We only went in for a chocolate chip cookie, which is called the semi sweet chocolate chip cookie, and we bought a large cookie! When you're craving something sweet come visit Crumbl in Covington! You will not regret it. For your convenience you can order through the tablet or on line. The wait is not long at all. The place it self is not too big, but very bright, cute and smells real good!

I had a taste for a good cookie, the employee wouldn't explain to me the difference of the cookies here. Asked about the mini cookies and she didn't even turn around to make eye contact. I will never come here again. I will just buy Costco or Safeway cookies.

Came for the Butter Cake and let me tell you.... their Butter cake cookie is something dangerously good (In the bestest way possible)! It has a nice crusted sugar outside with a nice soft inside. I highly recommend pre-order this one because it sells out fast! I call this cookie/cake "magic" We pre-ordered 6 of them because they are so good, no one wants to share. They had them ready right as we requested. We called before hand due to a few questions and they answered with great customer service.

This was the order that I paid over $32 for that they messed up.

This is by far the worst Crumbl experience we've ever had. Firstly, we paid an additional $1.49 for the peanutbutter cheesecake, which we were giving a milk chocolate chip cookie instead without reimbursement (not only that but I hate the milk chocolate chip cookie). We ALSO received the vanilla cupcake cookie with a BLACK HAIR on it. Honestly made me lose my entire appetite for them. $32 worth of cookies down the drain. I think to make matters worse is we still left a tip even though we ordered at the kiosk and the employees were rude and acting like putting cookies in a box was an inconvenience for them, having side conversations with each other and ignoring us overall. We will not be coming back to this location.

I frequently order cookies from Crumbl and a consistent repeat customer. Cookies are tasty and family enjoys them. So that's why I gave Crumbl a 4 star rating. Not much for the service. Went to the Covington WA location this morning 9:30am (3/23/24) to pick up a bday gift for a friend. Walked in, the staff barely mustered a hello, more like a mumble. The gal who served me didn't ask me if I wanted to purchase or picking up an order. I offered that tidbit of info myself. "I'm picking up an order" and gave my name. She went ahead and looked at a screen and began to fill my order. She packaged it up slapped the happy birthday sticker and placed the tiniest string on what looks like a tiny bow. She handed it to me. Didn't say a word not even a thank you or have a nice day. I said thank you twice in the hopes it would influence her to muster some kind of "thanks,". So, Crumble, I hope the Covington WA staff get a bit more training. Courtesy shouldn't be lost for your customers. Thanks.

It was my first time trying Crumbl. The location was very clean, staff was very friendly and ordering and checking out was very easy and fast. I ordered 6 cookies total. I found their prices to be very reasonable considering the cookies are VERY large and very rich. The cookies are very soft and gooey on the inside, so if you are not a fan of soft baked cookies, you probably won't like these. Here are my ratings of the flavors we tried: Fruity Pebbles (5/5): This was one of my favorites (probably because Fruity Pebbles was my favorite cereal as a child). It's delicious, soft on the inside with a generous sprinkle of real fruity pebbles on top. Cinnamon Toast Crunch (2/5): I really wanted this one to be good but unfortunately the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal on top was very stale, not sure if it was because we ate it later that evening. Unless you can eat it fresh, might skip the cereal topped cookies. Blueberry Muffin (3/5): The flavor of this one was really good, but the texture was quite different from the others. It was much thinner and wasn't really soft or gooey inside. Reeses Puff (2/5): Similar to the Cinnamon Toast Crunch, the cereal on top was very stale. Frosted Flakes (3/5): This wasn't really a cookie, more like a rice krispy treat but with frosted flakes instead of rice krispies. I enjoyed it. Milk Chocolate Chip (10000000/5): This is absolutely one of the best chocolate chip cookies I've ever had. Loved it and would go back just for this cookie!

Finally made it to Crumbl after hearing about them a while ago. Ordered their 4 pack plus 1 because I couldn't make up my mind. It's interesting that they serve some cookies chilled, some warm, and some at room temperature. Their flavors change weekly (Monday thru Sunday). The cookies are really big which helps justify their price point at almost $4 per cookie. I really hope they make the smaller cookies in their catering menu available for regular customers. I could see these selling really well for customers that want to try all of their cookie flavors, but don't want to buy six large cookies. Below is my review of the five cookies I tried: Classic Sugar - 1/5 stars. This is their classic pink frosted sugar cookie. Probably my least favorite out of the five I tried. It had a sandy texture and a slight flour taste that I didn't care for. Funfetti Milkshake - 4/5 stars. I thought this cookie was made to appeal to kids, but it was actually really tasty and served chilled. Pretty unique! Chocolate Chip - 4/5 stars. I really good take on the traditional chocolate chip cookie. Lots of chocolate chips! Brownie Batter - 4/5 stars. This cookie was really rich and chewy with oozing chocolate. Pair it with a glass of milk ..or even better a la mode! Peanut Butter Brittle - 5/5 stars. You really need to like peanut butter to like this cookie. Luckily I do and it was really good with a mix of chewy peanut butter cookie with peanuts in the batter topped with a crunchy brittle. My favorite out of the bunch Will stop by whenever I'm in the area again to see what other flavors they have! Worth checking out!!

