This Crumbl cookies location is on regular rotation for us anytime the Cookie Monster cravings strike. Service is fast, never been an issue. This is a well-maintained location and we have never had a negative experience. Cookies are always yummy and high quality. I was unable to procure the famous and viral Dubai Chocolate Brownie Cookie though.

3.5 stars Located in a busy plaza with parking lot. Easy ordering system on the iPad but there's also staff to help if you have questions. It was an open kitchen. Ordered the chocolate chip cookies and it was pretty quick turnaround. The cookie itself was huge but just ok, very thick and it was a bit undercooked.

I've been hearing how this cookies are absolutely delicious and to die for!!! My bf and I had a sweet tooth, luckily we were close to Dublin location and decided to try it out! Walking in you have to place your order on the tablet to the right and you select the type of cookies you want and how many you would like. Within minutes your order will be ready! ALL THE COOKIES WERE BOMB AFFFFF!!!! This place is definitely lives us to its hype!!! Come by whenever you have a sweet tooth!

Every time I go in there, not a single person greets me or says "we'll be right with you", they look at you for a second as if they're annoyed and do not say a word until they feel like it. Today I went in to get the raspberry cheesecake and it says served chilled. It was warm and mushy, and the whipped cream looked like it was spooned on and looked so sloppy and messy, I thought it was cottage cheese and tasted like cheesecake mousse! This is extremely disappointing, and the customer service needs some great improvement!!!

Saw TikTok was full of these cookies and just happened to be in the Dublin area and decided to try it. It is $4.99 for a single cookie. The place is very clean and you can see how they make the cookies. Order from the kiosk. Not many choices. I got the 4 cookies in a box for $20. These cookies are pretty and very Instagram-able but they are way too sweet for my tasting. My daughters usually can take sweets and they said too sweet for them too. Overall, they are not all that to me, trying them once is enough for me.

First time trying crumbl and what a disappointment. Cookies: the most dry, stale, overly sweet cookies. Chocolate chip was not moist and tasted grainy, the waffle cookie tasted like I was eating straight butter, and the lemon cookie was basically inedible. Customer service: extremely subpar. The chocolate chip cookie came exactly as pictured and when I ask the girl working to switch it out for me she said "it just comes like that". It looks like someone had held it and imprinted their finger on it. The waffle cookie's slab of butter was basically falling out. Imagine if this was a gift for someone and I had to give it to them - embarrassing. Such a disappointment and waste of my $10. Won't be back at crumbl any time soon!

Service was so bad. The worker told me the cookies will be ready in 5 minutes but weren't ready for 40 minutes. I ordered at 6:30 pm and ended up actually receiving my cookies at 7:11 pm. The worker also failed to see my car even though it was right in front of the shop and almost gave my cookies to the wrong person. The worker didn't communicate either and was very rude. The staff here was super friendly and super quick! Store was very clean! We ordered 6 cookies, Chocolate Chip and Chocolate Sprinkle. The cookies were good, but definitely did not live up to the hype I've seen online. We will be back and try others (we clearly played it safe with our selections), but only if we are in the area, it won't be an OMG, we have to go to Crumbl today because I'm dying for one. read more

OK so this place is very scary. It smells like heaven the cookies are absolutely delicious. So if you come in here, expecting a mediocre cookie place you came to the wrong spot. The customer service was great, you get greeted as soon as you walk through the door, go to your right order your cookies plain as day. The only thing is they do not except cash. read more

Poor service. I walked into Dublin store at 6pm on Saturday to order 3 dozen cookies. I was told that they are unable to sell me 3 dozen cookies because I didn't place a catering order. They had the cookies available but refused to sell them. Their websites clearly states orders over 50 cookies, will need catering. 3 dozen cookies is less than 50. read more

I had the same issue as Quinn from previous review. As I walked in with my 5 year old the cashier was helping someone, so I assumed he would helped me next. When he was done helping the previous customer, he went to the back and started packing cookies. I was thinking maybe he'll fufill an order and help me after, nope. Fulfilled another order, nope. Fulfilled another order, nope. Didn't even acknowledge me. 5 year old got antsy, so I went to the stupid tablet and ordered. They called my name received my order and told him, in a nicely manner, I was waiting there for a few minutes at the counter and no one acknowledged me. If you wanted me to use the tablet their should be a sign or tell me to use the tablet. He said sorry. I just hope that gave him a lesson. Customer service needs more training. read more

