We have been here a couple of time, always excited to try the new cookies (they rotate options often). The cookies themselves seem just under cooked. Im not sure if that is there thing, but it isn't mine. Don't get me wrong, I love chewy soft cookies, but these seemed less than that. Honestly it could have been me. The staff is nice, and delivery options are available. Like what a world we live in.. where we can have cookies delivered in practically minutes! My favorite one is the circus cookie one. How cute were the girls that worked here?! Sooo cute. So friendly and they made you want to just buy the whole store, but I settled for a party box, because how would you ever pick just one? Or a couple? Ya can't! So with a party box you get two of each flavor. Yum. We all took a small sample of each flavor and they're all to die for. Poor experience all around at this location. I love crumbl but will probably not go back to this one. Cashier was visibly annoyed when she asked for a tip and I declined, every cookie was supposed to be warm and none of them were close to being remotely warm. I asked to redeem my credits and after purchasing my cookies and upon returning home, I found that my credits were not redeemed after checking the app. I should have realized and asked when the total of my order was not shown or verbally told to me so I'll take credit for not being more proactive on that. The cookies are great but service at this location is awful. I was the only customer in the store and nobody acknowledged me. I had to ask for help. The "help" I got was full of attitude. I truly felt like an imposition. I would have walked out but had my heart set on cookies for neighbor gifts. This is the WORST CRUMBL LOCATION. We ordered off of DoorDash and waited 30 MINUTES for our cookies. When the box arrived it wasn't even the right cookies. It's so disappointing when you wait so long for good cookies and don't even get what you ordered. The cookies were SO DRY and literally crumbled as we cut them. Normally Crumbl cookies are soft and not drier than the Sahara Desert. If you're going to mess up the order, at least make the cookies good. A complete lack of employee attention. Ok. Cookies were fine. BUT the service was TRASH. She put the 5th cookie on top of the box. So it was balanced precariously.....and "shockingly" it fell of the top as I tried to open the door that she didn't offer to grab for me even though she knew my hands were full. I dropped the cookie. We were afraid I would miss my grandson's birthday and I had heard great things about Crumbl Cookies, but never used them before. I thought this would be a great time to try them and it would be a wonderful surprise for my grandson. I imagined his delight when he opened the package. I asked my daughter about them and after awhile she finally answered me and said the quality of the cookies was not very good and they looked very un-appetizing. When I saw them myself (we ended up making it to the birthday) I was so sad and disappointed. Not only that, we had forgone bringing a present thinking that the cookies were the present. We felt really embarrassed at the quality of our chosen gift. Feeling frustrated with my experience at the Draper Crumbl store tonight. I went in to get a cookie and was told they were closed. I asked when they closed and she said a long time ago. She, the employee, was super rude. When I walked out confused by the experience, I looked at the door and they closed at 10:00pm. It was 10:02pm. That doesn't seem like a long time ago. I stopped in on a weekday evening - the only customer in the shop. No one greeted me, but after walking to the counter, a woman approached me after a few moments. This wouldn't have stuck out to me, except that another woman walked in a couple minutes after me and got a prompt and friendly "Hi, welcome to Crumbl! How can I help you?" For the type of shop this is (a quick in-and-out stop), I wouldn't expect a delightful greeting, but I DO expect consistent customer service. Otherwise, I wonder if there's something about me that prevents me getting the same service as another person. Anyway, on to the cookies. I was impressed the the selection. I think Chip usually just has chocolate chip and one seasonal cookie. Crumbl (at least as of now) offers a sugar cookie, chocolate chip, coconut pretzel, cinnamon swirl, dark dream, and macadamia nut. So they definitely beat Chip in variety. I asked, as I always do at these cookie places, if they have anything undercooked - more on the doughy side. The answer was no. So I asked if they sell cookie dough (seems like a simple thing for a COOKIE shop to sell). The answer was no. So I asked for the softest cookies they have. What I got was 2 coconut pretzel and 2 cinnamon swirl. Both cookie options are definitely well-cooked. Not only well-cooked, but the coconut pretzel is actually crispy on the edges. The cinnamon swirl isn't as cooked - I actually liked the softness of it, although that seems to be mostly due to the very sugary and crumbly dough. But I'm not a snickerdoodle person, so I definitely compromised by picking one of my least favorite types of cookie in order to get a cookie that is cooked to my liking. It's a simple business model. You sell cookies. You sell milk. Is it too much to ask for a selection of doneness on the cookies, and if not, to just buy the dang dough and do it myself at home? I'm sick of spending $10 on these four packs of Chips Ahoy CRISPY overcooked cookies! read more

