It doesn't love cookies. I only wish they were open seven days a week. It's kind of nice that they do have flavors that rotate that way you can always have a different type of cookie, but it's good to see that they are offering multiple flavors each and every week that remain the same. I have to try the Dubai chocolate cookies since they have it three weeks in a row!! Unfortunately for me, it's way too sweet. The cookies is sweet, the filing on top of the cookie is sweet and the chocolate cover is sweet too!! So in my opinion, it's way too sweet. Though I like the texture of crunchiness from kataifi which makes it different from other cookies. But I do like the like their cookie of brookie cookie which is combination of brownies and cookies. The sweetness is normal and I love the different texture in one cookie. About the service, I'm really disappointed. I came to the store and place the order through self service machine. Everything goes well until I have to pay and scan my gift cards. It gives me a message "oops something wrong" So I decided to talk to the staff, she tried to see what happened and turn out their WiFi is disconnected. They don't even apologize or help me to get the order. Instead they kept telling everyone that comes in to the store, the WiFi is disconnected. I have to wait for around 30minutes for the internet to come back on. I have to keep my eyes on the screen of the self order kiosk until it get fix, I finally got the order but no apology made from any of the staff members. So disappointed. I ordered: Strawberry Crumb Cake: This is exactly like how I'd imagine a crumb cake would taste if it had strawberries in it. Simply tasty! Cinnamon Crunch: And one day at band camp, a sugar cookie got with Cinnamon Toast Crunch and created a cinnamon cookie baby named Cinnamon Crunch. I'm a BIG Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal fan so this was a must try. The cream cheese icing surprisingly added a nice touch and the flavors blended wonderfully. It is the cinnaBOMB dot com! Berries and Cream: The cookie itself has bits of real berries in it and then topped with a layer of what I'll call whipped cream 2.0. The taste and texture is exactly like homemade whipped cream but it looks and behaves like icing; meaning it holds its shape and doesnt start to melt or slide like how a typical whipped cream would. We were visiting our son in Florida and after we finished dinner he suggested we stop by Crumbl Cookies. We have one that just opened in our neighborhood in Alabama, so I was excited to try this location in Florida. One difference was the square footage was much bigger at this location and there were tables right outside that we were able to sit and eat at. One similarity was that there still was a wait just like at our location in Alabama. When you walk into Crumbl cookie it always smells delicious. Also there selection of cookies rotates weekly which makes for a surprise adventure each week. For this week, I am interested in trying their sugar cookie featuring Twix, their bubble gum flavor (I can't wrap my head around this) and the classic krispy bar. read more

First, this location was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly. I love that they have a different menu each week! The Strawberry Shortcake was the perfect amount of sweet and so yummy. The silky whipped cream and strawberry's on the "cakey" cookie, just perfect. For me this cookie gets a 8/10. The Red Velvet and that cream cheese icing are what sweet dreams are made of. I could only have a few bites of this because of the sweetness. 7/10 The Cinnamon Frybread and that cinnamon butter I really enjoyed this cookie and have been thinking about it since I got it. Definitely a favorite. 9/10 The chocolate chip was our least favorite. The chocolate chips were rich but the cookie was bland. We gave that one 4/10. The positives: the service was quick & the employees seemed happy and friendly. The negatives: the cookies are absolutely terrible and a complete waste of money. It was if they microwaved the cookies and got a hard crusted edge and somewhat warmed middle too. We bought a 6 pack (5 different cookies and an extra plain chocolate chip) to give them a try. These are the best cookies I have tried in Pensacola! We purchased a four pack box at 11.98 (12.82 w/tax) which saves a little per cooking at 3.00 each. Some of the flavors were sold out but what we received was delicious. Pictured below are Milk Chocolate Chip Classic Peanut Butter Biscoff® White Chip Neapolitan The place was hopping, but they had a kiosk that you can order and pay at that saved a lot of time. I live in NC and ordered from this location to be delivered for my sister that lives in Pensacola. When the ordered was delivered the driver sat the package of cookies on the ground, never rang the doorbell and left. By the time my sister realized they were there at her residence the package was infested with ants and the cookie toppings were melted. I also, added a special note for my sister with this order which was not included. My sister is definitely worth what it cost me for these cookies but you definitely dimmed the joy I was hoping she and I both would receive by using Crumbl. This review is reflected on the service and NOT the cookies themselves. I ordered a dozen cookies to be delivered. The order was accepted and it wasn't until after the driver got to the store was when I got a call (from the driver NOT the bakery) and was told they were out of one of the cookie flavors I had ordered. That particular flavor was the bulk of my order. This is not how you do business if you didn't have the flavor it should have reflected on the app OR my online order should have taken precedence verses the ones ordering in person. They took my money no discount next order, no nothing. They asked if I wanted another flavor I ordered more of whatever I had in my order already and moved on. I will say this is the 3rd location I have been to. I have gone to both California and Texas locations and this one was just terrible. The cookies themselves are always yummy. I understand they are brand new but they need to get it together. They are giving away all of the cookies to everyone in line and those that order curbside end up waiting 2 hours. I had to walk inside and complain about my wait and they try and offer you other cookies. If I wanted other cookies I probably wouldn't have waited 2 hours... Review Time: Crumbl Cookies I love my sweets, but I figured I would wait until this new cookie factory calmed down to try them out. I have literally seen the line backed all the way to First Watch. What in the world is so special about these cookies? So this Utah franchise has finally made it to Pensacola. I believe it is amazing how they keep their customers wanting more by making new flavors every week. The tried and true chocolate cookie is always available, but the rest of the menu can change every week. Just FYI, the mini cookies are only allowed with catering orders. So if your stopping by just to buy yourself a cookie, you get this massive saucer of a cookie. Everyone in this new bakery is so nice; and it seems to be so clean. I love how you can see all the action of making the cookies. I figured they were frozen and then baked, but no way. They make the cookies from scratch in massive batches with weighing ingredients and huge measuring cups. We decided to try the chocolate chip and the oreo mallow sandwich. These cookies are by far some of the best cookies locally; which is hard to say, when we have so many talented and delicious local bakeries here. The chocolate chip cookie was extremely soft and loaded with chocolate chips. The oreo mallow sandwich was out of this world. The cookie basically crumbled to the touch, since it was so moist. The cookie cream filling wasn't too sweet and still allowed the cookie to shine through.
