When I first had Crumbl cookies several years ago, they were horrible. Undercooked, overly sweet and tasteless. Yes, I tried different varieties. I had one today & it's probably a 2.5. They have work to do, but maybe they're listening to feedback from their customers. With a name like crumbl obviously they're not gonna put out a crispy cookie. The chocolate chunk cookie I had was so bland. The only flavor I tasted was the actual chocolate chunks. It's still slightly too sweet. but I don't really see the hype of crumble. The slice and bake or break and bake cookies have a better flavor than Crumbl, IMO. read more

I hadn't been to Crumbl in awhile but I saw this Dubai choc cheesecake pop up as an offering. Now Dubai choc is everywhere right now & Crumbl is known for cookies not cheesecake so my expectations weren't sky high. But boy was I wrong. This was probably one of the best Dubai choc items I have had. It was sooooo good. Dangerously good. In fact I meant to split it with my BF but that didn't end up happening. Crumbl cookies are generally praised for being large, soft, and rich in taste. I personally found them to be super sweet. When you get a box of three large cookies it can definitely serve 6-10 people. Cut the cookies in fours and you have more than enough for friends, family or coworkers. This helps with being overwhelmed with the sweetness of a large cookie. I love their snickerdoodle but hard to find as they rotate their flavors, so usually I have to settle for chocolate chip. This week they have Strawberry Skillet Cookie on the menu and all the skillet cookies are always amazing so I had to try this new flavor. I was greeted when I walked inside and while I waited for my cookie the employee chatted with me. After getting my cookie the employee held the door open for me - a thoughtful gesture as I was carrying my baby with me. I'll definitely choose this location over others in the future. read more

Typically I experience quick service IF I order ahead on the app. I haven't had a visit yet where I had to wait a long time. I've always experienced pretty good customer service here! This location is always clean, bright and organized. I feel like you need to just try different flavors to see which ones you like because I've had some I have loved and some I thought were just ok. Honestly these cookies remind me more of cake than cookies, keep that in mind. They are usually thick, with cake like frosting. So far, more recently my favorite cookie has been the Birthday cake cookie. Try them out, download the app and order that way. At least that way you get points for your purchase. read more

These gigantic, decadent cookies will satisfy any sweet tooth with unique flavorings and hand decorated toppings. You walk in to Crumbl Cookies and order on an iPad on the wall. I kinda just followed other people since this was my first time in the place. You choose your quantity and flavors and then you can pay right there as well. I believe you can also go to the counter to order. Once my order was in, I waited. About 5 minutes later, my name was called. A girl boxed them up, iced one of the cookies and placed powdered sugar on another. She brought the box over, opened it up and asked if it looked good. It did. $18 with tip for 4 cookies. 1 cookie is nearly $5 so there is a little incentive to try them all. Crumbl also changes their flavors weekly. I'll give a rundown of the flavors we had. Milk chocolate chip: PERFECT. Gooey and soft. Sweet with tons of chocolate chips as it should be. Kentucky butter cake: This one was simpler and one of my favorites. Similiar to a sugar cookie. This one was topped with powdered sugar. The sweetness of this one was balanced out with the savory flavor of butter. This one was thick, heavy and a little more dense. Peanut butter banana: This was my wife's favorite. A soft but hearty oatmeal cookie topped with a thick layer of banana flavored icing. It was drizzled with a sweet peanut butter sauce and topped with a crunchy dried banana chip. This was the only cookie in the box served chilled. The flavor profile and presentation was on point. Chocolate cake: This cookie did seem more like a cake to me. The texture was fluffier inside to me. It hit the chocolate craving with the fudge icing on top. I am a chocolate lover and I enjoyed this one a lot. I'm certain you can't go wrong with Crumbl Cookies. My wife and I cut these each in to 4 pieces and share them over a couple days. They are a lot. They are sweet and heavy but oh so good. Out of this weeks selection, I'd say the Milk Chocolate chip and Kentucky butter cake were my favorites. My wife really liked the peanut butter banana. Ordered my son's teacher's favorite cookie for teachers' appreciation... paid extra for the 'gifting option' and the presentation was pretty bad. :( I was running late and was kind of shocked at how it was prepared but once I got in the car and it sank in that I paid extra for this??? I had to laugh. I was able to thankfully reset the sticker at least. Hopefully Crumbl employees can remedy their attention to detail and presentation going forward. read more

