I have been coming here long before it was Crossroads. The food and drink are excellent. The appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, and the new Street Tacos are very good. The beer selection is large and service is good. I have brought family and friend here and no one has been disappointed. There is a smoking and non-smoking side. Both are clearly marked and my wife, who has a very sensitive nose when it comes to smoke, has never mentioned it on the non-smoking side. Give this place a try. read more

First time going there since the name change from Bungalow and they did a good job. I only visit the non smoking section. Kids meals were good and reasonably priced. Good specials and the food was good. They have pool tables and TVs for sports viewing. read more

I previously reviewed this bar under its old name, Bungalow Billiards. The management has changed, thus, the new name, but the bar is just as good as before. The new management upgraded some of the furnishings, such as the bathrooms and some of the furniture. The bar has two, separate rooms: smoking and non-smoking. The smoking side is where most of the action is. That's where the live bands perform (before the Wuhan virus economic restrictions) and it has more pool tables, dart boards, and usually more people. It's one of the only places in northern Virginia in which you can smoke a cigar indoors, so it gets some cigar smokers, and I am one of them. The non-smoking side is a little more brightly lit and more family friendly. I rarely go in there, so this review focuses on the smoking side. The staff is very professional and friendly. Many of them have worked at the bar for years. The drinks and food come fast and are excellent. I really like the wings here and think that they are among the best in the area. The prime rib special is a bargain. The nachos are also really good. The bar's best drink deal, as I understand it, are the 32 oz mason jars of draft beer for about $10 (for craft beer like Allagash White). The rail liquor cocktails are also cheaply priced. The Fireball shots are around $4-5 if I remember correctly. The bar has some pool and darts leagues, I believe, but I don't participate in them. Maybe someday. On weekend nights the pool and darts room is usually packed. They have plenty of TVs in the bar area, including a giant screen, so on heavy sports days you should be able to find the game you want to watch available. The staff, of course, will take requests on a particular event that you want to watch on one of the TVs if it's not already on. They don't usually show pay-per-view boxing or UFC events. The atmosphere of the bar is laid-back and casual, as in jeans and a T-shirt. I have worn my work clothes in there at times (a suit, because I work in an office) and I got stared at a bit by some of the regulars. But, it was no big deal. If you're into style, you know the age-old question: "How do you pull off wearing a suit to a sports bar?" If you want to experiment with how to do it, then I guess Crossroads is as good a place to try it as any other sports bar. If you're looking for a singles-scene, this bar may not be the best option in the area. Most of the customers are regulars and the gender ratio is about 60-40 male to female. When the Covid pandemic restrictions are lifted (if that ever happens) and the bars go back to full operation, I assume Crossroads will return to featuring live bands in the smoking section on weekend nights. Crossroads usually doesn't have a DJ playing dance music, but dancing will sometimes spontaneously break out during some of the live performances. One of the most enjoyable nights of the year at this bar is their annual Halloween costume party. My wife and I have attended it twice, and had a great time. read more

I've been coming to this place for years.. Me and my friends usually go here to relax or sometimes play billiard.. I love the bar there and just feel relax and comfortable.. But lately.. started months ago.. there's this lady bartender whose name is Morgan.. for some reasons we do not know that she's been treating as so rude.. disrespectful.. no manners at all.. me and my friend do not have any clue at all.. why she behaving that way.. but me and girlfriend tried to ignore her.. like ignoring her but today 02/18/2023 at around 11am we went there to the bar just to spend a little time as usual.. and relax.. and she was the one there.. as we expecting.. she gave this attitude again.. without saying hi or something.. not even asking us what we want to start with.. she just opened 2 bottles of bud lights and just gave it to us.. again without even asking.. and then we looked at her and she looked back at us and said that.. That is what you want right? And my girlfriend said.. you did not even ask us.. and with attitude she said ok then she can get back those bottles.. I don't understand why she behaving like that.. i feel like she's discriminating us.. She's just so rude! I do not know why the management keeping her.. and when we looked for the manager.. she said she's the manager.. wow! We hope that the management will look this as a serious complaint.. we are regular customers and we are good people.. and I do not think we deserve her rudeness.. she's very rough and needs to learn how to treat their good customers right.. Like I said been here to this place for many years and love this place but for now because of her/ Morgan I will give 1 star! read more

Each time I walk through the doors, the first thing that I think of besides the smell of their double down wings hitting my nose is the sense of comfort that this place provides me.. their staff is very friendly and has great comradery with each other, and the place is very clean! Which is a huge +! Their menu has something for everyone: im a big fan of the double down / spicy ranch wing combo with the bacon cheese fries! Repeat customer for sure! read more

Crossroads is hands down my favorite bar in northern VA. Please let me say how appreciative I am of the staff- very professional and kind. The selection of beers is very vast and there's always a beer for you, whether you are into IPA's, stouts or something seasonal. The food is delicious. Many places try to do a lot of items on the menu and get it wrong. Crossroads gets it right. You can order a lovely burger, sandwich, wings, or pizza and it comes to your table looking like heart and soul was put in to their food. The atmosphere is fantastic for pool players and just socializing catching up with your friends and colleagues. It's even great on weekends to catch the live bands that come in and perform! I'm so glad Crossroads is able to stay open during COVID. They were my go-to spot before the lockdowns and it makes me super happy to be able to still visit. We came in to have some lunch and beers after work. Sat in the non-smoking side and waited for some time before Deana came over (I guess there's only 1 bartender for both sides) She seemed like it was a bother we were there. We ordered our drinks then she disappears. Another several minutes later she comes and gets our food order then disappears again. She and 2 other staff members drop our food off and she disappears AGAIN without even making sure our drinks were ok, which mine was almost out and our colleagues was. She comes back a few minutes later and gets us a few more beers but what frustrated me the most was the $13 egg rolls????? Come on, they gave us 2 cut in half. What a joke and when I said something she was like, well there's lots in them. Um ok. The wings we had were good as well as the Korean nachos. The night bartender came in and was very nice but I don't suggest going in if the other one is there. I'd give more stars but the bartender just soured my experience. read more

Food was good, the wings especially has great flavors. The staff was really friendly but everytime we've been here there was always a pretty long wait time to get service, even if the place is empty. We just went to this Bar around 5 pm. The lady there was busy on personal texting. Then when we asked for Margarita price, she asked what type and gave 2 options. We said give price for both. She then started making ugly faces and started blabbering why we ask for price and not just order!! I asked what is wrong with price and she said they are very busy??.
