Decided to stop on after hearing about this place from a few friends. Since we live in CA and were in Sedona we had to stop. I was pleasantly surprised at the no contact ordering! I didn't understand what the buzz was about when people when the shop first opened so it took me a little while to get in. But when I did, omgosh The cookies were huge, warm, and most importantly, delicious! I bought four and ate one before I even got to the car. My intention was to save the other three to let my husband choose what he wanted, but by the time he got home from work, there was only two left. Late night cookie run. And this place did not disappoint. At all. One person working. But wow she was taking care of business and there were a lot of us in the store. Ordering is easy. Use the screens upon entry and check out and then wait for a few minutes. It was easy and seamless and allowed the person working to keep filling orders in beautiful pink boxes. Inside was light and bright. The person was friendly and the cold sugar cookie was to die for!!! One small thing - there was a smidge too much almond flavor in the icing but overall the cookie was outstanding. The texture was excellent. The flavor overall was delicious. Of course I also had to have some ice cream. Out of most flavors I chose plain Jane vanilla and it was also delicious. Creamy. Just the right amount of vanilla. Loved the combo. Couldn't eat it all. A sweet treat that was exactly what we needed! My family shared a box of 4: molten lava, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and iced (forgot the name) a container of muddy buddy, and, raspberry cheesecake. We order 4 cookies and none were outstanding. Employee was rude and act like he was to busy to stop what he was doing to help me. I almost left, but really wanted to try the cookies. I ordered the sugar, peanut butter brownie, birthday cake and chocolate chip. Well, the box had 2 sugar and no chocolate chip, so I didn't get to try that one. All of the cookies had a stale taste, crunchy on the ends and soft in the middle. I took a bite of each and threw them away. Something was off and maybe it's because I bake, but the cookies tasted as if they had to much powdered sugar. Will I go back, probably not. I wanted so much to like them. read more

Let me start by saying that I have always prided myself in making the best sugar cookies around. Well... my world got turned upside down when I bit into my first Crumbl iced sugar cookie (pink top). Oh my goodness I feel like my whole life has been a lie- I did not know that sweet goodness of a flakey sugar cookie could be possible. I can't stop eating them! I even started hiking so I could get these cookies guilt free- I can't get enough. On top of that- the gentleman who helped me was so kind and heart-warming (I forgot to get a name) but seriously thank you. Oh, my Lord! We are so stoked we got a crumbl!! Their cookies are amazing and the service is just as wonderful!! They've just opened but, so far, so good! I come here often, went here last night (7/9) for the birthday cake cookie. The last few times I have come here the cookies have been just okay, the toppings frostings and such are usually nice and neat, the only downside lately has been the fact that the cookies we get are never cooked all the way thru. They are soggy and completely fall apart when picking them up out of the box. I think I might change my weekly cookie runs now if this doesn't change. read more

Where to begin. I've been a loyal customer here for YEARS. I stopped by to get my free birthday cookie as well as purchase more for my friend and I. We walked in and we're greeted but then it turned sour. We ordered our cookies I got my free one but for some reason it took like 10minutes to even get 6 cookies and we were the only customers in the building. These cookies didn't get any toppings as they were plain peanut butter cookies. They were also cold when we received the cookies too. When we were waiting the shift was counting money on the white side of the box where the cookies go! Her phone was also touching the same part of the box! That's DISGUSTING. These are the boxes the cookies touch and your filthy hands and filthier cash was also touching it. That calls for someone getting sick and is definitely against health code. I hope that their manager talks to those employees who worked on 5/16/22 about how this can effect their business. I also had to close my own cookie boxes. The dressing of the cookies looked very low effort considering I'm paying $5 a cookie, and they were not warm at all. I had to order through the kiosk and was shown none of the customer service qualities that I'm used to at my normal Phoenix locations. These are some of the best cookies! You can tell that they make them fresh everyday. Came in around 7 pm and they weren't too busy. Was served promptly and the lady at the register was very friendly. Got the sugar, chocolate chip, carnival, s'mores, and cookies and cream. They were all great! They were making cookies while we were in the store. Found this place online when looking for a fun treat. Cookies are served warm, but I honestly preferred them room temperature. I live in the Phoenix area and was up in flagstaff for business and decided to get some as a treat before coming home. I had no problems with the cookies I ordered and usually give any service snafoos the benefit of the doubt. But my visit here was a little too far to brush aside. I walked up to the counter and the cashier was a young gentleman who said "welcome to crumbl how can I help you?", but as I tried to start ordering, naming my cookies, he ignored me and started texting on his phone. I stopped what I was saying for, I don't exaggerate, at least a painful 20 seconds in disbelief. He finally finished his text and nonchalantly set his phone down on the counter next to the register and asked "what would you like". I calmly said, "as I was saying..." and finished my order.