When your sweet tooth kicks in and you want a nice warm soft chewy cookie...you come here!!! Arrived in the morning and had three customers before me. Walked to the kiosk to place order and five minutes later, it was already packed and ready to go. The young lady that brought my box had it open to confirm order was everything I wanted and so it was!!! I forgot to take pictures of those delicious cookies but I can vouch for it being perfect, soft, chewy and melts in your mouth kind of cookie. No problem to look for parking, there's lots of them in the shopping center. I'll be back again! read more

The Dublin Crumbl Cookies by far has the worst customer service. I waited in front of their cash register for 10 minutes just waiting for someone to take my order. While I was waiting, all of the employees constantly kept looking at me and making me think that I was dumb for not using the tablet provided. HOWEVER, I only had cash and just wanted one cookie. Instead, I literally had to call someone to take my order and she rolled her eyes at me when I asked her if I can order at the register. This store needs to learn about customer service. read more

Finally Dublin gets a Crumbl cookie! And on the weekends they're open until midnight! My daughter and I went here last night around 10 PM for some dessert. They said it was their first day being open. Cookies were delicious and warm even at 10 PM! Love having them in Dublin. read more

Excellent service. The cookies were yummy. The service that Hannah provided was awesome. Everyone has their favorite cookie flavors but what surprises me about Crumbl Cookies is that some of the flavors that you would normally pass on are surprisingly tasty. For example, once my sister had Crumbl delivered to my house. One of the cookies was lemon. I'm not a fan of lemon flavored anything but I tried it and BAM, it was my favorite flavor in the box. Anyway, I have been to 4 different Crumbl locations. This was my 3rd purchase from the Dublin store. I have had excellent service every time. read more

Established in 2017.

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Crumbl's goal is to bring friends and family together over the best desserts in the world.

We got the buttercream bread, sweet rice donut, chocolate cloud cake, milk cornet, and the strawberry milk bread. For drinks we got the red velvet hot cocoa and the caramel macchiato. The buttercream bread was my absolute favorite out of the bunch. The butter cream wasn't too sweet and the bread was sooo soft. The ratio of cream to bread was just right, so each bite of bread had a sweet balance of the fluffy cream. The sweet rice donut was okay. To be, it could have been more softer, but it was expected for it to go stale a little bit since it's been out lying for a while. Some things are just unavoidable. The chocolate cloud cake was really good, but there was so much cream. Unlike the buttercream bread, there was imbalance here, but I adored the giant strawberries sandwiched between the cream. The consistency of the actual cake was perfect though, because sometimes I know it can get really soggy from the cream. Next time I would give another cake a try instead. The milk cornet was great! Tried it out because it seemed really popular; there was only one left. This pastry like a croissant stuffed with milky cream. The cornet was perfectly crunchy and the milk cream wasn't too sweet. Next time, I want to give the blueberry version a try. The strawberry milk bread impressed me. It was super soft, and I like how there was a really small amount of cream. Like, I understood what the cream was trying to do there. One bite of just bread would be pretty dry, but a little bit of cream can help smooth things out but still keep the spotlight on the bread. The red velvet hot cocoa drink was what surprised me the most. I suppose this drink is Valentines day edition, so it's not always here. I was so surprised when I opened the lid and saw hot pink foam! Like, DANG! Tous les jours really went out of their way to give us a sip of Valentines day! This drink is on the sweeter end, though. A friend said that the caramel macchiato was just okay, nothing surprising or impressive about it. I guess it was a safe order. The baristas were really efficient with our drinks; both drinks took five minutes or less! I love the interior of this bakery. So cute yet so easygoing. Perfect ambiance for catching up with some girlfriends!

I had a really disappointing experience here. I ordered a chocolate chip cookie and was told it would take some time. I was fine with waiting, but the staff insisted I choose something else instead. Reluctantly, I agreed, only to be given the wrong order. When I called to sort it out, I was asked to return to the store. Upon arriving, they wouldn't give me the correct item without the original box--something they should have told me over the phone. It was such an unnecessary hassle.