This weeks menu: Galaxy brownie - literally so amazing when warm!! 10/10 reminds me of childhood Blueberry cheesecake - I went to heaven and back with this one. I wanted to cherish every bite. 100/100 Rocky road - so warm and gooey. The perfect amount of chewy and crunchy. The marshmallow was melty and oh so good!! 10/10 Honeybun - pass this one up.. it's not good. 2/10 Cookie butter ice cream - more like a sopaipilla flavor. And the buttercream topping is very sweet! 3/10 & then we added the peanut butter cup - I did not try this one. But everyone said it was good. Cookies! Fresh baked cookies! Warm, soft, freshly baked cookies ready to go. This place smells sooo wonderful when you walk in. It's located in the shopping center next to Costco, with Starbucks, Mellow Mushroom, T-Mobile and various other shops. I was originally headed to grab a sandwich a few doors down when I noticed how close I was to Crumbl Cookies and decided to pay a visit. There were about a dozen customers standing around when I walked inside the tiny service area but I asked if any were in line; they were all waiting for their orders. I wound my way around them to the counter and stood for a few minutes before one of the busy employees filling orders turned around and acknowledged me. I ordered two single cookies: one classic pink sugar and one milk chocolate chip. By the I finished swiping my card and entering my payment details, my cookies were boxed up and handed to me. They are pretty pricey per cookie, but worth it. They are absolutely delicious. Great place to stop for late night munchies since they are open until 10 pm weekdays. read more

I have heard of Crumbl Cookies before but I didn't know where it was until Saturday. I saw a long line outside the store. So, after I finished what I was doing, I decided to slide over to Crumbl Cookies. I couldn't tell where the line started but I asked a friendly customer. I was told to order through the iPad or go to the cashier. I ordered through the cashier who was friendly. I got the pink frosted sugar cookie and the chocolate with buttercream with Oreo crumbles. Both cookies are so good and soft. You can see everything what everyone is doing in the store from mixing the batter to placing the cookie on the baking sheet. When your order is ready, your name is called and you are shown your cookies. Very good cookies. YUM!! read more

Located right past Costco in the shopping plaza with Mellow Mushroom. Staff friendly and greeted as we walked in. Walk in and place your order at the touch pads or at the register. Then walk over and wait at the pickup area for your order to be presented in a pretty pink box. So excited to try these cookies however was a bit disappointed with the chocolate chip cookie. Very doughy! Like almost to where is tasted undercooked. It's not melts gooey :( it's a gritty doughy with very little flavor. My daughter got the Pebbles one and it was also just ok, not as doughy as the chocolate chip one.Not sure if this is the typical way the cookies taste or if today was a fluke. read more

This is definitely not just a cookie. It's so much more. Just know that these cookies are huge. The kind of cookie you'll want to split with someone. I've actually been nibbling on these cookies for the past day and a half. They hold up very well even after a day. I decided to grab a couple this past Wednesday at their newest location in Brandon at around 1pm. There was no line, and only a few patrons in the shop. They have 2 areas in the shop where you can place orders on a touch screen, or you can just order at the counter. An order can be placed ahead on their app and you can earn points as well. They also have curbside pickup. Well it was hard to decide. I almost got the Cookies & Cream Milkshake served chilled, but ended up getting the Orange Julius and Neapolitan because they just looked prettier. I'm so glad I did because I really liked the flavors. Some are served warm and others are served chilled. I like them served both ways. The Orange Julius (chilled) was the winner, but the strawberry frosting on the Neapolitan (warm) made it a close second. The website described the frosting as tart but I think it was just sweet. The chocolate cookie would have been better if it had chocolate chips or something to elevate it. It tasted more like the chocolate cookie part of an Oreo cookie. The orange buttercream on the Orange Julius was the star for me. I'd buy that cookie again and again. I can't wait to try more flavors like German Chocolate and that Brownie Sundae when the flavors rotate around again. I also see they sell half pints of their popular cookie creations mixed with their own Crumbl Cream brand of ice cream. Yikes, this shop is too close to me. Why did it have to be so delicious? I'm so happy they are finally here in Brandon. I've been full of envy seeing all the pictures and reviews coming out of Lutz. But yay, now we have one. I agree with others that the staff are very friendly, and the cookies are well worth the price tag. There will be many more visits to come. read more

