Ordered from the parking lot for a quick dessert. Clicked "I'm here" and headed in expecting a wait... One worker greeted me instantly and had my order done and ready! This was the quickest service I've ever had at a Crumbl in all the states I've been in. Wow! Great job!

Ordered curbside pickup when I was about 10 minutes away and I just waited a couple minutes once I parked! Curbside is such a great option because I didn't have to get my daughter out of the car, and on this particular day it was raining. The girl was super friendly also and they are always so efficient! During this visit I had the new Cinnamon Square, which is not a cinnamon roll and not a cookie. It was like a fluffy little cake. It had good flavor but definitely needs to be enjoyed warm. It was alright..I wouldn't need to get it again and I also wasn't compelled to finish it all in one sitting. They should just stick with the cookies! We also had the Cookies & Cream cookie. I was excited about this flavor but it was actually on the extra sweet side. I liked it better than the cinnamon square but gotta have your glass of milk ready for that one!

who doesn't know about Crumbl by now... With flavors changing every week, its a fun place to keep tabs on! They have unique flavors on gigantic soft warmed or chilled cookies but the taste isn't exactly a wow factor. The ideas are cool but the execution is lacking. They're a bit pricey too. After eating a ton of cookies here, the place does lose a lil bit of its luster but I do love the toffee chocolate chip cookie and I'll always be a customer when its on the rotation! Bonus - It is a great pick up for potlucks and holiday parties.

Sometimes you just want a big, delicious, soft cookie. Crumbl is the place to satisfy your cookie sweet tooth. With different flavors weekly. Ordering is easy with their digital counter kiosks or by using their app. Deciding on which cookie(s) to get...that's a different dilemma. Today we tried two lemon cream pies, a cookie butter white chip, and a peanut butter crisp. All were completely delish and by using the Crumbl cookie cutter we will have them for a few days to satisfy any sweet needs. Since it was later in the day, only one employee was working up front. But he was friendly and doing a good job at packing and presenting cookies. There is amply parking and the store is open and clean. Treat yourself to a cookie...or two...or four. This is the way the cookie Crumbls.

After getting so many free Crumbl cookies from Kings' games we stopped here for dessert. Yes the prices are a bit high but if you can afford them - enjoy them. We did for sure. We got the six pack (basically buy 5 get 1 free). The cookies were warm and delicious!

These cookies are by far the best, warmest and fresh cookies I have ever tasted. I work for a treatment center for teens with mental illness and asked the manager if they would donate some cookies to these struggling teens too brighten their day. The manager and team never hesitated and have been donating every since to warm the tummies of these struggling young people. Discovered while dining at a restaurant near by and after reading the reviews on YELP decided to visit and try out the popular cookies. Service and system in place for ordering and pick up is friendly, welcome, simple, quick and easy. We arrived on a Friday early evening and there were only a few customers in front of us. We just beat the crowd within minutes of arriving with the line going out the door as we left! Love the fact that there is a variety of cookies that change out each week so there is a sweet surprise each time you visit. Taste wise I may go back and try again since I wasn't over the level of must go back often to enjoy again and again. The baking process didn't seem as if the cookies were baked long enough and was a bit too soft for my liking. Perhaps just a few minutes longer in the oven and the cookies would have been more enjoyable. Hubby also agreed. We brought 6 cookies home with us and normally cookies or any dessert we purchase from bakeries do not last in our home for more than a few days. We each sampled 2 cookies cut into half after we got home from dinner and I ended up placing the remaining cookies into our fridge after a few days because neither hubby nor I were eating them. The cookies were tasty enough just seemed under baked and too soft. The flavors of each cookie was yummy and the friendly cheery environment provides for a welcome experience overall. read more

The customer service at this location is the worst. Literally cringe going in to the store, the employees are rude and dismissive. Every time I walk in NO ONE greets or says how can i help you. Just last night I was picking up an order, the girl was helping someone, once she finished she walked away and went on to idk what she was doing. Its actually embarrassing for CRUMBL that they have such rude employees it makes me not want to give them any money read more

You know what not going to lie, cookies are pretty mediocre. My girl and I ordered 4 flavors. Neopolitan, Oreo Milkshake, Chocolate Chip and Biscoff. Out of the 4 we concluded Neopolitan was the best. Oreo Milkshake was sickening sweet and was pretty flavorless from the amount of sweetness it had. Chocolate chip and Biscoff tasted like they sat in the oven a tad too long. Kind of hard and crispy. I personally prefer my cookies softer. Definitely in my opinion not worth the hype at all. And let's be honest way overpriced for mediocre cookies. Pretty disappointing read more