I recently visited Crumbl Cookie and wanted to share my experience with you. I ordered a 4-pack, but unfortunately, there was no positive experience to take away from the evening. The lady at the register handed me the box before I could even finish paying, and upon checking my cookies in the car, I noticed that one of them had hardly any frosting on it. I went back inside and asked them to make me one that looked like the one in the display case, but the woman gave me attitude and all of the options they found were severely under-frosted. To make matters worse, when I got home, I discovered that two of the other three cookies were wrong. I had to go back to the store and ask them to fix the problem, but the woman in charge threw the incorrect cookies on the ground out of frustration. The manager seemed to be intimidated by the employee and was not much help. Overall, my experience at Crumbl Cookie was very disappointing. I do not recommend this establishment, as there are many other options in Covington for late-night family snacks. Photo attached is the best option they had of their frosted cookie the original cookie had half the amount shown.

OMG! I had no idea what all the fuss was about with these cookies... until this past week, that is. I stopped here for a snack to bring home before getting my nails done instead of trying afterwards. Usually the place has a line when I arrive so this was my chance to get ahead of the game! I'm so glad I did. I feel crazy saying this but I do believe it is the BEST chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. I had mine while it was still warm, well half of it. These cookies are huge! Service was fast, like I ran my card and my box was waiting fast. I also purchased the sugar, confetti and brownie cookies for my family and they all loved them. Looking forward to trying more!

In addition to having delicious cookies, they have excellent customer service. We order from them at least once a week. Tonight my husband came home with cookies that were not what we ordered. We called to alert them of the issue and they immediately refunded our order and gave us the cookies we actually ordered. Great job Crumbl! read more

I love me a warm chocolate chip cookie. Metropolitan Market is always a highlight whenever we go for that reason. So when I saw this place opening, I was pumped up. Line was too long to wait the last couple days so we ordered some cookies to try via Doordash. We got a 4 pack of the milk chocolate along with a build your own 4 pack (milk chocolate, smores brownie, sugar cookie, and the orange). Wish we could have customized the quantity on the Doordash ordering, but not a huge deal. Cookies showed up and we tried them and were fans of them all. Milk chocolate: I'm honestly more of a dark chocolate man in my cookies, but these were good. Smores brownie: gooey and delicious Orange: honestly this was my favorite one Sugar cookie: not a big sugar cookie man, but this was good too. Curious to see what other flavors they rotate in. Maybe we just aren't used to having the cookies a little less baked. It really does crumble but more in a raw way. It tasted way too sweet to me but I think kids will love it. The portions are a great value, the customer service was friendly and it's great they have parking and curbside pick up available. read more

SO good! I drove around 2h roundtrip to try these cookies and they did not disappoint. They are extremely sweet and can be easily shared by multiple people. I tried: Gingerbread, Andes Mint, Nutella Sea Salt, Chilled Sugar, Chocolate Chip, and S'mores. Gingerbread was my favorite!!!! AH i'm so happy i finally got to try these. I stopped by on Tues around 3pm, not crowded. I wish they have more variety of cookies to sell instead of the only option on their counter and website. The cookies that you want are usually sold out fast which is kinda of disappointing. The cookies are delicious, love the sugar cookie and reese's pieces peanut butter. They only offer variety cookies if you're catering it.I hope in the future you could offer more of the variety instead just the selection that is offered for the day or time. read more

I really wanted to love these - they look so wonderful on the website. First the good news - it was busy and we had to wait awhile, but we didn't mind because it's because of the pandemic. They had a lot of people working, and everyone was nice and appeared to be working hard. So I would say the service was excellent. The cookies looked great. They're large, but still pretty expensive. Fresh, though, and smelled amazing. The two I have tried are decent, but not as amazing as they are made out to be. The pumpkin chocolate chip actually had no pumpkin flavor at all. I could taste a little spice - nutmeg or allspice maybe, but it was basically a really cakey chocolate chip. The Nutella was pretty good - like a brownie with a little Nutella filling in the very middle. I really wanted pumpkin so I am a bit disappointed. Maybe there was an error in our batch. I'll probably try them again just to make sure, but for the price I can get more pumpkin-y cookies at the store. read more