And it's one of six cookie confection concoctions on the menu at this brand new shop in Brandon. It's on Causeway, in the same strip mall as Mellow Mushroom and Tijuana Flats, and while it would make the perfect capper to a meal from either, I'm here for breakfast. It's 8am on a Friday. What a great way to start a day/end a work week! (And hey, if you can get cookies for breakfast, why wouldn't you?!) So, let's get to it! They offer six flavors: four change weekly and the other two, are always available: a milk chocolate chip cookie and a sugar cookie with a swirl of pink almond frosting-served chilled. (Ahhhh!) This week, their special flavors are: a lemon sugar cookie with lemon glaze, a semi-sweet chocolate chip and (get ready) the "brownie sundae"... which is a rich brownie cookie with fluffy vanilla mousse, sprinkles and a cherry on top! I was actually in the same plaza for another reason and I saw a line outside for a grand opening for Crumbl Cookies! I guess it was just my lucky day or maybe it was a sign that I needed some cookies in my life. Either way, I joined that line and patiently waited to try Crumble Cookies' infamous cookies. After about 15 minutes, I finally got inside and was greeted by friendly faces and excited staff on their first day. I ordered the brownie sundae, chocolate chip and snickerdoodle cookies and I was impressed! These cookies are pricey for sure but very much worth it! They are huge! I could not even finish one cookie but they are so good! Brownie sundae - 10/10 so good and gooey and I love the cherry and cream on top Chocolate chip - 11/10 a classic and definitely my favorite Snickerdoodle- 10/10 that cream cheese frosting on top is everything! The cookies are great. The service is very inconsistent. My first visit I walked into an empty waiting area. I got a "welcome in" but no one even looked at me. Several people working but no one waiting on customers. I waited over 5 minutes and no one waited on me. So, I left. I didn't go back for a long time and only then at the urging of a child dying for Crumbl Cookies. Since then, I have learned to order at the screen in the waiting area or on the app on my phone. Still service is inconsistent. Sometimes friendly and helpful, mostly not. The best Crumbl Cookie I have had was the cornbread cookie. Sounds strange -I know, but it was out of this world. Most cookies are excellent, but have had a few that were only fabulous because of the toppings. 4 stars is really a stretch here. Struggled with this one. read more

I love Crumbl Cookies! This location did not disappoint. There was a bit of a wait due to it being a busy Saturday, but you can order pick up and you will be notified that your order is ready. This has great customer service as well. I ordered the cookie butter ice cream, blueberry cheesecake, as rocky road. All of these were AMAZING! The staff definitely made sure to make sure that the cookies all came out looking like the advertisement. Loved this! The cookie butter ice cream cookie had a very light and airy topping on top of a thick yet soft cinnamon cookie. Amazing, would recommend and get again. The blueberry cheesecake topping was very good! The icing was also light and not too sweet with a blueberry compote topping and this was all on top of a very thick, dense, yet soft cookie. It was a pretty heavy cookie, and I LOVED IT! Getting that one again as well! I bought my husband the blueberry cheesecake and rocky road. The rocky road has this gooey center inside this soft chocolate cookie packed with chocolate chips and nuts. Yummy! Crumbl Cookie does not disappoint. And luckily in this part of Florida, the quality of the cookies is always on point. Keep it up! read more

I've been to this location twice I two weeks. I wanted to give a fair review since first time I went, I was given the wrong order. My first experience with Crumbl cookies was with their curbside service. I placed an order online and went to pick up an order of 6 cookies. I received an order of 4 cookies but had no idea since I didn't open the pretty pink box and didn't know the size of their cookies were so massive! I called in and told them I received the wrong order and Hailey made sure to assure me that I could keep the wrong order and come in whenever I wanted for my order of 6 cookies. This worked out for me because then I was able to sample several cookies over two weeks. Their menu changes weekly (every Sunday at 6pm) for their cookie options besides their staple cookie, the chocolate chip. The cookies were all moist! Very moist! And a nice size! I enjoyed most of the cookies! I expected the chocolate chip cookie to taste amazing... but it was so-so. My favorite cookie so far is the graham cracker cookie. It was epic!!!! Unfortunately, the downside is that these cookies are packed with high calories, high cholesterol and saturated fats! It's a once in a while treat for me that is worth the wait lol. They have a rewards app and on this app you can also order your cookies ahead of time for pickup, catering or curbside pickup. I do recommend! read more

