Got to try three cookies - sugar cookie: has an almond taste to it so I'm guessing they use almond flour. I liked the taste, the texture was soft and crumbly - caramel pumpkin: probably my favorite of the three. I loved the pumpkin flavor and the icing. I didn't taste much caramel which was nice. The texture, however, reminded me of a squishy pumpkin bread which is probably why I liked it, definitely not a cookie vibe though. -chocolate chip: least favorite of the three even though it had a regular cookie consistency, I thought it was a bit over baked and since they loaded it with chunks of milk chocolate, it was too heavy for me. The much anticipated opening of Crumbl was two days ago. Boy did the community show up! I heard that there was a line down the street for most of the day yesterday. Today I stopped by at 8:30am to pick up warm cookies to deliver to friends and the line was already out the door! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They got my order quickly and cheerfully showed me it to confirm before I left. Boy did I not realize what I was getting myself into! These cookies are AMAZING!! My friends devoured them. The muddy buddy was amazingly buttery with chocolate and Chex mix on top. The chocolate chip is sweet and flavorful and the caramel pumpkin tastes was a delightful cake like cookie with a flavorful frosting. My favorite is the muddy buddy. The base cookie was buttery and just melted in my hand and then my mouth. I am so excited to have Crumbl nearby! You'll be a regular stop when a sweet treat is needed! read more

I constantly was hearing about this crumbl cookie place all over my feed. One night while I was in the covington area I couldn't help but try it out. I placed my order online for a curbside pick up. I ordered 5 minutes before arriving and only had to eat a few extra minutes when I got there for my order to come out. The staff was following Covid guidelines and were proper. Of course when I got my cookies I wanted to dive right it, which I did per one of my photos. Hehe! But I talked myself into waiting until I got home to try the rest. We stopped by on a Thursday around 7pm and there was a short wait. I was surprised by the cost of each cookie, which was almost $4. We got a 4-pack that we cut into quarters so everyone could try each flavor. Here's my impression: - chocolate chip: it was pretty bland and I didn't finish my piece; decent texture - Andes mint: great flavor if you got a bite with frosting, but the cookie itself was average - Nutella: not a lot of flavor except for the drizzle on top - peanut butter chocolate chip: definitely the best of the bunch and the only one I ate another chunk of Overall, I wasn't impressed. We had a poor experience that was turned into a great one! Opening day - we expected long lines and I have small kids, so we ordered for curbside pickup at 12:00, and checked in on the app when we arrived. By 12:20 no one had come, so I called the store. At 12:40, I got out of my car and flagged down an employee. I was stumbling and a little frustrated, he was super gracious and did everything in his power to make it right. And the cookies were amazing. The chilled sugar cookies were my favorite, our oldest agreed. I didn't get a bite of the s'mores brownie because my husband ate it in about ten seconds. I think there may have been a system error where they missed our order, because other curbside orders were coming out, so we'll try again sometime soon and see how it goes. Decent cookies and the weekly flavor swaps keep things interesting. Cookies are pricy, in my opinion, but they're a decent treat for work potlucks, or those days of self-indulgence. Cute cookie store with friendly employees. I think whether you like the cookies here or not depends on preference. The cookies are large and very soft. It's a melt-in-your mouth type texture and crumbly. I tried the sugar cookie and it tasted great with an almond aftertaste but deathly sweet, so I could only eat a portion of it at one time. Packaging 10/10 loved the baby pink boxes!! However the style of cookies is not for everyone, I personally prefer thin cookies and these on the other hand are thick, super soft and chewy! And if that's what you're into great! For a total of 6 cookies the total was 24$, and I was told the flavor changes every Monday! I tried the snickerdoodle cookie which was yummy, not too sweet which I loved! And I gave the kids the rest of the cookies and they loved! I've had these once before in Utah, which is where they originally opened. I was surprised (and pleased) to see a shop opening in Covington. These cookies are huge! They're super sweet, buttery, and soft--simply delicious! You can only eat a small piece at a time. I think my favorite is the chilled sugar cookie, and the muddy buddy. I'm not a fan of cream cheese, and some of the frostings have cream cheese, so just ask about ingredients if that concerns you. They have ice cream also, which I have yet to try. You can walk in and order, though so far there as been a line each time I've visited. You can also order online and they'll run it out to your car. They're employees are working like crazy! Cookies run about $3.88 a piece. Great place if you have a major sweet tooth. read more

It goes without saying on how excited I was to try this spot because of how much I see this posted on social media so we made the half hour drive. This spot is in the Covington plaza next to dollar tree and the car wash, location wise it's easy to find and there's lots of parking! There wasn't much of a line when we arrived and we ordered the 4 pack box of cookies (milk chocolate, chocolate brownie (I think?), cinnamon roll, and birthday cake Oreo) and we were out the door in less than 5 minutes. It's pretty pricey for each cookie but I wanted to see what all the craze was about. I tried a piece of each one and it was good but a little too sweet for me. I really did enjoy the regular chocolate chip cookie though, and I would order just that the next time I visit and hopefully I get to try their ice cream as well. Also when I was leaving, I picked up a flyer for their catering menu (tons of more flavors) and what I noticed that I thought was so unique and special is their gender reveal cookie! It's just a plain cookie but inside of it, it's either blue or pink frosting. Keep in mind that the minimum order for catering is 50+! read more

We got the 6 pack of blueberry (2), Oreo, waffle, chocolate chip & animal cookies. One star taken off for having to wait 15 minutes for the blueberry cookies. I wish I was informed when I initially placed the order that they were still making the blueberry cookies. Oh my Crumble Cookie has it going on! These cookies are about as big as the palm of my hand! When you walk into the store the smell is sweet from the sugar and you could smell the cookies baking! There are a couple of ordering stations that are closed right now because of Covid! They are also limiting people in their store to 2-3 at a time I believe the sign in the front door said. Also masks are required. They have a different cookie menu every week which is kind of cool. They also have an app and curbside pick up which seemed pretty popular. We waited for the one customer who was ahead of us to exit the store then we went in and ordered when we wanted. We ordered 2 chocolate chip which is always on the menu, 1 churro and 1 animal cookie! The cookies warmed and were packaged in a pure little pink box. We also decided to get ice cream. When we hit home 1/2 later we put the ice cream in the freezer for later and saved the cookies for after dinner. After dinner we both had the chocolate chip cookie and the ice cream. The cookie was soft and HUGE! It tasted pretty good. We had s'mores ice cream and salted caramel. In our opinion the s'mores ice cream was kind of grainy from the graham cracker but had good flavor otherwise. The salted caramel was our favorite. The caramel was soft and it was throughout the container of ice cream. The next night hubby and I shared the churro and the animal cookie! Both were really good but my preference would be the animal cookie! They were both still soft and crumbly even though they were now a day old! The churro one has cinnamon and sugar sprinkled over the frosting and the animal cookie one had a frosting and sprinkles over an animal cookie. It's about $4 a cookie so not super cheap but they are also a big gourmet cookie so the price is pretty accurate for a cookie imo. The ice cream price was kind of a lot for how much get imo. It's a good and different dessert place. I can't wait for the Twix cookie to come back around as I want to try that one. read more
