My guest had the salmon that she said was decently prepared but not something she'd boast about. Essentially, we were slightly underwhelmed but not disappointed. Restaurant has nice outdoor seating however we decided to eat indoors. Interior could be nicer. Server was kind a little over attentive. Food came out extremely quickly. randomly stopped by Sedona Taphouse after being out all day and craving appetizers, and they did not disappoint. The Thai glazed wings were absolutely delicious and easily the highlight of the meal. The nachos were a close second and definitely worth ordering. The flatbread pizzas were just okay for me, but my husband really enjoyed the meat lovers version. We arrived during happy hour, which was perfect because we were able to order from the special drink menu. I had a French 75, and it was so good--light, refreshing, and well made. The only small hiccup was that it took about 10 minutes for a server to come to our table. However, once she did, everything went smoothly and she more than made up for the delay with great service. I'd definitely come back to enjoy their happy hour again and try more from the appetizer menu. read more

Sedona is in line with places like Lazy Dog and Bonefish. I think it's a really solid place if you're looking for something more lowkey and quiet. It's located near townhouses, but the parking lot is big and so is the space. We came for a Sunday dinner and were seated immediately. Our server was so nice and attentive, as well as the rest of the staff. We ordered the truffle fries to split and they were pretty standard; they were hot, crispy, and the truffle flavor was light. For my entree, I ordered the Chuckawalla chicken with mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts. It was good, everything was made well and the flavors were nice. read more

For starters this place is another spot that I would recommend we had a amazing experience with our server who was in training who do great of keeping us entertained and as well as making sure we were taken care and that's always a good feeling when coming to a place a business. Parking was smooth it's right near an apartment complex but they do have their own parking lot which is perfect. Food was favorable and well portions where they gave you a good bite and just enough to filled you up perfect spot for dinner and maybe lunch .I got the salmon with asparagus and garlic mashed potato with blueberry pomegranate martini both delicious. Sedona is a fun, levelly place. Service is good. We have had several nice meals in the restaurant with the PEI mussels a standout. Recenty we ordered takeout and the mussels were not available. The Thai shrimp were a disappointing substitute. They did not travel well as take out food. The flat iron steak was excellent, as was the flourless chocolate cake. read more

Place does get busy as it's the only beer and burger place in this little neighborhood. Service is glacially slow. Order your dinks AND food all at once. Otherwise, you'll wait forever for a sever to come by your table to take your order. Burgers are just meh and definitely frozen and thawed patties. Severs and staff are way into clearing and cleaning after customers leave, but not so into attending to customers while they are dining. Lots of customers looking around wondering where the servers are. read more

Nice spot, but nothing that really stands out. Got the Black Angus Flat Iron steak w/ chimichurri and was pleasantly surprised by it. Enjoyed it. Staff was nice, but the service was mediocre/below expectations. We had to ask multiple times for items that should have been brought out right away or when asked for (i.e. water, utensils). A friend also got a espresso martini and there was a surcharge for what she asked for which was fine, but the surcharge was like ~$10 which is ridiculous since that's almost another drink. If there are any extreme surcharges, they should let people know how much it costs next time so there isn't a surprise. read more

I came here because I'm from AZ. Just felt nice to be nostalgic. However was very disappointed. Sat at the bar and ordered. Took a while but no problem. The people around the bar are to busy chatting and didn't notice a couple that came by waited for service and walked out. Another person walked up and eventually due no service left as well. After a long week this is the spot to hang with the crew. The atmosphere is laid back and there's plenty of room to spread out. This is my type of spot offering a flight of bourbon. The food is delicious. I can't say enough about the wings other than order more. Everything was good from the appetizer to the main plate. So I'm a regular at this restaurant just not this location (I typically go to the one in Fredericksburg). Today I was here for a work luncheon. I ordered the Renegade pasta off their special menu that changes often which normally comes with shrimp & scallops but I subbed out for chicken instead and this was a great decision. The pasta is very tasty my only complaint when I requested for sauce or for additional sauce in the side the kitchen told my waitress that it would be an $5 up charge. If you look close at the paste it's on the dryer side none on the bottom after stiring and trying to mix the meat with the noodles and this was very disappointing as a pasta lover. It seem as if they tossed the noodles in the al sauce and just made the meat and put it on top bc the chicken didn't have the sauce taste at all. Lastly we were abt a group of 10/11 so if customer satisfaction is your goal I felt as if you should always make sure the customer is happy. The restaurant wasn't extremely packed so this wasn't an unreasonable ask. Also why I give the 3 start rating. Two of my coworkers weren't exactly pleased either (they are not on yelp) one ordered a plant based burger and the other steak tacos. The burger came out last which was odd as the rest of us ordered good size entrees. Then they said they could only make the steak tacos well done which he wanted medium so he also had to settle. So not the best experience food wise but our server was awesome wish I would've gotten her name. As a whole they need to improve customer satisfaction. read more

