After seeing a cookie post on Instagram from some random cookie place, I decided to search for my nearest cookie shop because of a sweet tooth. Crumbl came up along with a few other shops. I usually go off reviews to determine whether or not I want I want to try a place ( don't we all?). Instead, I reached out to friends who I figure may have tried Crumbl. Both friends with no doubt said they loved the cookies from Crumbl. With that information I ordered a box of four cookies with: milk chocolate chip, cinnamon swirl, Dirt Cake, and Chilled Coconut Lime. Since it's that time of year in Phoenix and I've got a toddler, I was happy to see the delivery option and definitely utilized it! I found the delivery fee to be a decent price, $5.99. The ordering process online was easy, information is sent to you regarding your order when they receive, prepare, and send it out along with a cookie tracker. The cookie arrived quickly and the interaction between the driver was pleasant! Now, I'm writing this after trying just a quarter of the Chilled Coconut Lime and a bite of the milk chocolate chip. Remember I ordered four cookies, but decided to cut them into quarters to prevent complete self sabotage. Ohhhhh. Myyyy. Goodnesss!!! Let's just say I'm glad I had a salad for lunch. The cookies were moist and very flavorful. I'm usually not an icing person, but the Chilled Coconut Lime had just the right amount plus is was like it had just been iced before delivery. The reason for four stars is because I'd like to actually experience the store in person and because I have tried all the flavors. Get ready for a sugar rush! The cookies at Crumbl are HUGE and delicious. They offer 6 flavors a week with 4 of the flavors rotating on Mondays and they always have a sugar cookie and chocolate chip on deck as the two staples each week. Service was friendly no matter the circumstances. The employees remain ever pleasant whether there is a long line as on my first visit during the weekend or step right up to the counter on my weekday visit. They also offer a catering option that I have yet to try (but want to)! The cookies are about a fourth of the size of the regularly offered cookies so there is no need to cut or split the large cookies with coworkers or party pals. I was also informed you can select flavors for catering orders from any of the cookies in Crumbl's repertoire not just the featured cookies of the week since the notice needed on catering orders provides enough time to get other ingredients might not be in store that week. Having fresh baked cookies in a pinch is a luxurious delight! Who knew cookies were THIS popular??? I guess when cookies are THIS good they will be! read more

Basically I ordered and PAID FOR cookies at 11:30 am to be picked up at 6:30/7pm on a Wednesday, this is when they bring back a fan favorite cookie. I ordered it especially wanting the fan favorite (strawberry shortcake) cookie, I bought a $30 box and when I showed up *on time* they told me they had sold out of it. Im sorry but does that make any sense? I ordered it early just so that I could get one after work just for them to sell the one I paid for? CRUMBLE What can I say? These guys have the most creative cookies out there. Quality ingredients and amazing flavors. Some of my favorites include, German Chocolate, Honey Butter Cornbread, Blueberry Cheesecake, Peanutbutter & Jelly, Twix, Cookies & Cream Milkshake, Buckeye Brownie w/ PB, and their chocolate chip is to die for. I do warn you they are very sweet. We usually cut them in four pieces each. Great for parties, potlucks, any celebration, or just for the heck of it. Gifts cards ar a great idea. Hand sanitizer, masks, gloves, social distancing, directional walk this way arrows... they've got it covered! The classic melt in your mouth chilled sugar donut is always my favorite! The Nutella and red velvet with white chocolate chips were close seconds but the classic always wins for me. Very easy ordering process, multiple tablets to make your selections and pay on. My experience at this location was very unsatisfactory. I bought for a party box for my church students. I explained to the employee that the cookies were going to my students and that I needed the cookies to be individually boxed and the employee said if I wanted them individually boxed I had to pay 25 cents per box, this made me very upset since I just paid $46.63 for 12 cookies and the boxes should be included since I ordered them to go. I think this is unfair. If the cookies go to different people, they should be individually boxed. I will never go back to this location. I am a very regular client of other Crumbl locations and I have never had this issue, this was my first and last time at this location. The other Crumbl locations I purchase from provide me with individual boxes for my students. read more
