Rita offered to either remake our meals or remove them from the bill, but let's be clear--no one is inclined to pay or leave a tip for food they cannot eat. I also want to address Ron's response to our concerns. Rather than displaying empathy, it felt more like a defensive reaction as he was upset we did not leave a review for food we didn't pay for. The lack of professionalism in his response only added to our disappointment. It's crucial for management to handle such issues with care and urgency to ensure a positive dining experience.