Have tried this place 2 times and both times our cookies were undercooked, especially the chocolate chip cookies. The dough was very soft in the middle and was inedible. We tried to heat it up at home but it became a mess. Will stick with the Metropolitan Markets legendary chocolate chip cookies when I need a fix. read more

Came in. Bought a variety hot and fresh from the oven. They're a little spendy but they ARE big cookies. However....they just weren't that great. Husband's reaction, "All that did was make me want a Toll-House Cookie". We didn't taste butter or high-quality chocolate. You could probably buy a Safeway cookie from the bakery, warm it up and get a similar result. Decent enough but we just weren't impressed. read more

I wanted to try this place and see what all the hype was about. I got a 6 pack to try all the flavors and bring home to my family and I personally tried the chocolate chip. What could go wrong? It made me so sick! It was so undercooked it was like eating cookie dough that had been warmed and left out in the sun but not actually cooked. I am addicted. I started coming to Crumbl during their opening week. Now I check the app every week to see what flavors are available. Twix is by far my favorite. I love that cookies are served warm or chilled based on the type. Their catering is great too. I ordered 50 cookies for a birthday party via the app & they had them ready to go when I requested. Curbside service is the best! They also offer delivery, which is excellent because one day I was at home & it showed up at my door as a surprise from a friend! read more

Gosh! Birdie greeted me when I arrived, was so efficient when engaging with customers, and was pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable. So to start the cookies are solid.... I'd say 4 stars. Not the best i've had but definitely good. The 2 star rating comes from not having there popular cookies available. My coworkers and myself have went there 4 times in the last couple weeks and they're always out of what we go in for. I get that sometimes but 3 out of 4? And then they'll be an hour or more before having more.... they've gotta manage this better. Service matters and they need to get someone in to figure this out... read more

Awesome cookies! However I was a little offended that upon paying for my cookies they presented a tablet screen that wanted me to tip them. (For putting four cookies in a box & handing it to me) I'm normally a pretty good tipper having been a waitress.... but really??? Whats next? Tipping your pharmacist for doing his job? How about the grocery checker? If you want tipped, put a tip jar out and let it be YOUR CUSTOMER'S CHOICE. Stop trying to guilt people into doing it. read more

First time customer and went right when they opened at 8am. I was asked if I've ever been there before and I said no. No explanation of how it works was given. I asked if the cookies out on display were the only flavors they had and the girl at the register says "yeah, those are our flavors this week" (again first time customer-didn't know) I asked for 1 of each totally 6. She didn't say a word about packaging. I decided to get 2 of one kind. She asked if I wanted to throw in another one totally 8 and to the girl next to her asked if she should ring it up as 4 and 4. No mentioning of packaging. I asked if 6 could be in the box and the extra 2 separate. I was told by the other girl, Rachel that no they couldn't cause the cookies would get all smashed (never offering the larger box that I could see on the counter). I reminded them I had never been here before and didn't know-neither said anything. Rachel, informs me she is the shift manager as she continues to count money on the counter with no explanation of the process or other information. I have no idea how much the cookies cost and never received a receipt. And Guess what. The cookies with frosting were messed with any way read more

Whoever is in charge of their marketing is a genius! They have me looking at the app every week to see what the new flavors are for that week! That usually gets me to stop in there. Also always give as a treat or a small gift and people will love you always! People at work even have me stopping in and bringing them for their orders since they do not have one around them. Crumbl cookies are good, are they wait an hour good after placing a curbside pickup order good, absolutely not! I'm a baker, I love to bake I would rather spend an hour in the kitchen baking some darn good cookies that are on par or better than these. I placed an order for my son who likes your cookies but after sitting in the parking lot and then calling and having the customer service at the store take 5 minutes or more trying to find my order, not good service. She finally found it and told me it would be another 45 minutes. I ended up canceling, not worth the wait and hype in my opinion. I complained and was told to bring it up to corporate. Corporate, if you are reading this, you need a better platform for your curbside pickup orders. There should be a limit to your curbside orders if your stores can't timely complete them! read more

Ordered 9 cookies for a birthday party over 1 hour in advance. They accepted our pick up time. Went to the store to pick them up. Waited and waited past my pick up time. Tried calling numerous times and now answer. Arrived and told it was going to be 45 minutes. I am now driving late to a birthday party without my gift of cookies. I've gone to Crumbl numerous times in Oregon with no issues. I would wait a few months to visit this store as they do not have their act together. Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever.
