I was extremely excited to try the new crumbl cup. The service was good and everyone seemed to be busy and focused on maintaining a professional demeanor. The inside looked great and smelt amazing however, what caught my attention was how immaculately clean every inch of visible space looked. The cookie in a cup this week was banana pudding which made me very happy. Once it dug in though I was not agog about the texture of the cookie portions of the cup. Flavor was good but with not being able to get past the texture I would pass on this one next time. read more

On a recent visit to Florida, I discovered this amazing cookie store. Apparently they are in many locations throughout the USA, but this is the first that I have seen...or experienced. They have a large selection of cookies that they make, but only six are offered each day. Our choices were Raspberry Crumble, Pink Sugar, chocolate Chip, S'mores, Dulce de Leche and Chocolate. The cookies are quite large (4")....you could share, if they weren't so delicious that you want it all for yourself! Individual cookies are $4.95, but if you buy more the prices are discounted. They also make a 2" size for larger catering orders. This is definitely a special treat indulgence! Go try some! read more

We were so excited that there was a Crumbl cookie opening in Niceville! We first stopped in on their soft opening and decided to come back again this week. We love that the flavors change each week. It gives an opportunity to try something new. The cookies are always delicious. We love how large they are - large enough to share! This location is obviously very new and it's a bit obvious if you step foot in there. There's a bunch of workers chaotically running around. Seems like there is not much order in the back. But they it seems like something is working since they are getting orders out efficiently and in a timely manner. This most recent trip in, part of the door frame literally fell on my husband. Long lines but the chocolate potato chip cookie is to die for! Huge size cookies a tad small than a pie but so good. A little pricey. Box is flimsy, almost dropped a whole box of cookie. The pina colada cookie was too sweet for me. I also love the turtle cookie, is was sweet but chopped pecans mellowed it some. read more

The staff are friendly and the cookies are worth the price. The longest I've waited was around 10-15 minutes. My favorite flavors so far are chocolate ft. I've never had a cookie like the chocolate chip one I had today. It was served warm, delicious, and for your money, you get one jumbo cookie. Although it was opening day, the staff knew what they were doing and were very friendly and appreciated that we waited (good things come to those who wait, huh). I will be a repeat customer!
