I ordered cookies online. I paid $60 for tip, delivery fee, and 20 cookies. I received a confirmation stating the cookies would be delivered between 12-1pm on April 29, 2019. I was having these cookies delivered as a surprise to my spouse and his coworkers. It was 12:53pm and I hadn't heard from my husband so I called Crumbl. I was told first their driver didn't show up today. Then I was told they had problems with their app but they confirmed they had in fact received my order but basically that the cookies were not being delivered as promised (and as I had paid in advance for...). I then requested a refund as I wasn't getting what I paid for, the manager got on the phone and I asked why didn't he at least call and let me know the status of my order since the driver didn't show up this morning. He said they have growing pains. This store is not ready to be in business at this time. I had to call to find out they weren't delivering my cookies and I also was given many different reasons as to why the situation wasn't handled as it should have been. The bare minimum for the manager would have at least been for him to call and let me know they don't have a driver, there is absolutely no reason why I had to be the one reaching out. The cookies were not all that good. I got the 4 cookies for $10. I got 2 sugar, 1 cinnamon and 1 chocolate chip. I found the icing on the sugar cookies had an odd taste it didn't taste like classic icing and the other two cookies were just bland. I was not happy with the taste AT ALL and won't be returning. This is the best cookie shop around. Went there once as an afternoon treat and was blown away. Service was good. Cookies were done quickly and the cashier was polite. When we broke into the actual cookies we were pleasantly surprised. The cookies were each enough for two people. They were warm and the chocolate in one of them was still all melty. They tasted DELICIOUS! The price was HIGH, but I think it was worth it. Hopefully we'll be visiting there again soon. read more

The worst crumbl location ever. Trust me, I love crumbl and will continue to go as an MTSU student, but they will NEVER have the cookie you want available. I've been twice this week (once saturday, once tonight so a new flavor line up) and they were sold out of both. Saturday they were out of 3 flavors with hours to go until closing. I decided to give Crumbl a try today and I was VERY disappointed. I asked about the available varieties, and the cashier couldn't tell me anything about them. I ordered a variety and she told me my total. It was $12.05 so I gave her a twenty and a dime to avoid change. I was shocked when she handed back a handful of coins. I pointed out her mistake and she argued back that she was correct. I figured the dime wasn't worth the aggravation. The first cookie was dry and unimpressive. First time we tried the cookie delivery service. Took about 50minutes but nothing was delivered by doordash. Called and spoke with staff. Michael, the Manager, jumped on and quickly offered to refund our order and had another order sent right away. If I could give this place 0 stars I would... my husband bought 4 cookies yesterday and asked the staff to put them in a box so that he could come by later to pick them up because there was a really long wait (as there is ALWAYS a long wait in this place). When we went back to pick up our box of cookies they told us that they ran out of the one cookie we bought (and really wanted to try) and there was another 20 minute wait on the other. So basically they took our money and then sold our cookies to other people. What a joke. Horrible customer service. If you want to wait in line for 15 minutes then wait another 20-30 minutes for your cookies to get done, and even then maybe not even get what you ordered then this is the place for you. The wait is ridiculous. It's not first come first serve. Small orders will be made before the bigger orders. The staff was not pleasant. I had to ask about my order before they would make it. We went one evening around 8:30 and they were out of all of the specialty cookies of the week. The cashier said they were making more and they would be ready in about an hour. We went back after an hour and a different cashier said they had never planned on making more. He told us that they usually run out after 7:00. The cookies were above average. With that said, the wait was definitely not worth the hype. We waited 10-15 minutes for 3 cookies. I counted 11 workers (that I could see), with only one person filling boxes for orders (very slowly). We tried the Sea Salt Nutella and the Twix. The Twix is basically a large sugar cookie with a little chocolate and caramel on top...nothing significantly special about it. The Nutella cookie was better but not worth waiting in line for. My recommendation would be to streamline the process of delivery so that customers aren't putting 10-15 minutes of expectation on a 5 minute flavor. Yet, I'm happy to strike it off my list of places to try...glad I tried it...but not good enough to draw me in for more. read more

So, listen. I've been to crumbl several times and the cookies are truly the BOMB. So delicious. Lots of great flavors, consistently delicious, and HOT! Soo good. But ordering cookies in the store is not a pleasant experience. It takes FOREVER. I waited 30 mins for ONE cookie last night. No one gets in any kind of hurry in there. And they apparently don't deliver to me? I only live 2.5 miles away and the app said they don't deliver to me so whatever. I'll hesitate next time I want a cookie bc going in is not fun. I liked the butterfinger one the best. They were warm, sweet, and soft. The cookies and cream was good, my friend loved it and couldn't wait to go get another. The chocolate chip one was ok. The cashier told us three of the four cookies we wanted to order would not be ready for our order. While we were waiting, we saw those very same three kinds being sold to other people.
