All hype no substance. $4-$5 per bland cookie. When you get there you can either order from a person or order through their tablet. Seems to be ostenous since it's just cookies. All you do is get a cookie put in box, not rocket science. Technology to bypass face to face interaction is unnecessary. Since it was my first time here I got 6 cookies. I got a snickerdoodle, 2 of the chocolate silk, chocolate chip, peanut butter and a sugar. Very big and dense cookies. The chocolate silk is not a cookie, it was essentially a tart. Definitely does not keep up well. I think even after 2 hours the cookie was soggy. So you basically have to chill the cookie to keep it from going bad. And it was very bland. All the other cookies were just so basic. Located in a plaza so there is a lot of parking spaces. Heavily overpriced for basically mundane cookies. Way to maximize on American capitalism and people who will just eat whatever is hipster. read more

This is just for this experience only-- Door dashed the new "minis" a dozen and really wanted to like them but the majority had the consistency of raw dough and nothing like a cookie or nothing like the regular sized cookies, which I have ordered in the past with no issue. We tried-- even picked at other cookies to see if they were any better but they were not. That said, I reached out to ask if they might give a refund since we didn't eat the majority of them. We tried, but they just were not edible. And although they were understanding, I was told that unless you return the entire box with the entire dozen you cannot be refunded which is very unfortunate... lesson learned. read more

I stopped here with my cousins after lunch. The staff is nice and plenty of parking in this plaza. If the line is long, there are iPads on the side you can order from. We ordered double fudge brownie, pop tart, milk chocolate, & chocolate cake to share. It's soft and crumbles when you bite - a bit too sweet for my taste. But if I had to chose, the pop tart was my favorite flavor. My cousins loved it and I think this would be a great treat to bring to parties and potlucks. read more

Ordered a four pack. I didn't realize some cookies were chilled when I ordered it so it would've been nice to get a heads up first. Pricey but their cookies are very large. I wish they had a medium size or allowed us to purchase the smaller, catering size. This place is amazing. GREAT cookies, obviously. But its so good I actually brought my wife and daughter here on a little date. You have to come to the shop because the smell is so good. This location is great- it is in the Fallon shopping center, near the side with the chevon gas station and the starbucks. They are very good about completing your to go orders quickly, which is what I always do on a late weekend night. Service is attentive and I have been happy with all of the cookies that I have ordered here. Since the cookies are really rich, I recommend sharing with friends or eating then over a few days. AWFUL SERVICE! I order a 4 pack for a birthday delivery yesterday. The cookies were delivered to the wrong address. We went to the gentleman's door, he said he never got the delivery but it was obvious he did! This week's menu included Pumpkin spice( thank you Fall) , cinnamon apple ( my favorite) , pink sugar and mint cookie. Their cookies are really big and loaded with sugar so def for sharing. The cinnamon apple and pumpkin spice were amazing flavors.. soft and creamy! The icing on cinnamon apple was kinda like cheesecake..loved the apple and crumble on top. Pumpkin spice is pretty good too. The other two are average...I'd probably not get those again. The price point is a bit high..but I guess it's okay for an occasional cookie. read more

First time here since I wanted to see what the hype was about. The place is well lit so you can see the cookies clearly :) I like the self ordering on the iPad so you can see all the options. The flavors change every week so you just gotta get lucky or keep checking back to get the flavors you want. Ordered the 6 cookies so I could try them all. The price is a little high for cookies so don't think I'll be stopping by often unless there's a flavor I really want to try. Overall, the flavors are interesting and unique but they were too sweet for me. My faves were milk chocolate chip (love chocolate haha) and cookie batter blondie (right amount of sweetness). The portions are huge for a cookie but you can cut them in smaller pieces to try all of them. Would try again if I'm in the area and there are other flavors I want! read more

Came here after dinner for some sweet tooth noshin; decided to get 1 cookie. You enter and on your right there are 2 stations for self service ordering. 3 minutes later you're handed a cute box with a huge cookie inside (only $4.50!). I got the chocolate caramel, which had warm melty caramel dripping down the sides. I wasn't able to finish the whole thing because it was too sweet, so I get to see how it holds up a day later. They put Crumbl cookie in the best location in Dublin. We've tried this location out twice now and while we love the location we're going to give them some time to get the kinks out being that they've only been open for about a month or so. First visit we placed a curbside order, followed the instructions once we arrived but no one ever brought our order out. We ended up having to go inside to grab it which was a little frustrating. Second visit, another curbside order. It took a min but they eventually brought out the cookies! Progress. But the cookies were not fresh. read more

Crumbl is a cute little cookie shop everyone raves about. They have different flavors every week which is pretty cool. The cookies are fairly big so 1 is enough. We decided to get the party box which holds 12 for $39.99. The flavors were mediocre and the quality of the cookies are above average. It's nothing I would drive across town for to be honest. I think this is an unfair review but it's my honest opinion. The cookies are too cakey. I've never had crumbl cookies before trying the ones here in Dublin. The workers were amazingly fast and ordering at the touch screens made the whole trip a breeze. Definitely 5 stars in that sense. Now 6 cookies for $22 is a little steep if you ask me especially if my family and I never finish a single cookie. I think for us we went (twice) for the novelty of it all. Big, unique cookies. The cookies themselves were too cakey, too sweet, and too soft. Personal preference. I would definitely encourage everyone to try crumbl though. You may enjoy the cookies! read more

My sister and I got their cookies and cream pie last week 11/27 around closing time and we both noticed the cream tasted a bit tart but figured it was part of the flavor. I ate the cream but my sister ate around it and only ate the cookie part. 5 hours later and I have the worst food poisoning for the next 30 hours carrying into Thanksgiving.