Chocolate chip cookie should be knocked out of the park at a cookie store. But mine lacked flavor and was undercooked, perhaps because the cookies are so large. My daughter ordered some chocolate cookie with strawberry cream that none of us liked, too sour for a cookie. Cookies were really good but my whole family got sick (food poisoning) after eating parts of our cookies. I know for sure it was the cookies too because we got sick the first time we are parts of our cookies. Then we ate more a day or two later and got sick again. Line and the front were crowded when I went in and it was super loud. The guy at the register was rushing me also. Online ordering is great until it isn't. Guess their inventory system doesn't sell the cookie you pay for and they ask you what you want to substitute when you show up to pick up your order you paid for. You can do better! Tonight was poor customer service and lackadaisical about not fulfilling my paid for order. read more

To be fair I have yet to try these enormous cookies AND I buy a ton of cookies, donuts, cup cakes etc. for my job. I bought almost $100 worth of cookies (tipped 20%) got my receipt and there is no address printed on the receipts which is a requirement for tax purposes. I tried to explain this to staff who completely blew me off and ignored me in order to move on to the next customer. There was only one other person in line. So here's the deal management of Crumbl get your act together. Once you do I'll change my review and I might come back...maybe if your staff start respecting their customers. read more

We have had a great experience at this location each of the three times we have been. I have heard stories of other locations selling out or having to wait an exorbitant amount of time to receive orders, but that has never been our experience here. Ordering is quick and easy. The staff are always cheerful and friendly, and our cookies always come out super quick. If you go on a Monday, sometimes they have both the current week's flavors and the flavors from the week before! This week. Despite the mid week change, we were able to get both mango AND vanilla cupcake flavors! read more

Went to this place on Friday June 21st, bought 2 cookies, and tipped a dollar to the girl helping me. Her cashier machine was down I was told to use the kiosk. The next day looked at my bank account, it had been charged twice. Went back today, July 24th to get it straighten out. I was told it was my problem and I need to call my bank and dispute the charge. How come I have to call my bank? All they had to do was give me two cookies and make it right, they refused and acted like it was my fault I got charged twice. I will never go back, family and friends won't be going there either. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. For my son's birthday, I contacted Pretty Sweet about a small custom cake and was quoted $175. Since the cake was much smaller than a cake I had previously ordered from them, I asked questions about the pricing and what went into the quote. I wasn't demanding a discount or refusing to pay, I simply wanted to understand why a relatively small cake was $175. Instead of simply answering my questions, I received an email telling me that, after our conversations and revisions, they felt they "may not be the best fit" for my order and were declining it because they were concerned they couldn't meet my "expectations." I was honestly shocked. I've ordered from this bakery multiple times. I wasn't trying to haggle with them. I was a paying customer asking a completely reasonable question about something I was purchasing. Despite how I was treated, I called because this was for my son's birthday, he specifically loves their cakes, and I was willing to pay the $175. Unfortunately, the phone call only made the experience worse. Danielle was incredibly rude and dismissive. She said everything she wanted to say while I was expected to sit there and listen, but when I tried to explain my side, I did not feel that same courtesy was extended to me. I eventually asked to speak with the owner because I couldn't believe this was how a repeat customer was being treated. After Danielle spoke with the owner, my order was ultimately put back in place, and I DID purchase the $175 cake. I followed through with the order because this was my son's birthday and I wasn't going to let an unpleasant interaction take away from something he was excited about. But that will be my last purchase from Pretty Sweet. It's unfortunate because we genuinely enjoyed their products and I would have happily continued being a customer. But no cake is good enough to justify being made to feel like you're a problem simply because you asked a question about the price. I paid their $175 asking price. They got the sale. But because of the way I was treated, they lost a repeat customer. The cakes may be sweet, but unfortunately, the customer service left an incredibly bitter taste.

Couldn't even finish them and made a promise to myself that I will never step a foot in this store ever again!

I grabbed the iced Mufawaa and a baklava roll, and both absolutely delivered. That drink gave me the perfect boost before heading up the hill to my partner's house in Cameron Park, and the baklava roll was the little sweet knockout punch I didn't know I needed. Qamaria just gets it... good drinks, good people, and somehow always the right stop when you need that extra push to finish the night.

There was only one girl working during my visit and she was kind, helping me with questions about their menu items. I did not have anything to eat, but they did have an assortment of baked goods to choose from. The coffee I tried was okay... I went for something new to me, but I probably wouldn't order it again. If I'm in the area again I'll make sure to pay this place another visit!
