Cookies are getting more expensive but the quality seems to be the same, if not a bit less satisfying as the only cookie that I always recommend is the original chocolate chip one as it's tried and true. They have different flavors often and are innovative but most of the time it's doing too much so I am now sticking to the original only. Wanted something sweets after our Target run and Crumble was the perfect spot. It was early evening and no wait. We checked the display of this weeks flavors. There was thin chocolate chip, mint chocolate pie, Dubai cheesecake, and classic snickerdoodle and chocolate chip. They also had the mini sizes available. We went to the kiosk and picked a 4 pack. Don't forget to enter you info to get those points. Cookies came out shortly after. The snickerdoodle and chocolate chip are always a hit in our house. We also got the mint and it was delicious. when we saw the dubai chocolate brownie was on the menu this week, we knew we had to get an order in! so here's the scoop on the douglas blvd location: FOOD everything we tried in this week's lineup was AMAZING. the cookies looked exactly how they were pictured. they did happen to sell out of one of the cookies we ordered, as it sold out faster than they were able to take it off the app. however, with how busy it was, i'm surprised only one cookie sold out! SERVICE i called before we placed our pickup order and they were kind enough to let me know if they were out of any flavors. despite being insanely packed with this week's flavors, everyone was so kind. PARKING this location has huge parking lot as it's an adjacent to a target. AMBIANCE i typically go to the folsom location, but this location was on my drive home. it's a little smaller of a store, but don't let that intimidate you! the store was super clean, and had the fun crumbl decor all over. you can order at the self serve kiosks or at the front counter.. and don't forget to add your rewards number! no seating at this location so it's all pick up only. will absolutely be back, and so happy we stumbled upon this location! read more

Huge cookie fan. I bake, buy, and eat. But, being "mature" I have no time for lame cookies, or their calories. If I am having sugar, it must be GREAT. What I love about CRUMBL is they have a great variety of cookies that will address anyone's taste. Plus the service and cleanliness is top notch at all the locations I've used. I think their chocolate frosting is the bomb and any cookie with it (Brownie, Brownie Batter, Chocolate Brownie, and Cupcake) is terrific. And, freezing the Milk Chocolate Chip only make a great cookie better eating frozen. Enjoy! read more

Went on a Saturday afternoon and the only people there were waiting for a larger order. Store was clean. We were welcomed with a greeting and warm smile. Self-order option was available at 2 stations, but we were offered in-person help. Being our first time, I wasn't sure how it worked to use my digital gift card via the app. I gathered we got a new employee as she didn't know either. Another employee instructed us both from the back, but wasn't quite as friendly. We made our choices, got to observe cookie assembly as we waited, were shown our open box to approve, and were off! Pretty easy. Chocolate Chip--good classic, not overly sweet despite milk chocolate chips, crunchy outer edge, soft in the middle Chocolate Mallow Cupcake--soft, fudgey cookie that wasn't very sweet on its own, toppings of the soft marshmallow cream (not gooey) and chocolate glaze added sweetness, was great chilled Honey Cake--crunchier, firmer cookie with graham and butter flavors, frosting was quite sweet, honey drizzle added even more sweetness All the flavors we tried were yummy. I can justify the cost because the cookies were quite large and a super indulgent treat. These were not cookies you could grab and just start chomping on easily. Two of them were like cakes with the frostings, glaze, and sticky honey. Even the chocolate chip left my fingers with a serious butter slick. I stumbled across this Crumbl location on a recent Target run and had a great first ever Crumbl experience! You can either order and pay at one of the two self-serve tablets, or at the cashier. There was virtually no wait when I went at night, and the person working there was very friendly and helpful. He showed me the cookie inside the box and asked me if everything looked in order before handing it over. I tried the sugar cookie and it was one of the best cookies I've ever had. The cookie was bigger than the size of my hand and practically melted in my mouth. The frosting had a slight almond flavor, which I liked. The cookie part was about a half inch think with another half inch thick layer of frosting on top, so it makes sense why it's a $5 cookie. Crumbl cookies are definitely meant to be shared...I couldn't finish the entire cookie in one sitting since it was so sweet and huge. They also sell cookie cutters that cut a cookie into 4 equal parts (although I think a knife would do just fine). I would definitely come back whenever the craving for a rich cookie hits me. read more

Placed an order this morning ; it was prior to opening hours , however Folsom location was still not open and they specified on the website that they were "out of stock" on Dubai brownie. Douglas said they had it so I placed the order, drove all the way out only to be told once I arrived that I can try coming back tomorrow, they are out. Very unprofessional. If you cannot fill the placed order you should really give a courtesy call to the customer to let them know prior to pickup. I picked up a 6 pack of minis at this location yesterday. While, yes, the cookies were great, what was even better was the customer service provided by the young man working. He was the solo worker in there and he was so polite and pleasant that I was blown away. His service was prompt, he spent time applying the frosting and finishing touches to my cookies and departed me with a genuine smile and a "have a great day!".
