Haven't been here for a while. So wonderful to see the lovely owner still there, Ms. Dannie. She is always so nice and welcoming and always a smile on her face. I needed a coffee and got a fresh made Americano which hit the spot perfectly. I ordered the best Vietnamese coffee to go. Whilst I was there I couldn't resist the new Tiramisu cake and let me tell you OMG, it was absolutely DIVINE! It was so thick and creamy. It was made with mascarpone cream and I will go back there for this alone. My son loves these donuts and the the ham and cheese croissant. I took him home his favorites, the ham and cheese croissant and the apple danish donut and well, quite a few more. You really need to try the new cakes they offer. I love this place. Great shop for a wide variety of donuts and sugar-loaded goodies. When I arrived mid-morning, a lot of the popular goodies were already snatched up. As with most donut shops, I'd highly recommend going early if you want to get your pick of the lot and choose from the freshest options. Thankfully there were still some basic sugar glazed donuts, cake donuts, filled donuts, bear claws, and fancier sprinkle donuts. In terms of service.. While the lady running the shop was nice, she was also a bit pushy trying to get me to purchase the cronuts on display (also pricier). I had to decline multiple times as I wasn't in a cronut mood. I caved to my inner glutton and ended up getting some of the bougie sprinkle donuts. They indeed are beautifully crafted - edible art. That's what drew me in. Didn't realize they were so much more expensive than the other donuts (I think they were close to $4-5 each vs the usual under a buck donut), so that was my bad. My bad also in purchasing those sugary sprinkle donuts because they are jacked up with SO MUCH SUGAR. After my first bite, I could feel the diabetus setting in. You immediately get an overwhelming, artery-clogging sugar rush. And not in a good way. I would be very careful giving kids a whole sprinkle donut. That would be very dangerous, so please proceed with caution. Many of the sphere sprinkles were also extremely hard, so be careful to not chip your teeth! The yeast and cake donuts themselves were good. Soft, good texture. Exactly what I hope for when I get a bakery fresh donut. I would consider coming back for the basic cake and yeast donuts, but would definitely skip the sprinkle donuts to prevent my life-expectancy from drastically dropping a few years per bite :-) read more

Cambodian lady works here. I tried 5.99 doughnut four dozen and I pick up this morning. She said these are all made from yesterday not today. They should explained before pay off. Anyway bring home And I opened it. Oh my God this was all trash. And I count that has only 10 items. Not dozen donut inside. I cannot eat at all. No fresh. Already looks bad. Not recommended here. We love this donut shop! We visit after our weekly ballet class at Tutu School, my girls look forward to the friendly service, and delicious and yummy offerings (their favorites include the giant cinnamon rolls, donut holes, maple bars and my personal favorite is their muffins). We usually opt for milk, chocolate milk, Martinelli's apple cider, or coconut water to go along with our donuts - but they have a plethora of beverage options and before pregnancy, I used to love their coffees (they're delicious). Also, the shop is very clean and beautifully decorated (lovely floors and I always enjoy their orchids). And there's a large selection of custom shakes/smoothies and handcrafted sandwiches - the pictures look incredible, but we haven't tried them yet as the donuts/muffins always win us over, haha. read more

The woman who owns this place is soo sweet & super hard working. her & her family work here & she remodeled the entire place herself. you can tell a lot of effort & work go into both the donuts & the place itself. She was super sweet to me & the orange juice was amazing. They're also known for their coffee which was or still is rated #1 in the area. You definitely have to try it!! read more

Great shop for treats in Laguna. Everything looked really fresh and delicious. I stopped in for a weekend morning treat. I forgot her name but the lady working was so personable. She was chatting with everyone there. Although I stopped in for donuts I will be back to try their different sandwiches and drinks. The donuts were great. Super light and fluffy and great flavor. They do have seating for inside and outside.it's located in a nice hilly area so view is great. I really hesitated to write this review as I know it's tough for restaurants and take-outs now. I also hesitated to write this review as the apple fritter donut I got was excellent -- crispy, nice balance of apple taste with the fried dough - and my wife's chocolate donut was also excellent. The reason for the one star review was because the server did not wear a face mask and gloves. At a time when restaurants and take outs need to give people confidence to purchase their products it's more important than ever for them to have servers who wear face masks and gloves. That shows that they have concern for their customers' health as well as that of their servers. When I return to this shop and if the person is wearing gloves and a face mask I'm sure my score will be high. I really hope this donut shop reads this review and prioritizes their customers' and their servers' well being by having the servers wear gloves and a face mask. read more

This should be your regular donut shop. I grew up in Laguna Niguel and I returned with my family for the holidays. All of the donut shops I went to as a kid had either closed for good or were closed for the holidays. So I decided to try Niguel Donuts. And they did not disappoint! Price: The price was completely reasonable. Averaging around $1 a donut for high quality flavors. Flavor: These donuts had flavor! Around my house in Vegas, the donuts are very "Instagram worthy" but the flavor is terrible. These were just yummy donuts. My mom always craves lemon filled and rarely finds it. She loved hers! I tried the chocolate cinnamon twist and it was AMAZING! We got a wide variety and they were a huge hit with the family. Service: The woman at the counter was so nice and personable. She called us by name. She interacted with my 7 month old daughter. Honestly, I would grab my breakfast and coffee here everyday because interacting with such a nice, cool person in the morning would really start my day right. Location: Great location.
