Early yesterday morning our door bell rang so I went to answer our front door. When I opened the door a young lady was at the door holding a pink box. I said good morning to her and she responded with a good morning as well. She was making a delivery and once I confirmed that I was the person to who the pink box was for she handed the pink box to me. On the pink box it read "Crumbl Cookies" with the little character with the chefs hat and what resembles a mustache. The cookie box was part of an anniversary gift from our family which to us represents have a sweet year. I have to confess even though we have had "Crumbl Cookies" delivered before this was an unexpected surprise. When we opened the box it had six big delicious looking cookies inside. It contained a two chocolate chip, key lime, churro, pink sugar and a chocolate cookie! We have had cookies from "Crumbl" before and we have never been disappointed. If by chance you happen to experience their delicious flavors take a gander and check to see if they have your favorite cookie available. Their cookies are kind of big in size but one is enough for two people. After all I do consider myself to be somewhat of a "Cookie Monster" myself. read more

Staff is a bunch of young people with no real customer service skills. The desserts are always hit and miss at this location because again these young people just need jobs, but they're not bakers or trained to make delicious desserts. We ordered over one hour ahead and when we came to location, we were a little early for our scheduled pick up time, but we had asked on of the employees behind the counter and she told us not to worry just give her a few minutes to do the people ahead and she would have ours done, proceeded to wait about 47 minutes and were told that they had cookies coming out of the oven and it would just be another 5 minutes for the cooling to be done and our order would be out, proceeded to go about 20-30 minutes and were told they ran out of some of the cookies we ordered which is weird being that we had places our order way ahead and we started to watch as people walked in paced their order (some same size as ours) and would have their order handed to them and put way before... if we knew this was the case why order ahead and not just walk in and order if they will ignore the ones places ahead... worst part is the fact that the cookie they decided to tell us sold out is one that we watched them make a couple times to people who walked in to place their order and pick up same time... its sad when we ordered the cookies 2 hours ahead and yet people who walked in to order past us as we already checked in with them were able to get them and we were told they ran out... really disappointed as we have loved coming to this location for years previously... read more

Lawd!!! Someone take my keys so I stop ending up at Crumbl!!! Each week there is something new that I am dying to try. Not only is this horrible for my wallet but my waistline. Through the lips and onto the hips!! I cannot express how delish these are. They are a little more on the expensive side so we buy a 4 pack to save a little. The cookies are HUGE so it seems much more reasonable. I love how they rotate flavors weekly so there is always something new to try. We have tried many flavors in the last few weeks and I do have to admit the cornbread cookie is the best cookie I've had in my life. The flavors melt in your mouth. It has a light honey butter glaze and is ohhh so delectable! Crumbl has an awesome app to order your cookies curbside or for indoor pickup. If going inside, they are wearing masks and taking safety precautions. Along with their app, they have a great rewards program to earn some free sweet treats. Psssttt... they also deliver! Long story short- pricey Cookies. They are very big. They come in fun boxes. Staff was super friendly. But for me the taste wasn't worth the $ I wanted to try them for a long time and finally tried them yesterday. I tried to sugar cookie and the chocolate chip cookie. The cookies are not horrible but even the chocolate chip cookie reminded me of a sugar cookie with just chocolate chips added in (and not that Many) and they are very thick. If I could change I would say smaller cookies with more taste not so much flower filler, don't know if that makes sense to anybody too much tasteless dough not enough cookie deliciousness. read more

Unfriendly and rude employees. One they did not greet me or anyone that came in after me. Long story short, I placed an online order. When I arrived, my order was unavailable/incomplete. I ordered a specific type of cookies on the order for a special occasion. When I went up to the counter the employee could not find my order, yet took two other walk in orders after mine and those had the cookies I had originally ordered. They did offer to replace them with other cookies that were available, however the cookies I ordered were the specific ones the birthday girl requested and priced a bit higher. Since I ordered online, the order should have been available and ready to go when I arrived. They also shouldn't have been given to in store orders or to orders after I had already checked in. As I was waiting for my order I noticed the filth under there working station.(I can/will attached the video.) I'm glad I cancelled my order. Overall, this location was unsanitary, and this was such an inconvenience. Been waiting to speak to a manager seems like she is never available so here we are. Ordered 3 mini cookies, the churro, cinnamon roll, and peanut butter skillet. There was a wait which I don't mind however, only 1 employee seemed to care and was greeting people as they walked in only after another one went to the back as orders were piling up. It didn't seem like they had any of the cookies prepared, others seemed dissatisfied by the customer service as well. When I finally received my cookies they were sloppy. The churro icing was smeared in the box, the cinnamon roll had none of the icing or cinnamon streusel except for one corner which was pathetic, and they didn't put any of the chocolate drizzle or Reece's crumbs on the peanut butter skillet. The employee I interacted with seemed annoyed and was rude when handing me my cookies. I've been here once another time, would not go again. read more

The minute you walk into this place, you're lungs are filled with the sweet smell of sugar & the love put into these cookies. The locations are open & welcoming, even for a vet like me w/ PTSD I don't mind waiting for my sweet treat. I'm usually so busy picking out my damn cookie I don't even notice if there is a line. The 2 locations I've visited are so clean i'd eat the cookies off the floor if they offered dibs on dropped goodies...kidding...but am I really though I have a soft spot for treats & this place is a treat every time I visit. I'm hoping another trip results in me increasing the stars I have had crumbl cookies in the past and they were delicious. This was my first time ever ordering and first time going into a location. I arrived earlier than my pickup time. Nobody greeted me or made me feel welcome. I never noticed the person that assisted me change their gloves after touching many surfaces. Went in to pick up my order. Noticed one of the girls making cookies - she was wearing a high ponytail with her hair hanging which was pretty long. The girl with the bleach blonde hair. Pretty sure this is a health code violation. She also had a pretty bad cough and not wearing a face mask. Management please make your staff wear masks if they're displaying symptoms of being sick. Always delicious. Curbside order is always quick. I always order ahead but 90% of the time I will pay for milk and they will be "out of stock" when I arrive. Their app is probably one of the best ones from the food industry though. I spent over $125 here on two cases of party cookies for an event. I placed the order around 5:15pm. I waited in line for over 45 minutes to get the cookies after already placing them 20 minutes prior to arrival. Once I arrived, the workers looked like they could not care less about their jobs and half the time they were moving backwards or standing around. I ended up having to leave or else I was going to miss the event. I attended the event came back at 8 PM to get my cookies and they informed me that they gave them to the wrong people and they were out of the order that I had placed. They asked me if I wanted the same type of cookie I will NOT be returning. I understand being busy, but that requires you to work a little quicker and not stand around talking to each other. Absolutely, nobody greeted any of the customers that walked in. Nobody acknowledged anybody in the waiting area. I had tipped them over $20 as well. Very disappointing. read more
