you! What are you looking at me for?!". The manager walked over and told me to "Exit the building" so I asked if I could first explain what had happened, because he hadn't witnessed any of it. He didn't seem interested in finding out why the bartender had treated me that way, so I paid my bill and left without knowing if the Cowboys had won or not. After watching the recap at home, I realized the final 2 minutes were the most thrilling moments of the game. This wouldn't have been a terrible experience for me if the manager had approached me and explained to me what I did wrong or tried to stay neutral in the conflict. But he didn't. It is a completely unprofessional establishment where minorities are profiled and the sports bar atmosphere is only provided for fans cheering for the same sports teams as the bartender. If you're not a local, if you're a minority, or even if you are just rooting for the opposite team of the bartender's favorite team at Crossroads, then I suggest walking around the corner to Backyard Grill or driving to Hooters. We came for football Sunday and was surprised that this was a smoking bar. It took getting used to the smell, but it wasn't smoky which was a plus. Only two bartenders and one server, but the crowd was consistent throughout the day so it didn't get busy or crowded. The service sometimes took long but the server was nice and got better as time went by. There were about 5 pool tables and a few dart boards. There seems to be another bar on the right side of the building which I assume is the non smoking area. Didn't find this out until later, but it looked like there were some pool tables too. Bathrooms are clean and loved the tiles they chose lol The food was surprisingly good. The Thai chili wings don't taste so much like Thai but tasty, and the wings were big. The double down wings were pretty good too. The garlic ranch was a nice touch. Happy with the cheese fries - crispy and they used white American cheese which was delicious. The nachos are sky high which makes it worth the price. I'd say the cost of food was slightly higher than expected but glad it was good quality and flavored well. read more

Came here with a group for a dinner event. Had been here when it was another name in the past. The same general concept as before, but better food and service. One waitress to cover all of the roughly 75 people on the right side of the restaurant. Sat down at a table with other group members, and then waited for our waitress to come. Once she came, she took the orders of those who showed up since her previous visit. I ordered water with lemon and the combination fajitas with no sour cream. Less than 20 minutes later the fajitas appeared correctly without sour cream and it was a plate with lots of steak, chicken, but only a few shrimp. I expected more, but okay. For $22, the fajitas weren't super large as I anticipated. But they were good and filling and I didn't need to order anything else. A lot of people at my table got fish and chips and burgers, which also looked good. I'll be back with this group soon and will try something else. This place is like any sports bar with lots of TVs, lots of sports and also plenty of pool tables. Recommend giving this place a try. They have a nice outdoor area for when the weather is right and they have a smoking area, which appears to be on the other side of where we were sitting. read more

It doesnt get better than this... Hands down the best spot in NOVA for food, billiards, and late night. And company too! The staff is awesome. Kimmie, Nicole, Kat, Alex, Chuck, Eugene, and Glendon are always a great time and the best in the biz. Bars really dont do food like they used to but Crossroads is a different breed. This is a purists' kitchen. Food comes out HOT and DELICIOUS. You HAVE to get the double down wings when you go, soooo good. Loaded nachos are massive and great to share. My vice is the bacon cheese fries *drooling* Great crowd for live music if you like to party. Or if you want to relax, theres a quieter family side. Love that they have a dedicated smoking side, how many restaurants let you smoke indoors these days? Some days i have a cigar, a whiskey, and watch the game on the TV wall and other days me and some friends compete in the pool league. Great to have Crossroads nearby. First of all - the food. The wings are TOP notch. My wife loves the Tex Mex egg rolls and salads.
