I am so glad they opened a branch here! They have very moist cookies and they take it to a different approach by providing different flavors every Monday! So far, I have tried the oatmeal cookie. I highly recommend if you love cinnamon. Then last night, I got the birthday cake which is oh so good! It comes with a cream cheese frosting on top. The sweat aroma hits your nose as soon as you open the door. The bakery was bright and clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The cookies are a generous portion each. We didn't get to try the chocolate chip cookie because they were sold out, but the sugar cookie, funfetti, banana bread, and biscoff were each so good! Always a nice treat for the family. Close to home always typically fresh but young staff so dont expect 5star service at all times depending on when you stop by, I came one night was a bit of a hurry so I did curbside and I waited almost 15 minutes while the employee stood outside with her boyfriend talking as if there was no line in the store or anyone waiting at all and it was one employee inside the store until I literally got feed up and just walked inside to get it myself. I wouldnt have minded going inside from the beginning it was just the principle of legit no caring that got me which is why I didnt give 5 stars read more

If you have not had Crumbl Cookies, do yourself a favor and find their closest location to you and go. They change the flavors each week so it doesn't get boring. We get the 4 pack and cut up each cookie into bite size pieces and we all taste test them and choose our first through 4th place choices. It makes for fun dessert family night and we look forward to it. The cookies are big, tasty and worth every penny of the about $4 price. Panera's cookies are $3 each and don't even come close to size or taste. read more

They're always so sarcastic with me when I ask them questions and they always roll their eyes and give me attitude. The cookies were good as always, however when I came to pick up my cookies I felt so unwelcome. Every single 16 year old employee there was staring at me and looking me up and down. They were all collectively giving me dirty looks and I felt so insecure just sitting on the bench waiting for my order. I noticed that the workers all had attitudes as well. They were extremely rude while speaking with me as well as other costumers. I don't even want to come back to this location because this has happened to me twice now and I did absolutely nothing wrong. Get rid of those damn teenagers they are all bitchy and rude af. They steal your money. Every other visit turns out that cookies are out of stock they will not refund your money unless you hunt them down. I was supposed to get a call back from the manager about status of refund for this location and never did. read more

Lady on the front decided to ignore my son and didn't take his order, all while I was waiting with my other kids at the barbershop next door, he even was crying because she just ignored him, I went in there thinking he was waiting for the cookies since he was standing there and she was just laughing on his face so I confronted her and she had the worst attitude.. I go in there and she says we aren't taking any orders you can only order through the app and so I went outside in the car and my boyfriend ordered it. I go back in there and she's taking orders for multiple people in line. I never let things affect me but it was just really mean and poor customer service. I think the one in Avondale is worth the drive even if I do live in goodyear. read more

My favorite flavors thus far have been raspberry cream cheese and the butterfinger cookies. A Box of 4 cookies is $11.96 and is well worth a price considering how large and thick these cookies are. This was my first time coming here I am all about the baked goods! and it's in my neck of the woods, you can easily find it right off Estrella Parkway I went the day after Mother's day and I was told they do have seasonal cookie combinations the amazing freshly baked cookies aroma overwhelms you when you walk in the doors like me you'll want to try every cookie! I ordered a 6 pack you can add 1 or 12 cookies also with Ice cream and if you just want ice cream that's an option too, sweet overload it took my husband and I 3 days to finish 6 cookies !! they are so amazingly good just very very sweet not really crunchy moist and delicious!! I will go back to try the cookie ice cream combo for sure!! read more

Crumble was delicious but a bit expensive for a cookie with frosting and the flavors change every week so you can't just chose what you want it has to be out of six different kinds but everyone there was nice.