My husband loves chocolate chip cookies. I have traveled far and wide to bring him cookies, and he has a ranking of all the greater Tampa area cookie bakeries. I asked him to pick up some cookies from Crumbl on his way back from a hockey game. He said that the process was pretty easy (he was there after 11PM on a Saturday) but that despite there being 4 people baking in back, they were out of several flavors of cookies. We were able to try both the milk chocolate chip and the frosted sugar cookie. The sugar cookie was pretty good, but I bristle at paying so much for a basic cookie. The milk chocolate chip cookie was sooooo sweet. It would have been better with a darker (lower sugar content) chocolate. I had hoped to try the ruby chocolate chip cookie, but they were out. The cookies are bigger than standard bakery cookies, but they are the same price as the behemoth sized cookies at 4 Rivers, so they are no deal at Crumbl. Given they only have 6 flavors of cookies at a time, and the better flavors sell out quickly, I don't know how frequently I'd return to this store. Also, I really didn't like that you cannot order online without downloading their app. read more

Line was still out the door WOW! This dessert spot was FABULOUS! Simply just waiting in line got me excited, and all I could tell myself was "this is gonna be really good!" There's plenty of parking and the wait wasnt long at all. While in line waiting you'll notice the cookie makers in the back baking and some that are frosting. I ordered 6 large gourmet cookies to take home, and my absolute favorite from the box is the "Donut" cookie! So yummy! I loved all the smells and watching the staff do their thing. Fresh delicious well baked cookies everyone must try! If in doubt on what to choose, I recommend to at least try the chocolate chip. It was our favorite fromt he ones we tried. It was sweet but not overly so, thick and chock full of large chucks of gooey chocolate. The chocolate camamel tasted was rich and reminded me of eating a brownie. Strolled in late night after a movie to satisfy my sweet tooth. They are open until 10p, which was awesome! The shop is small and cute and the staff was very knowledgeable about their cookies. Their menu was very underwhelming. I was expecting a much wider variety and way more options from a dessert bar that specializes in cookies. There are only 6 options and the menu fluctuates weekly. I ordered the Double trouble and the Turtle with milk. Unfortunately, I was advised that they were out of milk & chocolate milk and they only had bottled water. What???? How do you eat cookies with no milk? Is that even possible. The double trouble is served warm and is 1/2 chocolate chip and 1/2 double chocolate chip. It was very delicious. No complaints. The turtle missed the mark entirely. Partially, my fault as I did not read the card that said it's served chilled. My error, but what type of monster eats cold cookies?? Lol. First time EVER at a crumbl cookies store! My coworker knows how much I love sweets and kept ranting and raving about crumbl. We decided to go for lunch! This particular location was pretty busy but it's self service to order, so we went up to the touch screen and ordered. I got a traditional chocolate chip cookie. Apparently they have a rotating menu every week or so. They have an "open operation" where you can clearly see the cookie/baking process and orders packed fresh. I absolutely love the "pink" branding and happy/fun ambiance. The whole store is aesthetically pleasing with pastel pink and white down to their packaging/cookie boxes. The best part of it all, the cookies are absolutely DELICIOUS! My coworker described it best; it's crunchy on the edges, and perfectly warm and chewy in the center, close to a cake consistency but not. Just plain deliciousness! Aside from being double charged on their app, with one purchase pending and another transaction that has been completed I was disappointed at how these cookies weren't baked and made my stomach hurt immensely. The taste was probably 3/5. The service wasn't good. I don't recommend going on a weekday evening. They were completely packed so I'll give some grace there. I ate 1.5 cookies over the period of an hour. They're huge! The peanut brittle one was amazing. The pink sugar cookie was yummy. Both weren't cooked but I'm a cookie dough eating rebel of a woman anyways so it didn't phase me until later that night. Y'all. I'm lucky I already landed the paperwork on my husband because my poor bathroom. My neighbor could probably hear my bubble gut from down the road. Anyways, will I go back? I dunno. So I absolutely love this place these cookies have so much potential! The semi sweet chocolate was our favorite not to sweet I made a comment about this a year ago at the lutz location so it was nice to see it on the menu we also got the lemon which it missed the mark on lemon it tasted more shortbread with a hint of lemon than lemon itself. I wish there was lemon in the cookie or maybe some blueberry and lemon with a crystal sugar on top. Anyways we also got the sugar cookie with the marzipan topping the first two bits tasted gross but after letting it sit and soften it started to taste better. Lastly the snickerdoodle cookie which if they cut the icing by half not only save product but the cookie itself wouldn't be overly sweet. Overall I do love the product!
