Horrible service from employee - I asked for assistance with the ordering tablet, was treated like an inconvenience and was rudely told that I just did it wrong. Normally I wouldn't have an issue with this, but when I explained what I did and asked if she could show me what to do for next time, she just had an attitude. That being said, I did get my order but was super disappointed how passive aggressively this woman behaved. I never have problems with this crumbl! If I do, they're quick to fix it without issues. I will say, it's normal for the cookies to not be warm (the ones that are supposed to come warm) so I'd like that to be different, but otherwise fantastic, clean location! This is the second time I have had cookies from this place. The first time I had them, they delivered (can do Uber or grubhub). This time though, I actually went to the establishment to see what it looked like. It's a very nice and clean place. It's pretty small but not really meant to sit down and eat. More for really picking up your order. The women there were very nice and patient with me while I debated what cookies I wanted. They packed very big cookies in a cute package for me to take home. But it does look like they do catering and smaller size cookies if that's preferred for you. Their classic chocolate chip cookie was soft and chewy. Absolutely loved this cookie and a good one to try when not certain of the other flavors. There was a strawberry shortcake style cookie that had the classic strawberry sauce and tasty frosting on top. I also liked the style of their pancake looking cookie was very cute. I ordered the pecan cookie, which loved the frosting. The sugar cookie with it was great too on its own. This place I noticed does different cookies every week, so you shouldn't expect to see the same cookie from last time (except i think they keep the classic chocolate chip). I like the concept of doing different types so you can try different flavors. I was able to look up what they had in advance, which is great so you know if there is anything interesting. I personally liked the cookies i had better first time as it had more flavors and texture I liked, but again always best to look ahead to see what they have that would be worth trying. Overall, I would absolutely come back here and try other types of cookies in the future. read more

Considering it's cookies there isn't much need for extensive seating as I don't imagine many people eat their order on site. The cookies themselves were okay; I may have come on an off-day or maybe on a day where the cookies hadn't been made fresh. They literally crumbled when I bit down, but not in a positive way. Finally got to take my daughters to this place. It was a great experience. We didn't a curbside but it didn't take long and the girl was friendly who brought it out. We got the 4 pack. First, let me say they were very excited about the size of the cookies. They loved it was the size about 2 or 3 sized cookies. This is my second time going in and there's always a ton of upset customers standing around because the workers in the back are just overwhelmed, tired and lost. They need to do better and check for accuracy. It's hard to get the attention of the workers.
