The peanut butter layer was generous, but the texture could be improved -- it leaned more toward a thick paste than a smooth, creamy consistency. I work very close to this location and had a birthday reward to use (I sign up for birthday rewards for everything... lol) and I heard that crumbl was very good... my friends who have been RAVED about it. Therefore, I figured I would try it for myself and MAN... were they RIGHT! The greeting I got when I walked in was cheerful and brought me a big smile. :) They honored my birthday reward (my bday was December 4th but they opened later in December) with an offering of a spread of DELICIOUS looking hand made cookies! I chose the confetti. EVERYTHING about it was perfect... consistently, size (I literally ate this cookie over the course of 4 days - it was HUGE) and the icing was FRESH and fabulous. I am not treating myself to treats as often in the new year (trying to be more healthy) HOWEVER, you HAVE to treat yourself sometimes... and so, I am looking for treats that are very special and VERY worth it. Crumbl have some of the best cookies ever! Peanut butter crisp: I absolutely love peanut butter so I was excited for this one. I found it to be a more understated pb flavor but still satisfied the nuttiness you want. The chocolate was a nice complement and wasn't too overpowering. Butterfinger is not my candy bar of choice but the crushed up pieces on top were a nice addition and gave some texture. Honey bun: I was pleasantly surprised by this one. I knew I wanted to try it but didn't have big expectations for it, but after trying it I was impressed with the flavor. It's a pretty simple cookie with notes of cinnamon & honey but it was nice to have a softer flavor amongst several other heavy & rich cookies. The staff here is really nice. I always order ahead using the app and they work fast so I'm never waiting too long. This location is always clean and of course it smells wonderful with all of the cookies baking. For this location to be relatively new, I have been here at least 3 times (don't judge lol!) and the cookies have been delicious! No complaints - keep up the great work! read more

The store is always clean and the staff always pleasant (most are young people who live in or around the neighborhood and attend or attended the local high school (THEE Charles H. Flowers HS ).
