This rating is only on service and not taste. Ordered cookies and was given a delivery time. Called to see where the driver was and was told they were running late and was given a new time of 20 minutes later. Again at the 2nd delivery time still had not received a text the driver was on their way so called again to be told they are still running late so I canceled my order. It was not worth waiting 2 hrs for cookies to be delivered and the fact they don't text or email to say they are running late was terrible customer service. read more

Cookies are yummy but come on guys, you gotta come up with a better plan to get cookies out faster. There should never be 10 people waiting 20 minutes for cookies!!! I have been twice in the last week and both times I went I waited 15-20 minutes for FOUR cookies. During this time of 10 people waiting you have ONE person putting the boxes of cookies together. Clearly, there needs to be more than one person putting orders together. Will come back in a couple weeks when the kinks have been worked out and wait times are less. read more

A solid 3. If you're not motivated to bake your own cookies at home, are looking for a fresh warm thic cookie and willing to wait in line then this is a decent option. You can easily make a cookie that tastes just as good at home. For me, the sugar cookie is on my "avoid" list (too much almond flavoring). The chocolate chip and half-n-half are good. My wife wanted to try Crumbl due to its recent write-up in the local paper. $10 for 4 cookies?? Are you kidding? Sure the box is nice, but it gets thrown away after you eat the 4 cookies. The sugar cookie had a chemical taste. The chocolate cookie lacked real chocolate taste. Will we return...no. Will we recommend...no. This will be a "flash in the pan" gimmick like fancy cupcakes. It's official, we are totally addicted! We try every flavor ever week. My favorite is always the soft chewy chocolate chip. We have recently started going into the store front since it's a bit cheaper. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. We especially like the tall young man who gives you the run down on all the weeks flavors at the cash register. Even on a busy night like tonight he was personable and answered our questions. Ordered for work for Valentine's Day then was going to pick up a few more in separate order for home. So the cookies are good. They are and I won't take that away from them. I actually came last night and got 4 but my family ate them before I could enjoy them so I also give my family 2 stars. No, lets talk about the customer service experience I just had. So I get there on my lunch. Grateful to be out of the office and instead, about to feed my face with COOKIES!!!! There's 7 people in front of me. Girl on register is talking to each and every one of them. That's great. Talk and ring sweetheart. When you have a line, you talk and ring. But I still wasn't irritated. I watched the time tick away on my phone whilst having a convo with my best friend bitching about who knows what...anyway, I get to the line. I PUT MY PHONE DOWN because I do have SOME manners. I repeated my order legit four times. Chocolate chip cookie, muddy buddy, and a milk. The girl was perplexed. Milk? You mean milk chococolate chiop cookie? No a chococlate chip cookie, muddy buddy and a milk...you know...to drink? Ok finally she gets it. I stand to the side like a good patron. Next in line are two young ladies after me. Time passes. The girls behind me in line, get their cookies. Um...why? I see in their box, a muddy buddy and chocolate chip. Um...ok so it's not like they ran out of my order. I wait longer. They leave. I wait longer. I finally make eye contact with someone when I yelled back, I'm on lunch, I either need my cookies or I need my money back. The girl finds what she thinks is my order. Are you LEE? What? No. I repeat my order for a fifth time. STILL NOT that irritated. My irritation occurred finally when she handed me my muddy buddy. Why you ask? I should be happy right? A fat girl got her cookies. I should be stellar! But let me as you this, Would you be happy if they handed you a hot cookie with hot melted chocolate now covering the inside of the bag instead of on said cookie? I suppose I could lick it off the inside of the paper but it was the principle of the thing. I point this out (probably not very nicely.) Chick has the nerve to tell me, we only no other options. I tell her (also probably not very nicely at this point because I'm so over this place and I'm livid) Put it in a box nodding my head in the directions of the 4 thousand boxes they've got folded up and ready to be filled with cookies. She tells me she can't because the gift boxes are only for people that ordered four or more cookies.....or....I can pay $.50. Ok, so first your register girl can't get an order when you only sell 6 items in the whole place (leget, they only sell two standard choices and three other choices of cookies plus either chocolate milk or plain milk-see why I pointed out that taking an order shouldn't have been very hard? Poor thing, well at least she tried.) Then, you lose my order, then you give people in line behind me their order first. Then, you hand me a jacked up, melted cookie that I was not about to just shove in my handbag and you have the nerve to tell me you charge for the boxes???? I paid your 50 cent fee for a GOTDANG box but I promise you that I won't be back. Oh well, back to Chips ahoy for me. Wasn't worth that hassle. Yes I admit, I was probably way more difficult that needed to be by the time the melted chocolate bag hit my hand but I was so over it. The cookies were good, just not worth the headache. read more