We came in after being in Chantilly for a gun show. This place did NOT disappoint in anyway shape or form. We sat at the bar and got Dave! He was the friendliest and even had recommendations. We found out at the end of the meal it was only his 3rd day! We could not tell. The food was all flavorful and full of everything you could want. The clam chowder comes with bacon on top. ( I took a picture after I was many spoonfuls in because it was so good) I got the salmon with corn and brussel sprouts. All cooked and seasoned perfectly. Bae got the devils pass pasta which was also amazing. ( he finished the whole thing) I am not drinking alcohol so I got a Strawberry Basil refresher and some Saratoga sparkling water. So, I had the opportunity to visit Sedona Taphouse again, but this time I had something other than their delicious bread basket. My revisit allowed me to partake in their Happy Hour which takes place Monday through Friday from 3:30PM to 6:30PM. On their happy hour menu, there are a handful of appealing options for the low price of $6 such as their truffle fries, the margarita flat bread, and the desert fire jalapenos. I opted to get the truffle fries and a margarita flat bread, which were modestly sized, along with the lemon drop. As to the flavor, my margarita flat bread may have been in the oven a smidget to long or stayed out of the oven a little longer than anticipated prior to getting to my table as it was a little tough. Additionally, it may have been missing an ingredient that I couldn't quite put my finger on that left me wishing for more out of the flat bread. The truffle flies needed a little bit more truffle and parmesan for it to be a hit for me. Our waiter was very attentive and provided quick service and the ambience was very chill with a great playlist playing in the background. Overall, my experience here, which is heavily influenced by the food was about average. read more

Went to Sedona Taphouse with the wifey and some friends for a nice dinner night. The moment we stepped foot inside the restaurant the staff was super attentive and made sure we felt at home. Excellent recommendations and knowledge on all the dishes served, funny banter and great atmosphere. The food was pretty tasty, awesome portion sizes, and somewhat affordable. The drinks were superb! I had the smoked old fashioned and not only was it super smooth, it also came with a beautiful presentation (As pictured). My fiancé and I decided to try this restaurant after hearing about its food. We walked in and had the pleasure of Yousef being our waiter. He asked if it was our first time there which we said yes and offered recommendations on appetizers. We decided to go with the desert fire jalapenos and goat cheese and tomatoe jam bruschetta which both were absolutely amazing! While trying to decide on our main meal we decided to try some drinks we both got the Havana Coconut. Unfortunately this drink did not taste like we expected with coconut rum, cherry liqueur, pineapple, and lime. I expected it to taste along creamer but all you can taste was the lime. Afterwards we tried the pomegranate blueberry cocktail and that one tasted a lot better. They are both strong drinks but I had to minus one star as they do not have a large cocktail menu. I understand they are a taphouse and have pages of beers and hard alcohol but wish they would expand the cocktail menu more. Now for our main course we both got the sedona crab cakes which was absolutely amazing. There was lump crabmeat in them and the flavor was great. I would prefer it seared a little more (again personal choice) as it falls apart pretty easily. I switch the included sites for string fries (Which are actually regular fries) and Brussel sprouts (seared good but no flavor) and my fiancé decided on the sweet potatoe fries and grilled asparagus both of which he really enjoyed. I highly recommend getting the lemon butter that comes on the bruschetta on the side it truly takes the crab cakes to a whole new level. Yousef was a great waiter made recommendations and helped us narrow down choices (we were starving so everything sounded good). One thing I had never encounter in any resturant I have been to in 30 years is asking about food allergies. This really was amazing and glad to see the restaurant is prepared for this situations. Great experience here! Stopped by on the way back from a brewery to grab some food. So many beers and other drinks on their menu, but really wanted to grab an easy bite before heading back for the afternoon. Started with the Desert Fire Jalapeños which was easy to share and had the perfect amount of spice. My main was the STH Burger with fries. A burger with a bit of a sweeter taste but cooked to perfection and although it looks big, you take a few bites and you realize you're almost done. Service was quick and efficient. You need to dine-in here on Monday because their flat iron steak is so worth the half-off price!!! It was cooked and seasoned really well and came with delicious mashed potatoes. I also recommend getting their truffle fries!! Even though I was really full I couldn't stop eating them. Also just want to note that their side of grilled asparagus only came with three so we were sort of disappointed with that portion size. The server was really kind but towards 6pm it got a lot more busy and it took a while for us to get our check.
