First time here... thanks for the information and updates about what cookies are cold and warm. Ladies run a tight ship, organized and communicated beautifully with one another while we were there. Had orders whizzing through, pick ups and in house. We got a 4 piece and had to do the girl's Resse brownie separately since I have a peanut allergy and they happily accommodated me and I'm so grateful. We also got two Oreo and I got a Twix cause I mean.. caramel, right! I did sneak a bite and it was cold lol I wasn't expecting that but since I let it sit out while we went to dinner... it's tea. So delish!! I like it room temperature and can see why they said it wouldn't be great heated up but it is amazing at room!! Excited to eat the whole thing and try my Oreo one tomorrow maybe... I'm at a loss for words (unusual for me) to describe Crumbl Cookies. Magical? Otherworldly? The cookies are large, very very large, and absolutely melt in your mouth. The offerings include 6 regular and 4 rotating flavors weekly. We bring our cookies home and cut them into fourths so that everyone can taste each of the cookies. Orders are placed at a kiosk and picked up at the counter. We have also placed orders ahead of time by phone and picked them up for events. (When we take the cookies to events, we cut them into fourths so that people get to try several flavors). They have a rewards program that allows one to accumulate 'crumbs' for purchases to unlock free cookies. I recommend that everyone treat themselves to a Crumbl Cookie, you won't be sorry! read more

Went here at about 8pm and asked about the featured cookie (Dubai chocolate). I was told they were sold out and were cooking more. They told me the cookies wouldn't be ready till morning. I went to website and it said cookies wouldn't be done in 15 minutes. A relative of mine saw that I lived near a Crumbl and asked me to stop and get some cookies. The store was clean and well laid out and the service was fast and friendly. I got four chocolate chip cookies at a cost of four dollars a cookie which seemed high! But the cookies were large and it was a gift so I proceeded. They were not as good as I had hoped, somewhat undercooked for my tastes and definitely not the best or even close to the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had. Maybe I got a bad batch for my expectations were just too high. If I go again I definitely would try another type of cookie. read more

This was our first time trying the cookies. We have heard mixed reviews but wanted to try it ourselves. It is located in a strip mall in front of Walmart. It's not visible on the main street but once you are going to Walmart, you will see it. When you walk in, you order your cookies on a tablet. I don't think they have it set up for you to talk to a real person to order but I couldn't tell. There was someone standing close to a register but she seemed to just be handing the cookies out when they were ready. In one of the pics, shows the different flavored cookies they have. We got the candy/m&m cookie. It was very good. It was nice, warm and soft. They were also pretty big. It was a little bit crumbly but I think that is because of how soft it was. Crumbl is great! We live pretty far from Louisville, so when we were up there and got a cookie craving late in the evening, we jumped on the opportunity to stop by Crumbl. I refuse to believe that each cookie is six servings! They're half a serving, maximum, so you can confidently have two. The menu rotates weekly, with the chocolate chip cookie staying fixed. No matter your tastes, there will be something for you any given week. I've never had a bad cookie here. The locale is nice, clean, and bright, and the staff was fun and helpful. The menu was more extensive than we realized, including ice cream. Our choice was 4 large cookies, about $13 with tax. My favorite was the chocolate chip, followed by the chocolate potato chip. We also tried pecan pie and peanut butter cup. Pina colada was another option but I was leery. We are a family of 4 so we split each one into four pieces and shared the cookies. Why choose?! A few weeks ago we were at the Middletown Crumbl- our name was called and our daughter brought what she thought was our box to the car. It was not ours so I proceeded to take it back inside and get our box the girl behind the counter, took the box from me after I've already left the store and turned around and directly handed it to the lady who it belonged to. She proceeded to say I'm not taking that it left the store which I agreed with her-They did not offer to get her new cookies nor did they offer to credit her back so she just left. As we got on the road, we noticed that several of our cookies were raw. they were stuck to the box so my daughter ended up emailing and got a very nice message from the General MGR saying to bring her the email into the store and she would get one free cookie, even though we had several raw cookies. so she takes her email and goes into the store to get her one free cookie and the assistant manager April was very rude and ended up saying just give her what she wants, clearly not caring we had an issue. Also two more people left the store during our visit very upset at the rudeness of staff. This store clearly needs some management change. Not to mention that raw cookie dough probably isn't the safest. If we do visit another Crumbl, it will definitely not be Middletown and not anytime soon. read more