Tried this place out by ordering delivery. Cookies were supposed to arrive between 12:00 and 12:30. I get a call around 12:30 that they were running late but cookies are on their way now but would be here closer to 1 pm. I said ok. Around 12:49 called again saying cookies are leaving now guy was apologetic on the phone and very nice said they were on their way NOW. Cookies ended up showing up around 1:30 and I get a 3rd call saying again sorry they are late and the guy says I literally don't have an excuse we are just going to be late but I can give you a free cookie next time you come in. I wasn't too bothered but I just wanted my warm cookies like advertised so I waited patiently and finally got my cookies which were not warm unfortunately and not great either. The chocolate chip cookies tasted kind of like oatmeal to me which was not what I expected. My husband and I tried half a cookie each and the rest are still sitting in a box forgotten 3 days later. The sugar cookies were a little better but still not great. Portions are big but I don't think I would pay 10$ plus delivery fee plus tip for these cookies again. I've tried CHUNK cookies before and prefer them way more and their cookies are always warm and slightly larger than these. I gave 2 stars because the guy on the phone was very nice and the sugar cookies were ok and the cookie box was adorable but sadly I was disappointed in this new place. The delicious smell hits you before you even open the door. Once inside ordering was a little confusing. I was not greeted and stood in line for quite a while before I heard a name called an realized I was not in the ordering line. Once I ordered the register had a glitch and I was asked to wait while the employee asked for assistance. This was a teacher gift and because the only flavor I knew the teacher liked was Oreo I had ordered 2 of the 4 to be Oreo. After the lady, who I assume is a supervisor, told the employee at the register only to allow one Oreo per order I was told I had to change my order. That was a little disappointing, especially since I was paying $11 for 4 cookies!! After I ordered I waited 15 minutes for my name to be called. This was the was ONLY smile I received my whole visit. I like the idea of this business but was disappointed with the customer service I received. The cookies were good. But a bit overpriced in my opinion. Not sure if I will be back. read more

I went in to purchase cookies for Mother's Day. I have never personally been in the store, but have tried the cookies before and I personally thought they were just ok but not worth 3.28 per cookie. I was willing to spend that for a present though. There was a line when we got there so I anticipated a little bit of a wait. When we got up to order we ordered the 4 types of cookies we wanted and immediately after paying were told that two of the types of cookies we wanted to order weren't available, one was completely unavailable the other would be about a 10-15 minute wait. We decided to substitute a different cookie so we wouldn't have to wait so long. While waiting multiple people were called up and told that the cookies they wanted either weren't available or would have a wait to get them and were asked if they wished to wait or substitute. After about 10 minutes everyone who had ordered before us had either been called up to get there cookies or asked about waiting. We were never called up or communicated with. 5 orders that had been placed after ours were then called. After being there for 30 minutes with out any communication to us, a gentleman who I assume to be a manager or supervisor started calling names of individuals and giving them cards for free cookies to apologize for the wait. I think this was nice gesture but unfortunately doesn't make up for the poor experience. To make matters even worse when we did finally get our cookies after being there for 35 minutes, we walked out to the car and noticed they gave us the wrong order! Also two of the cookies were cold. It was absolutely ridiculous, I will not be returning. read more
