This was our second crumbl experience the first was at Lexington KY. This location is far and away better, service was great quickly checked out. This weeks cookies flavors were good but I didn't care for the normal chocolate chip and confetti. The other flavors were delicious we didn't get coconut lime because we don't like lime.

I most often order on DoorDash and very rarely visit the shop. Regardless, I've rarely had a flavor I didn't enjoy. The chocolate chip is great and the double brownie one is a treat along with a few more off the wall flavors. A good change of pace. read more

Cookies were good but for some reason they left me waiting for almost 6 hours while they focused on other peoples orders meanwhile theres me acting natural in the back. For 5 out of those 6 hours i was in fact staring at MY ORDER sitting on the counter in the kitchen. once hour six hit these fools finally brought me my order. Wasn't impressed the first time I tried just a basic chocolate chip, I could just taste the butter and I haven't had it since. Everything else I've tried has been pretty good. I don't go often cause I wouldn't be able to stop myself from eating the entire thing at once, butttt now... I'm loving the mini Mondays! Perfect size for a little treat here and there! Always friendly service and fairly quick even when they're super busy. read more

these deserts are rather good but i was referred to as a "fatty" and i am not from the Americas so i don't even know what that means. i assume it means obese? i only weigh 768 pounds so i don't understand why they would refer to me as this. then the second time i went i was referred to as "big back" and my back isn't even big? shameful to not even be able to enjoy these healthy treats without being ridiculed for my stature. read more

i've been here before. this is nothing new. I live in indianapolis and my store there is even smaller than this one....... but this location seems to be lacking. I came in here to order cookies with no line outside. I still had to wait 20 minutes for my cookies. I ordered 4. I don't understand the system here. you literally make cookies all day.... how do you not have cookies in the warmer ready to go? and there's a set list each week....... it wasn't efficient. disappointed in this location. read more

Imagine carrying a 3 month old while holding a 3 year olds hand so they stay with you in the parking lot. Now you spend about $40 for 12 cookies only to have the box fall apart as you attempt to leave. You ask for two smaller boxes based off the fact that the big box doesn't work, and they tell you they have to charge you in offer to do so?......... no, just fix your big box and this wouldn't happen. They are good but the limited choice makes it tough to be a go to cookie place for your favorites. They taste a bit too processed for me. They might be fun for an occasional trip but the cost for quality is not there for me. read more

Tried for the first time after seeing all the hype online. Huge crew of workers present so service was very prompt. Unfortunately after returning home with our cookies we discovered they were underbaked. They tasted very much of undercooked flour and raw dough. Given that we ordered multiple flavors and they all tasted this way points to a notable quality control problem. Apart from that, I didn't see much that distinguished these cookies from ones at other local bakeries other than a much higher price. read more

First time visiting a Crumbl. I was shocked to learn that a single cookie costs almost $4, but since I was already there, I decided to splurge. I got a snickerdoodle cookie. It was raw and doughy in the center and lacked enough cinnamon and sugar to make it identifiable as a snickerdoodle cookie. Manager (I think) acknowledged that the cookie had not been baked long enough. She offered to exchange the cookie for a new one but stated that they were probably all baked the same. I got a refund. I doubt that I will try them again. The cookie and the service should be impeccable for that price and it just wasn't. read more

Est. 2017 Crumbl was founded by cousins Jason McGowan and Sawyer Hemsley in Logan, Utah. The duo teamed up to create the world's best chocolate chip cookie. Once Crumbl's Milk Chocolate Chip cookie recipe was born, Jason and Sawyer opened the doors of Crumbl and sold their desserts for takeout and delivery. Over time, they grew their business to include more flavors and services like delivery, catering, and a weekly rotating menu. The rest, as they say, is history. Even though Crumbl is now a booming franchise with an expanding global footprint, our mission is stronger than ever. Amazing cookies and the staff are working super hard to keep up with the high demand. Good job to the team working long hours to make amazing cookies I love how the owners are there working alongside the employees. You can tell how much they care about their team and about the town. It's great having 4 new cookies each week. They always have chocolate chip and the pink frosted sugar cookie then the other 4 flavors are switched out every week.
