Crumbl Cookies Pumpkin Cheesecake Cookie: Crumbl rotates their flavors on a weekly basis but depending on the flavor some are absolutely amazing. Crumbl's official description for this one is "A chilled buttery graham cookie layered with pumpkin cheesecake frosting and graham cracker streusel topping." I love anything pumpkin this time of year and my location didn't have this one last fall, so I've been watching in anticipation for it for quite some time. The cookie is dense, satisfyingly chewy, and cool (it's served chilled). There's a hint of graham cracker flavor to the cookie, but the real star of the show is the pumpkin cream cheese frosting. Crumbl acolytes know the power of that phenomenal cream cheese frosting (sweet and perfectly tangy) and this time there's an additional pumpkin favor blended in. The aroma instantly conjures thoughts of pumpkin pie. If I have one complaint about the cookie it's this, mine did not have enough streusel topping. Crumbl's stock photo shows a teeming circle of streusel in the center of the cookie like an island in an ocean of pumpkin cream cheese frosting. If you look at mine there is only a scant amount. In retrospect, I should have said something while I was in the store, but I was in a hurry and thought maybe I was being too picky. The more pics I see of other people's cookies though, the more I feel short changed. At $5 a cookie, you need to do better with quality control Crumbl. My cousin was craving cookies and we decided to try this place. Their cookies had a lot of variety and definitely well portioned sizes. Perfect spot if you're craving sweets. Crumbl is awesome. This company started out west back when I was in college and has gained enough popularity to make out Wisconsin. My wife loves their cookies and they never disappoint. One fo the cool things about Crumbl is their weekly rotating seasonal cookies. They also have their classic chocolate chip and sugar cookies which they have year round. This past week we got blueberry cheesecake, pumpkin chocolate chip, chocolate peanut butter chip, and chocolate chip cookies. All 4 were great. I felt like the pumpkin ones could have used more chocolate chips but they were a great segway into sp00ky season! The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is bc I reserve that for some really fancy bakeries if they deserve it. But honestly I will definitely be going again and you should too. All I wanted to do is end my week of third shift with a chocolate chip cookie and some milk. So I decided to stop here being that I was in the area and people on Instagram were making a big stink about it and I couldn't be more disappointed. I walk into commotion and loud music. I have a loud, booming voice so when I order a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie and a plain milk, I think that's what I'm going to get but the girl at the register got a peanut butter chocolate chip cookie and a chocolate chip cookie out of that and I can't blame her because I couldn't hear shit either. At least this place gave me one second of warm, fuzzy memories as I flashed back to trying to hit on ladies in pleather pants (that was me in the pleather pants, not the ladies) in the douchey dance clubs of the late 90's-early-00's. Their cookies, however, did not afford me the same warm memories of cookies past. I wheeled over to Meijer, grabbed a single serve milk and was surprised that the cookies were still warm. I was even more surprised when I bit in as maybe a millimeter of the edge of the cookie was crispy and the rest was undercooked, but not in a refrigerated good cookie dough kind of way but more like you left that cookie dough in the sun for about four hours and then ate it. The PB chocolate chip didn't fare any better, as I took one small bite and this cookie (which is about half the size of my head) crumbles in about five pieces. It tasted worse. I appreciate the liberal use of peanut butter in a cookie, but when it makes the texture of your cookie grainy it stops being good. Maybe add some more eggs to the recipe and it would hold up to the abuse of being bitten into and possibly even taste better? $7.48 for two cookies in there separate pretty pink boxes and after three bites I'm throwing it all away. Came here on a whim. I ordered the caramel pumpkin cookie. It was delicious. It is served warm and it really does fall apart. It is so soft and fluffy, honestly more like a cake than a cookie. Make sure you are ready to get messy when diving into one of these bad boys. The icing will slide off easily due to it being served warm. The icing was also fluffy and light, but just as delicious. Today was my first time visiting and I picked up a chilled caramel coconut cookie, a fruit tart cookie, a peanut butter brownie cookie, and an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie. I thought Crumbl was going to be overrated, but I was SO wrong. With new flavors every week, you're bound to find something you love. I'm personally a huge fan of the chocolate chip cookies. The cookies are VERY dense and I usually only get through about half a cookie at a time. They're perfect for sharing and I think the price is justified for what you get. The cookies are always moist and I haven't experienced them getting stale/hard (even after a few days). I always order ahead, and I never have to wait longer than a few minutes for curbside delivery.
