Loved getting some cookies here while visiting this place. I ordered a simple white chocolate macadamia cookie and they offered a chocolate chip cookie on the house as well because it was chocolate chip cookie day or something. The lady at the register was super sweet. It's a really small shop, but the sweets selection all looked delectable!

We just tried the cookies here at Hudson's cookies. They are very very good. It's a beautiful place fast service from the owner.

Cookies here are the best. On a trip to San Juan we stop in to Hudson's Cookies and boy they were good service was by the owner and she gave us a really good coffee. Ambience was mall style with seating outside the store.

Cookies!

Yes this cookie IS as good as it looks. I stopped by here while walking around town with some friends and family in desperate need of a sweet treat. When I saw these beautiful gourmet cookies I could not resist. After a long time trying to make a decision because of all the wonderful options, I finally concluded that the S'more's cookie was the one for me. Let me tell you, it did not disappoint. It was so gooey and rich and oh so divine. It was big enough for a couple bites then, and I was able to save the rest for another few bites the next time the cravings rolled around. It is located in an indoor area with a bunch of places to eat or snack at, it was kinda cramped in there especially since it was the weekend, but after we bought our cookie we were able to eat it outside in the beautiful weather. The prices are a little steep for one cookie, but it is definitely something I would try again the next time I am in the area since it is not that often I am around such amazing treats. The service was great as well and the staff very helpful.

Cookies! Cookies! Cookies! The cookies all looked so good. I settled on a chocolate chip . No complaints from me. Lots of chocolate chips. I didn't have the one with nuts because it was vegan. But it looked amazing but my were on the chocolate chip.

The display here is wonderful and everything looks great. Was so tempted to get one of everything! The girl at the cashier could've been a bit more welcoming. She seemed like she really didn't want to help. But we wanted to try the cookies so we did. We went with the tofffee cookie (amazing, sweet with a bit of salty, this was definitely my favorite one) Smores cookie (very rich, very chocolatey in the center, it didn't taste very fresh though) Peanut butter cookie (chewy, nutty, everything a peanut butter cookie should be, I liked this one too) Confetti cookie (this cookie tasted like a sugar cookie with sprinkles in it. It was fun and tasty as well!) Brownie (very rich, very fudgy) if you're a brownie fan absolutely try this one! Not a bad sweet tooth fix!

Every time we are at the Irvine Spectrum and walk by Hudsons Cookies, the aroma of fresh baked goods is so irresistible, we have to step inside to get a cookie. Their cookies are humongous and so yummy. My favorite is the chocolate chunk. I usually try to resist and eat just a half ;) if I can. Give them a try next time you're there and you'll be hooked.

Yum!!!

Holy YUM! I tried Hudsons Cookies this past weekend and my mouth was drooling just looking at the case of deliciousness. They have some incredible flavors...I really wish I got more pictures. I love that they also have brownies and other treats too. I went with a classic Snickerdoodle and Peanut Butter cookie. They were both about as big as my head...they're HUGE!! The snickerdoodle was my absolute favorite!! Just so you know, they can heat up your cookie if you ask!

Snickerdoodle...yummy. Couldn't wait before taking pic.

Yummy cookies! Snickerdoodle...yummy. Brownie was just a tad dry. The amores chocolate chips was my fav...soft & gooey perfect texture.

I have been at their Irvine location a few times. I was happy to see them here as well. Cute little booth selling their delicious cookies. My favorite is their brownies and the chocolate chip cookies. I can easily say everything tastes amazing here but some are much sweeter which I'm not a fan of. Prices are on the higher size but it's a nice treat to get from time to time. We shared two cookies with my husband and son and it was the perfect amount. Customer service here wasn't that impressing.

Anne-Marie N.

The s'mores cookie was phenomenal. Everything about it was so tasty. The chocolate chip cookie with a melted marshmallow was as good as it gets. It's a cookie shop. Service was fine. Ambiance of the market is casual. Fun area to walk around and this is a fun treat to enjoy. Yum.

So I'm the biggest fan of brownies, there's just something about that ooey gooey, creamy, just sits in your mouth bursting with chocolate flavor and this brownie IS IT. We also ordered the oatmeal cookie and my husband said it was very crispy, yet chewy too. The gals taking out orders are very sweet letting us taking our time ordering as the display is too tempting not to gawk at. The space is filled with many other vendors so it can get packed but flow of traffic is manageable. Just know weekends are BUSY as this is the most anticipated spot to open up just a few months ago.

Hours on Yelp and on website are wrong. We arrived just after 9:30 on Friday and they were gone.

First of all the line is out the door and it takes about 30 minutes to order your coffee. There aren't any menus throughout along the way and it's really hard to determine what is actually on their menu until you get inside of the coffee shop because most of their drinks on Yelp and Instagram are seasonal. When I was finally able to order, I ordered two different coffees because I wasn't sure what I was going to like given the coffee shop states all of their syrups are made in house. I think that's why the coffee didn't have any flavor and I didn't like it. The staff was nice enough to remake my drink, but even the second drink tasted like it didn't have any syrup in it and tasted like a regular latte. There is very limited seating inside of the coffee shop, merch is $30+ and you should be prepared for long waits.

