Decided to try these for the first time as a Thanksgiving dessert & can see why everyone is raving about them. They really are amazing! Unlike any cookie you've had before. So glad we got 4 of the salted caramel cheesecake because that one is like you died & went to heaven. These cookies are huge! They can easily be shared with 4 people to one cookie. Picking them up was entirely hands off on their part. They have units you put your order in on, pay on & once they box it up they hand it over to you. They can also be ordered online. They packed the wrong cookies, the girl on the phone told me that I can only get are refund if I go in myself right now, or bring the wrong cookies to exchange. I said I can't do that, we're both working! That's why I ordered for delivery. She insisted that we will not get a refund or exchange since I can't come in. Horrible service here! And incompetent workers!! Update: the owner contacted me immediately to resolve the problem. He is making it right. I feel confident that this location will improve. I recently had a truly terrible experience at this Crumbl location and I did not want to have to write bad review but the customer service has been atrocious. On 6/15/2022, I placed an order through the Crumbl website for an 11am delivery to a nearby office as a surprise for my mother's birthday. At 10:19am, I received a text message saying that the Door Dasher was en route to the store to pick up the order. At 10:46am, I received another text message that my order had been canceled. I immediately called the store and spoke with a sales associate who informed me that they would not be able to fulfill my order because the ovens were broke. The sales associate was no help whatsoever, was incredibly insincere, and hung up on me - it was truly the worst customer service. Crumbl never communicated directly with the customer that they would not be able to complete the order - I had to find out 14 minutes prior to delivery through a text from Door Dash. The order was not canceled until the delivery driver arrived at the store - Crumbl had to have known way before this that they would not have been able to complete the order. Door Dash still collected the tip due to the late cancelation. The customer service is so poor. After being hung up on, I emailed the store and received a very generic response by Friday, 6/17: "Hello, I do sincerely apologize for the experience you had. Yes, we have been dealing with a store shut down the past couple of days, and it has been difficult to communicate with customers. I would be happy to issue you a refund for your order OR reinstate the order for delivery. Please let me know how you would like to proceed. Thank you!" There was no signature to this response - I have no idea if I'm communicating with the owner, a manager, or the sales associate who hung up on me. My concerns in my initial email were not addressed. At a minimum, I should receive a full refund since no part of my order was completed - which I requested in an email back on Saturday (6/18). On Tuesday (6/21), I requested a status update on my refund and have yet to receive it or a response from the store. I had ordered the party box of cookies so this was a $60 order. This has truly been a nightmare - poor communication, terrible customer service - I would never recommend going to this location. read more

It's really hit and miss. I'd like to start this by saying all the new cake ones we've tried have been FIRE! Literally 10/10. The issue is the cookies. We used to buy 4-12 cookies a week until we started having issues with them. A lot of the time the cookies are overcooked and/or missing toppings. One time we found a live bug in the box and the girl was soo irritated I asked for the order to be remade and she was super irritated I wouldn't replace just the cookie the bug was stuck to. Had I known, I would have ordered more so they stayed together and had a nice presentation as a gift. When I called this location to inquire about boxes and advise about the poor presentation of the delivery, they simply thanked me and hung up. 1st week/time trying CRUMBL, Cookies are pretty good and for the taste/serving size= 4 stars.Customer service all 4 times I been to this location was good. The 1st time being the best. I stopped here 2 different occasions around noon,however both times they were out of stock for the same cookie all week it seems. Pretty unacceptable. I came here 4 different times/ days this week and the crispy was out of stock along with another cookie or 2. To top it off I was lied to and told it would be back in stock in 2 hours or so. I called 2 hours later and was told "oh no, those are going to remain out of stock for the rest of the evening" mind you it was barely 4pm on a Wednesday???? don't waste your time here and go to any of the other CRMBL Locations. Seriously doubt they're even made fresh at this location since I showed up at opening this morning only to be told again to come back in 2 hours or so just to be told again to try again on 2 more hours. I can't say enough about Crumbl. I have to say we are legitimately addicted to this place. I don't even know where to start. Quality: always good! Always amazing! In addition to being extremely delicious, they are always fresh and soft and just a great cookie. Top it with their ice cream and there is no dessert I'd rather order. We frequently buy the 4 and 6 packs because they are just so good. Price: is perfect for such a good product. We frequently eat our cookies "family style" breaking them into halves or quarters so we can sample each type. Selection: the fact that they do new flavors each week keeps us coming back for more. We pretty much have a family text comparing flavors and announcing the new ones every Sunday. Not only do we get these for ourselves, but we buy for friends and family. The excitement and joy it brings others to gift always brightens my day as well. It's less expensive and faster to order and deliver than flowers and quite frankly most people love cookies. I dunno, my daughter was like DYING to try this place, so on a whim, we stopped by on Friday evening. Most all the cookies were sold out except for 4 so we got 2 each of the sugar cookie, oatmeal, cornbread and the buckeye brownie. I did really like the corn bread cookie, but the oatmeal had a ridiculous amount of eggshell in it. I get that it happens, but for the price of these cookies, I'd hope someone would be paying closer attention. We had Crumbl for the first time and are mind-blown. Cookies are about $4 each and well worth it! These cookies are not your normal size cookie. They are 3-4 times the size of a normal cookie. Each one is at least 600 calories and are completely shareable. The place was clean, ordering was simple (we used the ordering stations they had inside to try it out). Our name was called almost immediately and were brought with the boxes open so you could see the cookie before they closed the box. The sugar cookie has a distinct almond extract flavor in it so if you're not a fan of almond extract I would pass on and try a different cookie! read more

We are regulars at this location. Our office loves to order cookies for lunch. We ordered this week per usual and one of our coworkers noticed something shiny in the cinnamon swirl cookie. We found a small medal shard. It could have easily came off one of the mixers from the bakery or it could have came off a bowl maybe? We're unsure but we understand these things can go missed but what was more concerning was when we called the location. They literally didn't care. We told them about it and their response was " okay thank you" and we said " no problem" and they hung up. If this is their response to a concern that could be potentially hazardous to someone's health then I don't want to support this location. I messaged the Instagram page to try and get in contact with someone else. We have the medal shard and are willing to send it in to get analyzed if needed.
