This location is very clean and smells great when you walk in. Rather small, very brightly lit, and a convenienty located. Ample parking in the general vicinity. I'm not sure how to rate Crumbl because their cookies are WAY too sweet for me. Are they bad? No, not necessarily. Do other people love them? Yes, absolutely... My SO's daughter was visiting us and she wanted to get them so that's how we ended up going.. she LOVES them. My SO has a major sweet tooth so he enjoyed them as well but it was sugar overload for me. So - I guess it's 100% dependent on what you like in a cookie (or dessert in general). Ordering on the Crumbl app is so simple and easy! I also had no idea we had a Crumbl opened so late around here. What a treat! If it's your first time here, the GPS will probably route you to the back of the shop. Considering we came at 11pm, everything here is dark and closed. Just route towards the front of Wells Fargo. Parking: plenty of spots. The area right in front of the shop is kinda cramped tho. Suggest parking a bit further and walk over to avoid the jam. I got the 4 pack, and we got: - blueberry muffin - semi sweet chocolate - peanut butter with chocolate - cornbread All the cookies were yummy! Bummer we couldn't get the chilled cookie dough one, so I guess I would come back next time when it's available. The staff said the room temp cookies are good for 3 days without going in the fridge. These days crumbl is widening their baking abilities and making things anything other than cookies. This includes pies, Brookies, and cakes. I feel like as far as branding they should be putting more attention on the cookies that crumbl is so famously known for. Many of the cookies with the plain base are nothing out of the ordinary for me. The only difference are the icing/ toppings that make the cookies different from every other week in rotations of flavors. I'd hope to see more variety and combinations to the cookie base. Some cookies could be sickly sweet and overwhelming with the amount of the calories it. read more

We always enjoy Crumbl offerings. Today we picked up dessert for a small dinner with friends. We got four so that the four of us could sample several cookies. I ordered ahead and thank goodness I did. A soccer team descended just before we arrived, but because I placed my order ahead of time, I got most of the cookies I wanted. Word to the wise: Saturday is the last day of the week for them and they are closed on Sunday, so this is when they were most likely to run out of stuff. They had run out of semi-sweet chocolate chunk cookies, but they substituted mini cookies instead. We also got fudge brownie, cornbread cookie and peanut butter crisp. They were all moist and delicious, as we have come to expect from Crumbl. When all you sell is cookies, you have to do it right, and they do! Interesting flavors that rotate every week but... way too sweet. Each cookie is priced around $5. If you buy a multi-pack, you can save a couple bucks. They are quite large in size, which is good portion-wise for the price you pay. You can order online and pickup or order there. They have kiosks or you can order at the counter. If you do pick it up, they do prepare it on the spot, so you might have to wait a little. I got a 6 pack with the following flavors: - Cinnamon Scone (3.5/5): The cookie by itself was not very memorable; you must eat it with a bite of the buttercream. The cookie was slightly warm and was quite doughy. - Monster Cookie (3/5): I didn't realize this came with peanut butter until I got to the store, but that was my fault. That being said, I am not a peanut butter fan, and this one was not up my alley. - Lemon Bar (4/5): I didn't expect to like this one as much as I did. It is quite sweet and was cold when I ate it (I ate it shortly after I picked it up), but the lemon did help to balance out the sugary flavor a little bit. - Chocolate Cupcake (4/5): I'm not the biggest fan of actual cupcakes with frosting, but this was a perfect balance of frosting to cookie ratio. The frosting didn't overpower the cookie and balanced it well. - Chocolate Chip Cookie (4/5): This one is a classic and the safest one to try out. Was a bit bummed that it was the smallest one out of the 6, and it did look a little sad, but you can't go wrong with ordering this one. - Cookie Dough (3/5): Cookie was cold when I ate it, and it didn't have any astonishing flavors. I had a sweet tooth and needed my fix, and was in the area so I went in for treat. I got mini pack of cookies and tried two of their rotating cookie ( French Toast and monster + M&M) and Regular cookie ( Milk Chocolate Chip). All flavors were good you can never go wrong with their Milk Chocolate Chip always consistent. The Monster M&M was good and tasted like it had peanut butter added that makes it taste like Reese peanut butter cup with M&Ms. The French Toast was good overall, but wasn't a fan of the cream they put on top. I know there had been some cookie controversy about these cookies being very high in Calorie and Doughiness. I like a doughy cookie, if you're wanting a cookie fix but trying to spare calories; I recommend the mini pack. What's nice is you can try all of their rotating flavors this was-without expanding the waist line too much lol Overall, I give this place a 4/5 definitely a must try. read more

I've come here three different times and I just do not understand the hype at all. This is a chain of cookie shops that blew up during the pandemic, largely because of TikTok/social media. For those who haven't been, the majority of their flavors change weekly, so if you do end up liking one, you likely won't see it again for a while. Pros: The cookies are HUGE- one cookie could easily feed 2-3 people. They're also very aesthetically pleasing and make for a cute picture on Instagram. Cons: The cookies are just way too sweet (and I have a sweet tooth). The flavors (while creative) are nothing to write home about, and generally taste like something you could buy in a grocery store bakery section or make from a boxed mix. The store itself is very sterile and reminds me of a dentist's office. It isn't welcoming or cozy at all, and just kind of feels like you're standing inside of a vending machine. You order at a kiosk even though someone is standing at the front, and then they grab the cookies for you. Overall, I'd rather buy cookies from a local bakery- the taste and overall experience would likely be much more pleasant. read more

honestly, i've been obsessed with crumbl ever since they opened their first store on the peninsula (foster city). i kept hoping they'd open more locations along the peninsula...guess my prayers were heard, voila, behold a location right on the border of mountain view/los altos/palo alto! i actually run, walk, hike in this area a lot, so this location is super convenient for me. it's great motivation too, get the exercise done, then come for a crumbl reward! this location is a mid-size shopping center at the intersection of el camino & san antonio. there is less parking than the other crumbl locations i've been to, but it's never a problem for me since i always seem to come earlier in the day, when there's like no one at this shopping center. the storefront is also a little bit smaller, since i recognize quickly when there's more than a couple of people in front of me. but like the other locations, there are 2 ipads to self-order as well as the person at the register whom you can order from. always great service with a smile, accurate orders with beautifully garnished cookies that taste equally delicious. i will continue coming back after my workouts in the area! read more