We placed an online order. Upon arrival the order was not ready and I was informed that it had to be put together still. Instead of quickly doing my order the workers continued to help walk in customers and kept me waiting 20 minutes. 4 workers and not one could start on my order while the others helped the other customers is not good service at all. Epic fail Crumbl. Walked in to buy 12 cookies. Asked the girl at the counter to please put them in 3 of the 4 count boxes since they are for 3 of my employees for Employee Appreciation Day. Was told I would have to be charged the higher price to pay for the boxes. The cookies are a bit overpriced as it is but to be nickel and dime'd for 2 cardboard boxes is outrageous. I went today to try their cookies with my three kiddos, and as soon as I walked in it smelled awesome and the kids were super excited! But then I heard the quite vulgar and very loud music they were playing. It was a young crowd working, but when you have three kiddos walking in, I'd think you'd turn off the crazy cussing filled music. I quickly placed my order and went outside so my kids didn't have to hear it. We were planning on eating in the place so the kids could enjoy the cookies but unfortunately the music continued, so we left. Super unprofessional. Went in the store with no line, 6 employees behind the plexiglass, one girl said "welcome to crumbl" and that was it. Several people standing behind me in line. I didn't know to place my own order on the iPad. Once they told me to do so I waited another several minutes for my cookies while all the employees chatted and frosted cookies, not even noticing that I had been waiting an extended period of time for my 2 cookies bd there were now 5+ people behind me in line. One nice employee came out of the back room and got my cookies boxed and said sorry about the wait. They really need better customer service here. I know they're busy but when people are standing waiting in front of you, or waiting out in the snow due to social distancing, you should really help them get in and out as quick as possible instead of sitting and chatting with coworkers. read more

I love coming to this crumbl because it is so convenient and the staff is very friendly. I tried out the new app and ordered cookies to be deliver. I was so excited for this experience, however; it left me feeling displeased. The app said that the delivery time would be between 9:30-10. At 10:02 I received a texted saying that my cookies would be delivered at 10:17. I understand that it is a busy time so i understood. However i looked at the app that lets you track your cookies, great idea unless your drivers sit around until the last minute to deliver. I love the cookies so i will keep going to the store but i won't order online again because i tipped the driver but then he took his sweet time to deliver. read more

Crumbl cookies are soooo delicious. I've ordered them multiple times for various occasions and everyone who tries them always ends up getting hooked as well. I love the chocolate chip and the biscoff was TO DIE FOR. Wish they had that year round. I don't care for any other cookie there. The pumpkin chocolate chip was not good when I got it, it tasted very bitter for some reason. I'm not sure if it was a bad batch or not. I also do not like their sugar cookies, I'd much rather get swigs pink frosted sugar cookie. No joke this place is AMAZING! My weakness is chocolate chip cookies and you won't find a better choco chip cookie than theirs! I've tried! Nothing comes close to these! This is such a great treat! Their cookies are so soft and huge! They have a new selection weekly so they keep things interesting.

I mean the cookies are phenomenal but the delivery service is terrible. Twice I have had my driver give up and return to the store without calling me. The second time I specifically called and told them to call me when they got here so I could direct them where to go. I had to call the store and lady was like yea he just walked in and then proceeded to tell me the driver couldn't find it. Sounds like the driver just gave up. On top of that it took an hour for it to be out for delivery. So all in 1.5 hours down and no cookies. O and now I have to wait for a refund because they didn't have time to send them back out. Overall bad experience. Won't be going to this store again. read more

Just left Crumbl and am seriously disappointed. I have severe nut and peanut allergies, so the first question I always ask places like this is what I can have and what I can't because of my allergies. When I asked the Crumbl employee working the register what I couldn't have, she pointed to the peanut butter cookie and the sugar cookie (almond extract smh), so I decided to order the chocolate chip, pumpkin chocolate chip, and the chocolate Oreo cookies. As I was paying, I noticed another employee using a spatula clearly covered in remnants of a peanut butter cookie on another type of cookie for another order, so I asked the girl taking my order if they would be so kind as to use a clean spatula for my order, which she said she was happy to do and ran to grab another spatula. When she came back just as I finished paying, she said, "we use the same parchment for all of our cookies, so there will probably be some contamination with that." So I said that I couldn't have anything from there and she quickly gave me a refund and we left and won't be back. So for anyone with a nut or peanut allergy, be forewarned that Crumbl makes zero effort to protect customers with allergies. As a baker myself, I can't imagine ever baking things with peanuts on the same tray as something without them nor would I ever handle the two with the same spatula if I were selling to customers that might have an allergy and I'm honestly shocked that this company doesn't make any effort to separate cookies with and without these allergens which would be an easy thing to do (cookies with allergens kept on designated trays and picked up with designated spatulas - not rocket science). What's also concerning is that this company doesn't post any allergen information on their website, so customers like me either have to go to the store or call to find out if they can actually eat there. If Crumbl was a better business, they'd make an effort to accommodate people with allergies. Makes me wonder what else they cut corners on. read more
