Organic, allergen free cupcakes - no dairy, nuts, gluten, eggs, etc. It's local and they pride themselves on not using the 8 most popular allergens. The bakery owner takes time at delivery to explain how to keep the cakes intact since they are organic and can easily become hard due to no preservatives. Wonderful touches and attention to detail. The strawberry and vanilla bean cupcakes were glorious. My son swiped the frosting of 3 cupcakes so those cupcakes were all for the birthday boy. There were a sighs of relief when parents saw the cupcake box from The Pink Bakery with the label stating no allergens. One mom enjoyed them so much that she took one home for herself. The group became loud and rambunctious which negatively impacted our experience. We could barely hear our server near the end and we couldn't wait to leave. Despite the loud environment the food was fine. The bangin chicken was tasty. It's certainly not as good as the bang bang shrimp, but worth a try. The shrimp toast was SUPER salty and the toast was shockingly soggy. I thought it would've been like bruschetta bread texture so I was disappointed. The avocado wasn't ripe enough yet so the pieces were very hard. Maybe the chef was having a bad day. I can see the dish having potential. It would definitely be better with a firm toast, less of the salty sauce, and more diced tomatoes to balance the flavor. Their artisan bread & herb olive oil was good as always and was the highlight of the visit.
