I love crumbl cookies! Always have and always will! I went this past weekend because I was craving a sweet treat. The service was very quick and efficient. I ordered a brownie batter cookie and their chocolate chip cookie through the kiosk and my order was to me in less than two minutes. There were no other customers and just one lady working behind the counter. The place is so pink and cute and smells of freshly baked cookies. The cookies were warm and divine. The brownie batter cookie melted away in my mouth and was delicious. I liked the chocolate chip cookie but there was something different about it from the ones I usually have. It had more cinnamon or some spice I hadn't tasted before in them. Overall, it was a great and quick trip for great cookies so I will be back. read more

Well I have to applaud Crumbl's marketing department for making this place somewhere that so many people seem to like, and it certainly appeals to the tween group as lots of moms i know get stuck grabbing things from there. I know they exploded on TikTok and the whole rotating menu thing seems to appeal to some people, but once you get past that, they lose me. Some of my coworkers and friends like these, so they get them for various celebrations. I've tried a few different flavors over time, but I can't get past how artificial they taste. I'm sure they use real ingredients, but to me, they taste like they have been over sweetened with artificial sweeteners. I think I may have found one or two that I've tasted that seemed somewhat decent, but a bite is all I needed of it. I drove my friend here to pick up an order and there was a lot of foot traffic, so I guess it still has its appeal. We got stuck behind some tweens who seemed to be "influencing" the place and taking pictures and slowing everything down, narrating everything, but no fault of the store, it's just what they're marketing toward. I'm also not a fan of a constantly rotating menu. I don't feel like they have the chance to really specialize in anything. I was so excited to try Crumbl I only took 2 pictures the shop is very bright, airy, and smells like heaven (literally). I was able to stop by during their soft opening to try these cookies! Let me make it very clear: these cookies are HUGE. The pictures truly don't show it but 4 cookies is enough for me (and another person) to eat over the next day or two. On top of the large size, they are so moist and rich. As someone with an extreme sweet tooth, I was surprised to meet my maker. Well done Crumbl! Once bitten, twice shy. Or at least I should not have assumed that my order would be wrong two weeks in a row. I have been obsessed with the cookies and the weekly rotating flavors since the store opened. They seemed to be a lot more put together in the beginning. The store now seems poorly managed. The staff are young and they are nice but someone needs to provide a double check of the orders. My problem isn't with certain cookies running out--but I do expect to get what I ordered. Two weeks in a row I ordered and did not get chocolate chip cookies (these were not the ones they ran out of). The saving grace is that the cookies are still delicious. I'll take a break from ordering for a while and see if they can get their act together. The scale and my wallet will probably appreciate me getting un-addicted. I've been awaiting the opening of Crumbl and it is certainly a wonderful addition to BR. As with most opening weekends in our community, the line is intimidating. BUT, Crumbl has an exceptional mobile ordering system that allows you to place your order, pay and enjoy curbside pickup. Do it - it is well worth it! You also earn rewards. I ordered my cookies and ice cream on my way over and waited only a couple minutes in my car. The app shows you where you are in the queue, which is very helpful. They were out of the chocolate ice cream that I ordered, but the manager brought out two alternate options and I went with the vanilla. The cookies were great. I really enjoyed the lemon poppyseed - but be forewarned, it is soft and a bit crumbly. The chocolate chip cookie was pretty good - not as warm, but good nevertheless. I don't know how I haven't written a review about this place that I so frequently visit. Seriously, I go like once every two weeks or so and get a four pack. The cookies here are SO good. It's my favorite store bought cookies. They're super soft and the flavors are so interesting. They change every week. Some are straight up amazing while others are misses. The workers here are so friendly and service is about as speedy as it can be. They have such a high volume of people going through here on weekends so I usually try to do pickup on weekdays. Finally got to try this new place out! It is very busy in there right now probably because it's so new. They only have one person handling orders which isn't very efficient. But y'all aren't here to hear me talk about the efficiency of how the business is run y'all want to know about the cookies. They're a bit pricey if you get more than one at a time but they're very good so far. I had the snickerdoodle, the lemon, and the sugar cookie. They're quite large in size. So far I've only eaten the snickerdoodle and it is very rich. Anyways I'm glad I got to try to place