Stopped by after dinner as there was a line out the door. It turns out it was a free cookie day so I went in for the free chocolate chip. It smelled amazing inside and once I saw the variety, I walked out with a box to take home and share (maybe). They apparently swap out cookie types every couple weeks which keeps it interesting. Went here last night to help my sweet tooth. I got four different cookies: muddy buddy, chocolate chip, peppermint, and a ginger snap. Ambiance and vibe: Crumbl Cookies has a fun and exciting feeling. Once you walk in the sugar from the cookies hits your nostrils and it's so so sweet! Inside the building it is bright and there are screens that show what flavors of cookies they have that day. Service: The staff here is very friendly and kind. They seem to be happy to be working there, which helps the fun vibe! Food: The cookies were so soft and gooey. The chocolate in the chocolate chip cookie was warm and melty and when I pulled it apart it straight up looked like a commercial. They are very large cookies so one cookie was just fine for myself but I had to get the 4 cookies to try them all out! Overall: This place is fun and such a great idea. They also deliver here in town so if you needed your cookie fix this is the place to order from. We tried this specialty cookie place tonight and was overwhelmed with disappointment. The cookies are very pricey so you expect excellent service and amazing cookies. The cookies were barely baked , they were out of everything and the staff was not enthusiastic at all. Worst of all we got two cookies and the staff turn the computer screen and ask me for a tip, a tip on handing me two $5.00 cookies. Honestly it's not fair for me to leave only a 1 Star! Because the cookies here are always great! But the customer service is terrible. I used to love coming here! But every time I come in it seems like I always run into the same ANNOYING guy! I think his name is Micheal? Idk maybe it's just my luck! But honestly I just want my damn cookies...without having to feel like I'm being interrogated every time I come in. This has to change, his vibe is weird and awkward! They work quickly to get your order to you even when it's late at night and only 1-3 people are working there. Cookies rotate out each week, only ones that stay are the chilled sugar and the chocolate chip which is served warm. Crumbl is at best, just fine. I had high expectations because these cookies are so hyped but it was just an expensive cookie. The cookies are massive which is nice if you want to share and the flavors are interesting. We picked a chocolate chip cookie to share and it was warm and tasty but not special or exciting. Just a good cookie at a high price tag. The box was beautiful and the staff were nice. The business space is bare with a small bench to sit on, so it's not a place you can relax and enjoy your cookie. The space forces you to have your cookie to go, not great if you want to enjoy your warm cookie on a cold day. I might try it again to see if the rotating flavors show sign of a great cookie but so far it's ok. read more