Raspberry jam actually. I think about the PB&J cookie constantly. I wake up thinking about this cookie. Is that bad? I can't help it. It makes me smile like a Cheshire Cat y'all. Their flavors change each week. Here's just a few: PB&J, Milk Chocolate Chip, Chilled Sugar Cookie, Cosmic Brownie, Cinnamon Roll and it goes on. I'll have to visit weekly for sure. They are delivered to your car if you order from the app. It's easy and fast! I visited Crumbl Cookies several times before giving it a review. I felt it deserved research. For those who have watched Ratatouille follow me here. Do you remember Anton Ego, the food critic is sitting at the table and takes that first bite and goes back to the moment of sitting in his Nonna's kitchen? I had that moment. I took a bite into the warm, pillowy cookie and was transported back in time to enjoying a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with a nice cold glass of milk with my Dad. Brand new cookie place in the Middletown portion of the Louisville area. I really wanted to like to this place a lot looking at the pictures of this location and other Crumbl cookie locations from different states here on yelp. However, this location is not prepared at all. We arrived at 2pm on a weekday to an establishment that stays open to 10pm. They were out Of every single cookie but two. They had a snickers and chocolate chip. They were completely out of ice cream? How does that happen? They had a small line so we went to one of the two kiosk with tablets and made our order. This place is takeout only and they have organization of getting peoples order. People were sardined at the door waiting for tablets or waiting for there cookies. There was no organization at all enforced by the workers. Bad idea for a place opening during a pandemic. It was very cramped and uncomfortable in there. They have online ordering which they recommend. However I tried to use the site last night and this morning. And for this location kept getting errors. This place is way to expensive. Coming in around $4 a cookie. Even the 12 pack was just under $30. Not having much options me and my family got a 4 pack of 2 snickers and 2 chocolate chip cookies. We also got a one pack of a snickers. The cookies were massive. Very hard to eat however. They don't give you plates and it falls apart. The snickers cookie we had some false advertising. Pictures showed a snickers crumbled on top. We had no sign of that on ours. Just lots of thick cream that was gag inducing since we didn't get any drinks. Tasted like pure sugar. The cookie itself was solid. It was pretty soft and gooey but not much flavor. Or maybe it did and the cream just overpowered it. I tried my daughters chocolate chip cookie and it was better i think because the lack of cream. But it was better. Still not worth the price though. Overall extremely disappointed. Very unprepared, over priced, and just not that good. Plus misleading advertisements. If I'm being honest I probably won't come back unless there is some type of great deal or event happens or if I hear rumblings of major improvements. Louisville doesn't have a large cookie scene but the places we do have (insomnia cookie and please and thank you) are cheaper and much better. So, this is a generous rating for the moment. We ordered a 4-pack for curbside pick-up. We got the chilled iced sugar cookie, the chocolate Nutella cookie, the white chocolate chip macadamia nut, and the chocolate chip cookie. The cookies were large and 2 were fantastic and 2 were just okay. The macadamia and the sugar were amazing! The icing on the sugar cookie was delicious with hints of almond extract. The chocolate Nutella was very dry and bland. I couldn't taste even a glimpse of Nutella. The chocolate chip was fine, nothing exceptional. It also had large chips or chunks which. I do not care for. The staff looked like the working very hard, but it was a little slow and disorganized. The box is super cute. There were about 7 flavors total. First time trying this place out as I've heard a lot of hype. This place is located near the heart of Middletown near the Target and Wal-Mart. A small little bakery shop, the line almost wrapped around the building when we went. You can order via touchscreen or at the counter when you arrive. The staff is pretty nice overall. We purchased 4 pack (~$12) with chocolate chip, key lime, peanut butter, and sugar cookie. They Key Lime was my favorite from this bunch and it does taste a lot better after you keep it cool in the fridge after a while. Overall, I'm not a big fan of the overwhelming sugar that is made with the cookies, but they seem like a good size for the price. read more

Although some flavors are better than others I can honestly say there are some crumbl cookies I absolutely adore! Most recently their lemon cookie and carrot cake flavors are amazing. For cookie connoisseurs I should note that their cookies are not thin a crispy but more thick and doughy and so delicious. They also sell ice cream which I have not tried yet. One cookie is huge and could easily be cut into 4 pieces to share. Their flavors change weekly so I only am tempted to go when it's a flavor I'm really into which is probably a good thing.
