Yes, their cookies are good, but recently this location has been a disappointment. They run out of the main cookie - chocolate chip - hours before closing and don't make any more batches. I even called to make sure they had it, the person over the phone said they did... when I got there, they didn't have anymore. The customer before me asked and the cashier said "this is all we have." There would be at least 8-10 people in the back making batches, but none are chocolate chip?! Smh. Their mobile app hasn't been updating either! I got charged for a failed order attempt! This has happened multiple times. Yes, I change my payment information. Yes, I updated my online cart multiple times. But I still receive the failed order screen. I'm sure I'll find another, better dessert place that isn't overrated in this small town. read more

These cookies are legit! They only sell cookies, and they do it right! There were 6 choices of cookies displayed at the counter. Wishing they had at least signs next to them, but there's a slide display. we chose the 4 pack for a little over $10 or $3 and a some change for 1. The chocolate chip was the best! Just as a great cookie should be, crispy outside, soft, gooey inside with the perfect amount of chips. The snickerdoodle and chocolate were both equally good! The Nutella was our least favorite. These are good size cookies, served warm in a cute display box! We went late on a Friday night around 8:30 so the line was short, but I hear it can get really long. But they deliver! We wouldn't usually go out of our way to just get cookies, but we had to stop the next morning to take to Atlanta to share with our family and they loved it too! read more

The social distancing wasn't a thing at this locations there were signs but it wasn't enforced at all. A lot of people standing around waiting for their order which caused people to be way too close together. I wish I took photos but sadly I didn't. I wanted to get the star berry shortcake cookie but wanted no frosted because I don't eat cream cheese. I still wanted the crumble topping that comes with it. After ordering and waiting I was told at the last minute if I don't get the frosting I can't have the topping and I wasn't given a reason. I just thought it was a little rude and made no sense why if the topping and frosting are made separately and they just sprinkle the topping on top of the frosting. Simply the BEST cookies in town. They change up the menu each week and there is always one (or two) that anyone should want. When you pick them up the cookies are fresh. Employees are friendly. You can also order online and pick up without getting out of your car. Parking can be a bit of a challenge as people will park anywhere at any moment. We ordered the four pack to be delivered. Quoted time was 45 minutes actual time was a few minutes shy of 2 hours. No big deal we expected some kinks as they had only been open a couple weeks. We were just sitting at home watching Game of Thrones and were going to use these to eat our feelings after the Battle of Winterfell. We did call to follow up and you could tell they were having problems as the customer service was lacking and blew off my husband when he asked for an update after waiting an hour. Soon after we received a text saying our cookies had left and would arrive in 8 minutes. They do have driver tracking so we could follow him through multiple stops. 44 minutes later he arrived. Again not a big deal for us but pretty frustrating when you're trying to catch a delivery person before he rings the doorbell and wakes your kid. They arrived warm and looked delicious. Then we tasted them. They were incredibly bland. Delivered mediocre cookies. I think next time we will hop down to Kroger's and get some break and bake pillsbury. read more

Got the sugar cookie. It was solid - very sweet, but good flavor balance of butteriness and a hint of salt. The texture was interesting, sorta between a typical sugar cookie and a cake. The icing had a nice flavor, kinda subtly fruity. I really don't get the deal with chilling the cookie. This diminishes the flavor and affects the texture. The above review of the cookie is based on my eating it the next day at room temp. Chilling seems like a gimmick, and really they should cease and desist ASAP. Also - as some reviewers have mentioned, they have an issue with speed. It should not take this long to put cookies in boxes. It's not as if they were baking them as fast as they were ordered - the cookies were made, they just couldn't seem to get them in the boxes in any reasonable timeframe. Puzzling. read more

The cell service is horrible in that part of town so I asked if they could just charge my card for 4 cookies. Super happy to have a new dessert place in murfreesboro. I love the fact they have different flavors every week. All of the cookies we have tried have been delicious (the sugar cookie icing is not our favorite but it wasnt the worst) there is usually a wait in the lobby but nothing excruciatingly painful to sit through.
