They should check receipts when picking up orders. I came to pick up my order and was give to someone else with same name. In fact they were giving me a wrong order. If I would of checked I would of walked out with someone else order. Just like what happen to me. And they didn't have anymore of the one I had ordered, such a disappointment. read more

Where do I start? First, let me say that these cookies are just OK. They're a lil too sweet for me, but my kid lives them. I never thought I'd be paying almost $30 for six cookies. The things we do as parents( smh ). I have never had a good experience at this location, but it's the closest one to me. Every time I go, they are sold out of the ones I want, so I decided to order in line. I get to the store and find out that the ones I paid for already were just given out right before I got there even though I gave a time of arrival. Next, we decided to order first thing in the morning and be there at opening. You would think nothing could go wrong, right? Wrong!!! I was given a cookie I didn't want as a substitute for one that had to sit in the fridge for another 45 min. How is it you can order for a curtain time and still have to wait another 45 min after you get there? So ridiculous!! AND when I was given my cookies, they didn't bother to tell me I wasn't getting my right order. They just handed it to me and said, "Have a nice day." I had to find out in the car that it was wrong. Absolutely no consideration for the customer, and when I complained, it was like no big deal to them. If It wasn't for my love for my child, I wouldn't give any more of my hard earned money to this joke of a place. I think I can go on line and learn to make my own copies of these cookies. In the last 3 days, I've gone twice to this location. The first time I went, I didn't buy anything because they were sold out of 4 of the 6 flavors. I decided to go again today because my daughter really wanted a cookie. I checked online and they had the chocolate chip she wanted but they were sold out of three other flavors. I figured, fine, I'll order two Chocolate chip and two Oreos. Well, when we arrived, they were out of Chocolate Chip but were told a new batch would be available in 17 minutes and no, we could not order ahead, only once they were out of the oven. So, we went to a nearby business to kill some time. When we came back, there were Choc chip flavor available but they had run out of the Oreo flavor. Again, like on my first visit, there were only 2 of 6 flavors available- not acceptable. I wound up buying my daughter one cookie instead of the 4 pack I was originally intending to buy. This is bad for your business and bad for your customers. I will buy elsewhere next time we're craving a cookie. read more

This location is TERRIBLE. The cookies are great but the customer service is awful. Clearly something is wrong with managers or something!! I ordered a curbside order, first of all there's no place to park for curbside in the parking lot. Waiting for my cookies and the app says that a team member handed the cookies over, yet no one had given me any cookies? I had to go inside and I waited at the counter and no one would make eye contact with me and kept avoiding me. Finally I got someone's attention and I told them my issue. She was like "oh ok that's your order hold on". I then waited 15 whole minutes and no cookies. Finally she gives me a box, when I get to my car it's the wrong order. This has literally become the worst crumbl location which is sad because I literally live down the street. On many occasions different days/times they are always sold out of all the weeks cookies except for the chocolate chip. At first I'm like I get it people love crumbl so selling out is common but no Cerritos location is always busy probably even busier and their cookies are always available if not the majority of them. This location even closes the doors for an "hour" break to catch up on the cookies and I have return and they are open and sold out still.. I have even heard employees say out loud that they should close the doors because a lot of people started coming in. I'm starting to think the employees here are just lazy and lacking management! And I am pretty sure the manager is probably not even aware. Smh so sad Downey location you guys need to get it together ! read more
