The store is covered with all white interior, which is simple and bright. I love their super cute design of the cookies boxes, which based on the number of cookies that you are getting. They have option for a single, 4 or 12 piece of cookies. The flavor of the cookies rotate every week and you can check their weekly flavor menu on their website or social media. When I went in, there is a little line for ordering. However, the overall wait time is not that long. While waiting for my cookies, I can see the staffs in the open kitchen busy preparing and piping out freshly baked cookies. Another special thing is, they have some variety of cookies that will be served chilled. I didn't end up getting one to try, but will definitely try out the chilled cookies next time. I got 2 of each milk chocolate chip and rocky road. Be aware that one cookies can totally fill you up, at least for me, their cookies is abnormally large. I quickly found myself addicted to these cookies, they are warm, soft and have a bit of chewiness to it. Way over hyped. Chocolate chip cookie very average. Sugar cookie was nice and thick with a good consistency and texture but the icing was too sweet. I think the cookies have potential, but that chocolate chip needs work. I'd definitely be willing to try some other flavors since they have so many but honestly wasnt impressed on this 1st try. Cookies were fine. I had an issue with curbside. I ordered curbside via app. My cookies were never delivered to me. I had to go in for them. I understand they were busy so I waited outside several minutes past the time when the app said they had been delivered. I assumed they would bring them when they had a couple of cars to deliver too. No such luck. After I watched another obvious curbside order go in, I decided to go in as well. My cookies were sealed and sat on the table, I watched them call out another person not in store and place their order by mine -- I assume another curbside but possibly pick up. When i asked for my cookies and about why they weren't brought out to me-- the girl said I don't know. we are just incredibly busy and then she rushed away. Again if you are busy, I understand not offering curbside but that needs to be reflected in the online app. Also, when asked about a service error, don't brush the customer off. read more

You need to stop in here at least once. They have 6 flavors that rotate weekly with sugar cookie and chocolate chip as constants. You can order through their app the exact Cooke combo you want (1,4 or 12 cookies) and the time you want pickup or delivery. They open early (8am) and stay open late. We try to go every Monday. The Cookies are amazing and service is always fast and friendly. I am not a fan of the overly sweet treats and these are not over loaded with sugar just because like many other cookies or treats. Here and there I think they could benefit from added flavor, especially with the citrus ones. The lemon and lime cookies hardly had any flavor to them beyond a regular sugar cookie. Could not taste any coconut in the lime coconut and icing barely had lime flavor, had to squeeze the fresh lime on the cookie (same for lemon) to make them citrusy. Would have assumed zest or coconut was added in the batter to increase the flavor. read more

Must have! Crumbl has the best cookies! The menu options change weekly, though generally have staple chocolate chip (personal fav) and sugar. The flavors are amazing and the cookie itself is the PERFECT cookie. They are still warm when you get them, too! Large cookies, so good for sharing, but you won't want to. Ordering for curbside is so easy! Delivery is a nice option too, if you're close enough. They even have an app to make your cookie needs easier to tend to. And their customer service is too.