We shared the salad and the chilaquiles, and both were absolutely delicious! The salad was actually my favorite--the capers added so much flavor and made it really memorable. For drinks, we ordered the passion fruit cocktail and a Bloody Mary. The passion fruit cocktail was definitely more my vibe, but the Bloody Mary was also really good. We asked for it extra spicy, and it had the perfect kick. The restaurant itself is super cute, and the service was so friendly and welcoming. Seating is mainly outside. Even though there was shade, it was still pretty hot, so I ended up sweating throughout brunch. Other than that, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back to try more of the menu!

There isn't really a kids menu per se, but they offered to make the lobster Mac n cheese minus the lobster- kids loved it (as did I and usually dislike Mac n cheese). They were out of the Brazilian cheesy bread, but not to worry, they offered to slice up a baguette, toasted each slice and served it with olive oil, butter and jam. Perfect to much on before the main courses arrived. The short rib ragu did sound too hearty and large, but decided to give it a go and the portion was delightfully manageable, balanced flavours and extremely tender. I'd also recommend the crispy skin branzino, full of flavour and again, the size was not overwhelming.

Stopped by here exploring San Juan Capistrano area en route to SD for Memorial day wknd. Just walked around the alley and saw a strip of cool old craftsman style homes converted to restaurants. I saw on yelp there was a Tea house. That is what made me walk down the ally. Found the tea house and took a pic. Directly across from there was Ramos house. There wasn't a line. It's on me that I didn't realize it was pre-fixe at $48/person on the weekends. So our party of 5 was outrageously expensive considering the fact that we ended up with way too much food and most of it was meh. For course 1, we got the beet and burrata salad, hush puppies, "salmon lox," beignets, and coffee cake. We could have been done after and would have had 1/2 the food leftover. The salmon lox was mild in taste, but nice. The beet salad was delicious, but would have been better with goat cheese. Hush puppies were good, but SO HEAVY. My kids had the beignets and coffee cake, which were served with a lot of syrup/sauce. Neither dish was finished and they were also SO HEAVY. For 2nd plates, we had the beef stew, flannel hash, crab hash, and 2 orders of the mac and cheese with duck confit and truffles. The flannel hash was outstanding. Everything else was meh. The beef stew was good, but the potatoes were unnecessary and there were bites of blue cheese that were disproportionately strong. The crab hash was not good even after adding salt and pepper. The egg portion of the dish was bad. The sweet potato crispies were overwhelming and ridiculous. And the large crab cakes were just totally lacking in flavor. The mac and cheese was also meh although it did reheat better the next day. But the portion of duck confit was light and I ended up with a large bone in my mouth when I had it as leftovers. I do not believe there were any truffles or even truffle oil in this dish, just mushrooms. In short, I would never go again on the weekend and would not even seek this place out on the weekdays. I wonder if the chef changed because the food was just so mediocre compared to before. The portions are very large so if that is of interest, they have that in spades. And the flannel hash was outstanding. So if you find yourself here, definitely order that. I hope a revamp is done on the food. If so, I would come again as the patio is absolutely lovely.

Our waiter took care of us immediately, and she was proficient in the knowledge of all the teas immediately. Peach fruit was my favorite. Of course you must accompany that with the delicious warm current scone with lemon curd, jam, and butter. ( it's what we all live for when we come to the tea house here) The fresh vegetable soup is one of the best as well as their vegetable curry chicken. Bursting with flavor. We were able to stay a bit longer to catch up as friends. And sip the delicious teas. They do close at 4:30 and I believe they had a rather large party coming in. It's very important if you are bringing your friends or family to make a reservation so that you get just what you want indoor , outdoor and in a timely fashion. It's always worth the tea experience so you want to make sure you do it right. The food is extraordinary. It's a really sweet spot to spend some time enjoying pretty good food. We had fish tacos, tuna tostada, farm salad, orange olive oil cake, and the cold brew. Fish tacos-pretty good but a little short on seasoning, fish was fresh and perfectly cooked, served with cabbage slaw, thick tortillas, and avocado crema. Flavors were just a little bland and it needed some hot sauce or better seasoning to bring it up a notch. Tuna tostadas get high marks. Farm salad was nicely dressed with a tasty vinaigrette, replete with tasty and crunchy croutons on the bottom, delicious crisp fresh lettuces. Portions are not large here and you get exactly what you order, there are no extras on the plate. So if you're hungry, you probably want at least 2 of the entrees. For lighter eaters like myself, splitting two dishes was just right. Iced coffee-meh, I'll skip it next time. Service was fast and friendly. The food is fresh and tastes home cooked, no Sysco truck vibes here. If everything came out perfect, I would have given it five stars. They just need to work on the details a bit and it can hit five stars. I'll definitely be going back to see if consistency is there, and if they can maybe improve the flavors a bit.
