The staff was very kind even though I'm sure that they were slammed all day with it being free cookie day and the place looked really clean. I don't rate businesses very often but I just felt like this one needed a rating today. I don't like giving bad reviews and everyone has a bad day now and then.There was a guy and a girl there working and when I walked in neither said a word. I proceeded to ask a question and and you could tell they were not in the mood to talk. Not to me anyway. I asked a couple questions to which I received a few dry answers. Normally I will just leave when someone is that rude towards me but hey you know when you are craving something you've had before and it was really good. ( not at same location) You kind of just ignore them. Lol! Well these cookies were about as dry as the employees and I am being nice right now. Seems like the most recent reviews have a lot in common. The worst customer service and lack of professionalism I've ever seen in a company. Ordered cookies at work, said they were delivered on app so the person who ordered them called after 15 minutes because they were not delivered to us. Company sent out another delivery through a food delivery service. Not much longer after that Crumbls delivery driver storms into our professional establishment screaming and yelling at our staff for calling and complaining, admits she made a mistake and dropped them off somewhere else but was not apologizing at all, instead she asked to speak to OUR manager going on about how she's a single mom with two kids and they're "just cookies" and so what if someone else got a nice treat because of her mistake. Mind you she accidentally dropped them off to Sonora Quest (where they draw blood and collect other biohazard samples) and she went and picked them up from there and brought them into the office to us when she started screaming! Um no, we don't want those cookies now! Have you heard of COVID?!We asked her to take the cookies back with her as we did not want them and she refused. She was asked to leave 4 times before she actually left. So THEY made a mistake and then screamed at US for their mistake! I was a first time customer. Everyone was wearing a mask which was great and the cookies were displayed but what the cookies were and the ingredients were not. So trying to understand and communicate with masks was difficult. When they brought out the box of cookies the order was not what I wanted. When I asked to have one of the cookies exchanged I was told it was not policy .But the cookies were not touched by either me or the person putting them in the box and could easily have been exchanged. Tried for first time. Very disappointing. A 6 cookie selection! I tried the iced sugar cookie. This is basically the same thing as Safeway and Frys sells but only there you get a lot more and much cheaper. The cookie was ice cold for some reason and most are as thick as cake. Not worth it! I have been here 3 times since they opened. They are getting 3 stars because almost all the cookies I've tried have been really, really good. The sea salt nutella- incredible! The eggo waffle- superb. However, they lose stars with me for presentation and service. 2 out of the 3 times I've come, the cookies did not come or look the way they are supposed to. The circus animal cookie had no actual circus animal cookie on top, which is how it is supposed to be served. The cinammon roll had just a couple sad little drops of frosting instead of a generous swirl, which is what is advertised. I think this is due to the staff... a bunch of teenage girls who don't really seem to care much about the job. Two of the times I went in, I asked for recommendations and they couldn't really give me any because they both had only tried one of the cookie varieties. And their lack of care shows in the way they carelessly throw the cookies together where they dont even have the correct toppings- 2 out of 3 times- those aren't good odds. I think this place could be epic if they hire better staff or take more time to train them properly and implement some quality control. read more

Price is reasonable for the sizes of the cookie... MASSIVE. and extremely DELICIOUS. Super soft, freshly baked, and warm. we wanted to support small business but got unprofessional customer service. We gave our address to the employees three times and they never delivered the cookies. After waiting over an hour, we called to ask what the problem was - they didn't offer any helpful solutions and said our address was invalid. I asked them to look up the address on google maps while on the phone and it was, in fact, a valid address. They still didn't offer to deliver the cookies and we were hung up on when we asked to speak to the manager. I'd really like to support this business and love their cookies but the employees aren't trained well. read more

This was the worse experience ever! I ordered online. Received a notification that my order was being prepared. Called to confirm order before i drove 10 miles to pick up. Was the the order wasn't showing but to come at the scheduled time to pick up. I tried again before i headed out and dod not get an answer. I drove to pick up. There was no order and product was not available. I asked if i could get a refund. The representative contacted the manager to inform me they'd process within 5-7 days. Not only did the not seem to mind that they didnt have the order and I drove 10 miles (20 round trip) for nothing. They dod not offer points, credit a coupon or anything for my inconvenience. I suggested they advise the manager that is probably the right thing to do give. The inconcenience. Nothing! I will NEVER come to tgis location EVER AGAIN! read more

This one star is purely in regards to their customer service. I ordered the 12 cookie party box, paid for it and afterwards my wife told me that they had a special Fathers Day box with six cookies. So I did the curbside pick up and when I got there, I asked them if they could just put it in two Fathers Day boxes because one was for my father in law and one for me, as I was celebrating my first Fathers Day. They were adamant that they could not put it into two of those boxes unless I paid the extra two dollars for that "special box". They were extremely rude about it and it's sad because my wife loves Crumbl and for the last two months, every week we had bought at least the four cookie box. When I asked to speak with the manager about the situation, I was told she wasn't there and had no business card which was strange. We usually buy from the Norterra or Tatum store which has excellent customer service, and the only reason we chose this store was because it was on the way to my in laws. We will sadly not shop here again, and it's sad because we loved the cookies. read more

The cookies were delicious, but I was very disappointed with the customer service I received. While the girl who was ringing me up was nice, her manager or the owner was completely rude. I purchased a few boxes to take to some clients, and didn't know that there was a maximum order amount. I bought 32 cookies, and you are only allowed to buy 24 cookies. I totally understand the need to limit the amount, as they routinely sell out. But This was not posted anywhere, so I was surprised when I was told. I understood and had no protest to having to only order 24. The manager however, rolled her eyes in annoyance and told the girl at the cash register to just ring me up. So I paid, and quietly and patiently waited for the cookies. While waiting, the owner or manager comes over to me to go over the cookie limit policy, lecturing me in a very rude manner. I had already been told the quantity policy, so I don't know what purpose she was trying to serve, other than embarrassing me in front of other people in the shop. Perhaps she was having a bad day, but for the price of the cookies- I expect the cookies to be delicious, and for the "customer experience" to be pleasant. read more

I do agree that their sugar cookie is not that great--it has way too much almond flavor. If I wanted an almond cookie, I would buy an almond cookie. Their chocolate chip cookie is solid but sort of lacking in flavor (great texture though). My favorites are their snickerdoodle, cinnamon toast, s'mores, and the waffle cookie minus the syrup (I also get the churro one without frosting and it's good). The Twix one doesn't have much flavor and the chocolate cookies are usually too much for me, although they are less intensely chocolate the next day. The cinnamon swirl one would be good if the cinnamon wasn't just a big crusty glob on the cookie (it almost tastes bitter). And I don't like citrus-flavored baked goods in general so I can't comment on those flavors. The raspberry swirl and Oreo ones are good but not really my thing. The animal circus and birthday cake ones are just okay, kinda bland. I do have issues with their app--if I'm paying extra $$ for delivery, why can't I pick out exactly what cookies I want?
