Yummy! I've been waiting to try it so we went for my birthday, and I loved it! Delicious cookies and clean environment

OVERRATED! I was so excited to try this place because I heard such great things but I was underwhelmed. There are 6 cookies to choose from and I ended up getting an iced cookie as well as a chocolate chip. The prices were very high but I thought because of all the positive recommendations I've gotten it would be worth it. It wasn't...I couldn't believe how basic and bland the cookies tasted. Plus the shop had a VERY STALE SMELL so overall not great not amazing not unique. Crumbl cookies are way overpriced and extremely basic. read more

I got a warm chocolate chip cookie delivered--how cool of a concept is that?! Well, too cool, apparently and literally. Crumbl team, I hope you're reading this... I had my mouth all ready for some nice, warm, delicious, chocolaty, chocolate chip cookie bliss, and I ended up--well disappointed. The so-called warm chocolate chip cookie was not warm at all. But on top of that, it was undercooked. So in essence, I ordered a delicious warm chocolate chip cookie, and instead, received room temperature cookie dough. Ew. I'm still giving them a courtesy 3-stars because it's a new location, the delivery person was very prompt and polite, and the other cookie flavors that I ordered were alright. (But just a'ight.) Crumbl friends, please, step up your cookie game. I will gladly wait the extra five minutes of baking time for a fully baked cookie, versus fast delivery of what amounts to cookie dough. read more

If you want a delicious soft baked cookie then you're in for a real treat. This place has giant fresh baked cookies that will change your life! I personally love the Oreo cookie. The manager at this location continuously does not wear a mask in the store, and does not wear one while making the cookies. They did not have a mask on when I came to pick up my cookies and when the staff were informed they did not care that the manager did not wear a mask. Not wearing a mask in a global pandemic is selfish and not okay, especially when working with food. read more

I come here 2-3 days a week and it seems they are sold out of at least one cookie most of the times I visit. It can be aggravating especially when you arrive for a particular cookie and it's "currently unavailable". I get it...someone can come in and order 30 cookies right before you. Attempted to order delivery cookies this evening to bring to support my co-workers. All health care workers, working nights and working incredibly hard. I thought it would be great to support local business and the community. The order was placed at 5 PM, confirmation text at 510 that the order was received with ASAP delivery, at time at 6pm. When the cookies weren't arriving I called the store and was placed on hold; I had to hang up and call back. 625 I was told there is a 30 min window and that the cookies would be there in less than 10 mins. After speaking on the phone and waiting on hold for the employee Tiki (who said she was the manager) I was told there was nothing to do. I informed them that I ordered the cookies over 1.5 hrs prior and am still waiting and was out side their "30 min window of delivery" and still was told nothing to do. I was again placed on hold, waiting, hung up and called back at 646 pm where I was told there was nothing to do beside refund the order. Just after that I got a text that the order was cancelled. There are plenty of CRUMBL cookie stores around and with customer service like this and lack of improvement in policy there is no way we will return to this store. I asked for a follow-up from the owner in the morning since the "manager" couldn't do anything about it, but I highly doubt they will follow-up. I do plan on calling and showing my receipt, texts and cancellation. read more

Are these the best cookies in the world? Nope. But are they pretty darn good? Yes. If you're into dough-y, thick, gooey cookies, Crumbl will definitely satisfy that craving. Unfortunately, I have this craving on the daily, so this opening next to us is both a good and bad thing. I told my husband I need to get another job to pay for my Crumbl addiction and I also need to hit the gym more (both things not happening, but just to put our love for this place into perspective). It doesn't help that they rotate their flavors weekly (4 new flavors every week), and they keep the best ones there every single day: chocolate chip and sugar. So we basically have to stop ourselves from getting a box every single week in order to try what's new. The cookies themselves are large and it will take more than 1 person to finish one. They also get you with a single cookie being almost $4, but a box of 4 cookies is just over $10. So duh, go with the box of 4. This business is pure genius and I give them major props for that. They appeal to the trendy minds with their cute pink boxes, and options for 'happy birthday' or 'thank you' stickers... I've given them out as gifts for like 10 of my friends already. If cookies are your thing, Crumbl is a must-try. read more

I don't rate businesses very often but I just felt like this one needed a rating today. I don't like giving bad reviews and everyone has a bad day now and then.There was a guy and a girl there working and when I walked in neither said a word. I proceeded to ask a question and and you could tell they were not in the mood to talk. Not to me anyway. I asked a couple questions to which I received a few dry answers. Normally I will just leave when someone is that rude towards me but hey you know when you are craving something you've had before and it was really good.
