Time for the owner to come visit the business to see how this place is terribly run. This was on a 5/24 Friday at 8:15pm. 2 female teenagers were there but weren't really. They both had NO interest is being there. By the way the place looked from filthy floors both in front and in the back area to the dirty mixing machines with dried dough (a sign they haven't been cleaned for a long time. Not an environment I will return to or feel safe the product isn't going to give me and my family food poison. 2 of the 6 cookies weren't available. Why is this location so dirty? Things looked like it needed to be wiped down. Seeing into the kitchen area didn't help us with our first Crumbl visit. We saw chocolate chips on the ground in the kitchen area and spilled flour. The warming ovens had fingerprints and smears over the glass. The workers, while nice, were not always using gloves and when they did would wipe their gloves on their clothing. There were other customers waiting with us and they were wiping down their boxes because there were chocolate stains on them as were ours. We had a preorder, yet, the cookies we ordered were no longer available. What is the point of placing a preorder if what we already paid for is no longer available? The cookies were good, but we question the sanitary conditions of this location and their preorder process. read more

I am not one to feel as strongly to go right a negative opinion on yelp when I have a bad experience but I pre ordered a party box & planned to pick it up for over and hour and a half after I submitted it & I walk in and not a single person greeted me and I stood there for about 5 minutes until I decided to walk behind the counter to ask to be helped , where the girl then proceeds to tell me "she'll get started on it" and I ask "isn't the whole point of a party box to pre order it" & she says "they usually don't start putting the cookies in the box until I arrive so they don't get cold, which made no sense because it defeats the purpose of a pre order. I then stood there for another 15 minutes waiting for them to put cookies in a box. Very disappointed will never be back to this location read more

The ambiance isn't too extravagant or anything, however the crumbl in Ladera isn't much of a dine in anyway, so in reality you're only in there for 5 minutes at most.
