So good! Came here last night and it was my first time trying any Crumbl. Service was fantastic & there was tons of parking. The cookies were good. Tried chocolate chip & sugar cookie. The chocolate chip is great, but super buttery. The sugar cookie was great but I was not a fan of the frosting flavor (I think it was strawberry?). I used to come to this location at least weekly as I love Crumbl Cookies. However, the last few mornings I've gone, I've witnessed very poor treatment of employees by the store manager. I've witnessed this woman yelling at, belittling, and disrespecting other employees in front of customers on numerous occasions. This kind of behavior is disgusting, and I'd rather drive out of my way than to spend one more cent where employees are mistreated. Shame on you Goodyear management, and shame on you Crumbl for allowing such disgusting people to represent your company in management positions. read more

Here visiting from out of state and I was excited to try these for the first time when I walked in the staff was so unpleasant. I was hesitant to order, but did anyway. When the cookies were ready I noticed the raspberry cookie didn't look like the examples and asked if it should be this way she was rude told me they don't dress up cookies and closed the box and walked away I wasn't asking for more topping, it was a simple question as it was my first time purchasing these cookies. Customer Service makes a huge difference in the experience, disappointed the staff here is so miserable. read more

When Crumbl first opened, it was great now it has really slipped. I don't know if they got too big for their britches or what, but it appears that customer service is secondary and quality has just become so abysmal. The sad thing is I was a loyal customer used my points And everything a month ago, the app wasn't working and I called to place an order to pick up for the Keylime pie and was told that I could not do that so of course I I didn't go to the store fast forward to today I was interested in getting a couple of raspberry cheesecakes for nurses week just for some coworkers and I place the order on the app and prepaid it and when I got there, it still was not ready and it was supposed to be ready at 6 PM I got there at 6:13 and it was still not ready andI was crunched for time because I have to be at work tonight unfortunately I never got to try the new cheesecake because if I had waited, I would have been late for work. I am disappointed and will not be returning to any of the crumble cookies. read more

Apparently some people like this style of cookie but I've been here twice and both times it was like eating raw dough in the center. There wasn't much flavor other than sugar and I tried 4 different flavors. We actually threw the last batch out after trying each flavor. Just don't get the hype. read more

Overpriced, mediocre at best. So not worth it. Tried chocolate chip. Lotta chocolate but have had better for sure. Cotton candy. Crazy sweet. Had the most flavor of the 4 we tried but cant say it was a great taste. Next was something like cinnamon fry bread? A good snickerdoodle tops this one easily. Last was some berry cookie with whipped cream and cherry on top. Was expecting icing, not whipped cream which was ok but cookie needed to be eaten with a fork. Weird and again just meh. Sucks they only do 6 flavors for a week. Guess this was a shitty week to try this place. Thought we would get at least one omg bite but sadly no. Limited selection and pricing will probably not bring us back. But love the idea and the box the 4 pack came in is a really nice box. Best of luck. read more

2nd week in a row our curbside pick up order has been completely wrong. I guess it's my fault for not checking before leaving.

We frequent Crumbl weekly and today will be the last visit. I get customer service is suffering which is an absolute shame. We went in wanting two cookies one which is there staple cookie Chocolate chip. We were told we are out of chocolate chip, we pointed out to them that there were several racks of them already made in the warmer. At that point a very rude young lady stayed those are for on line orders only. Which was quite a surprise as we are standing there ordering something they clearly have but they would not sell us so by chance if someone places an online order it was there. We asked again and said since you are clearly making more and you have several racks ready can we please have one chocolate chip and again very rudely told nope online only. read more

I went to Crumbl Cookies 10 minutes before closing. My girlfriend is very sick and she was wanting some cookies so I made a trip out there. When I walked in, I apologized repeatedly for coming in so late. Not only did the employee completely ignored my apologies, but I also got yelled at to have a good night in a rude tone. Completely unprofessional, they didn't even throw the cookies out so they only had to box them for me. I can understand if they have to make a full meal for me, but getting treated bad for very little work is completely disrespectful. Not coming back the next time my girlfriend wants some! read more

This place is my new addiction. The Kentucky Butter Cake Cookie is one of my many favorites. I have a rule that I can go only once a week, but this one made me break that rule. Not as good as I would expect for how expensive they are. For over 3.00 a cookie you would think they would be the best cookies ever made but they are mediocre at best. I will admit first of all that the cookies were good. The service on the other hand was not. I went in for the first time with my wife and daughter to try these cookies that are so highly rated. When I placed my order the cashier told us it would take about ten minutes. The place was crowded and my wife wanted to go sit back in the car so we set a timer. I went back in after ten minutes and ask one of the associates about my order and gave him my name and he said it wasn't ready yet. I noticed a box with a piece of paper on it but figured he knew what he was talking about. Another ten minutes past so I went back to the cashier (who tried to help) about my order and told her it's been twenty minutes now. She turned to the person behind her whom I think was the manager and told her my situation. The lady snapped on the young cashier and told her to tell me that everyone has to wait. I then spoke to her directly and said if everyone has to wait this long then I'm okay with waiting, I'm just going off what I was told when I placed my order. So I went back and waited and noticed other customers who came in after me getting their order and leaving. So now I go back up and tell them that you guys had to have given my order away or skipped it. The lady behind the counter is still giving attitude without trying to get to the bottom of the issue. So then the first guy that I spoke with 25 minutes ago ask me for my name again and says oh, here is your order on the counter. The same box I spied 25 minutes ago.