out. Also, these cookies are not 90-110 calories per cookie, like what they claim on the menu in the shop. If you go on their site, you'll see that isn't for the entire cookie, that is for a single serving of the cookie, which is confusingly marked as 30 grams (for the snickerdoodle). So these bad boys are gonna set you back by 500-600 calories per cookie. But if you cared about nutrition, would you be eating here? Updated to add: I've eaten the lemon cookie now. I like the flavor and softness but they fall apart easily. The sugar cookie crumbles very easily too. Also, these cookies were not warm when I got them. The sugar cookie was supposed to be served chilled, so that is fine, but the ones that were meant to be warm were room temperature at best. I will say the only one I was disappointed with was the chocolate chip one which is usually my go to cookie, was almost tasteless to me (maybe my tastebuds were off) . HOWEVER, The surgery cookie (blue one) was VERY good... and I don't even like sugar cookies, so thank you for making that one Crumbles. The Hawaiian rainbow cookie one was very good as well. This place makes different flavors constantly as well so excited to try them again sometime soon. I am actually disappointed in my experience. I have had Crumble cookies before in both Katy, TX (I believe) in addition to Dallas Fort Worth, both of which were Great Experiences! and the Cookies were presented beautifully as well as ddeeelicious! However, on a very recent visit to the Baton Rouge location in Louisiana, I cannot say that the experience compared. The staff did not seem remotely professional (my biggest observation) nor friendly with the exception of 1 lady who worked the register. All the 'cooks' were jumping around, shouting back and forth to one another, horseplaying, for lack of better words, making the environment very chaotic. It immediately set a tone of being surrounded by a group of Highschool adolescents that have no self-control, especially in a work environment. I believe in having fun at work, but this was a little excessive. The larger concern was the quality of the cookie(s). I had purchased a box for a co. Worker's birthday and when I was offered by my colleague to pick one for myself; I only hope that he was fortunate enough to kept the ones that were actually FRESH. The cookie I consumed as not and tasted like a refrigerated cookie while the texture was clearly an indication it was prepared day(s) prior, whatever it may be. The pastry was hard and very dry in the center only to be thrown away after one bite. I have yet to this experience before and worked a company that purchased these treats frequently, however, this time I am little embarrassed, I made a gift from this. My thoughts! create your own experience! Give them a try. Most people probably ignore poor behavior; however it also speaks volume for the buisness and its character. However, today was my first experience at the store & I was beyond DISAPPOINTED in the customer service I received. I placed my order online at noon so I could swing by after work and pick them up as a gift for another office. I arrived at 3:45pm and my order was not complete. I stood at the pick up line and said I had an online order and the cashier just looked at me. She continued to check out people and make their orders, continuing to ignore me. Finally after waiting 25 minutes on help, I asked another employee if they were even going to work on my order that I place over THREE HOURS AGO, and she still worked on two more orders that were just placed before starting mine. I was clearly upset and they did not care one bit. I never received an apology or any acknowledgment to the poor service I was provided. Wow! These cookies are really good. Now, of course I had to try ALL of the cookies...yeah, I got'em all...don't judge me! They were all very tasty. I'm so torn about this experience! Let me paint you a picture.. You stand in line (mostly hot and sweaty outside) for 40 minutes to get 5 beautiful cookies. Its clearly overcrowded inside but no one helps to space out the flow (covid) or clear the Pick Up area for those waiting to receive their order. As you wait you see many people driving in and within minutes leaving with their orders via Curbside. Dangit why didn't I think of that? Only 2 of the ~15 workers are wearing masks- one below the nose and one under the chin.. what's the point y'all. Meanwhile, a literal group of flies are swarming in a mini tornado at the front of the line and you spot 2 flying behind the glass where the magical cookie dough is being mixed. So far, 1 star. Should I just leave? Too late, you're at the cash register. She's cheerful and kindly takes your order, flipping over the screen to confirm. Surprisingly, within 1 minute I get my cute pink boxes of cookies (smeared with oil all over the outside) and head home. Cookies are HUGE and beautiful and make you think maybe they're worth the $3-4ish each. So you sample each of them and... still am torn! Strawberries N Cream: 2/5 stars - strawberries were delicious! The cream was so light and airy that I couldn't even taste it like it wasn't there at all. Cookie itself was pretty basic, bit dry. Cake Batter: 4.5/5 stars - This one saved the day and I don't even like cake batter normally.
