The good. Great location and cookies are very good. The bad, terrible customer service. Not helpful, and supposedly kids are supposed to get a cookie for their bday, and my kid was told no last year and this year, was turned away, again. Was told to download app, and then was turned away because it takes 24 hours to process? My personal ordering experience has been terrible. I was told to leave store and either call in to place a pick up order or use app. Really? So, one free cookie has now caused me to not order from here again, ever and take my business elsewhere. I'm so glad this business has opened up close to our home. When you walk in, the aromas hit you and it melts away whatever Is on your mind for a few minutes. The place is spacious, clean and very organized. The staff is kind and welcoming. They took their time to explain the sizes and options. You can have these cookies delivered too so the next time you want to send a pick me up or birthday gift, do a cookie delivery through crumbles. The other famous cookie place around is good but their cookies are "normal." These cookies are definitely gourmet, decadent, special. It's like comparing a drive thru cheeseburger to a huge gourmet burger at a fancy restaurant. The owner, Jennifer, came out to greet customers. She's lovely! I wish Crumbl's tremendous success! First tome here and the cookies are so good it should be illegal!! Cool service and easy to use no contact ordering system they have in place. I usually don't like salted caramel anything; but I tried a bit of my daughter's cookie and my life was changed! Lol That peach cobbler cookie‍‍ Lawd!! So good!! The molten chocolate one was too sweet for me but the chocolate chip was delish!! I just took a bite from each because I was about to go into a sugar coma. The brownie ice cream wasn't all that good to me or my daughters; I think if you like bitter dark chocolate you'd like it tho... the raspberry cheesecake one tho!!! These were delivered to me for my birthday and OH EM GHEE!! Let me start by saying I've been wanting to get my hands on these bad boys for a while now as their social media ads are very hypnotic! I tried once at a location in Fort Worth but to my dismay, they were sold out. So, you can imagine how excited I was to see these on my doorstep this morning! I was gifted the box of 4, chocolate chips, and one cookie alone was super heavy! Very dense, very moist and STILL WARM! (Can you believe it?) Such a nice sweet treat and fantastic gift idea! I don't get all the fuss. Really I don't. The cookies were ok but not the best I've ever had. The sugar cookie frosting was loose and it got all over my hands when I tried to eat it. The chocolate oatmeal was just ok. It is like a muffin and I didn't like that part. The chocolate chip cookie was the best one. I did like that I could use the iPad to self serve my order. The environment of this store is best described as chaotic. The line was insanely long and most of the line was people waiting for placed orders. The person who greeted us at the counter was nice despite all going on around her. We had two rewards and they couldn't seem to work out the system so she called over her manager, who we believe was named "Angel". She was very rude to her coworker at the register and didn't really solve our issue. After she finished putting the reward in, she walked away without asking if we needed anything else and we still wanted to buy another cookie but ended up not purchasing because we were done at that point. Went to this location last night to get some Blueberry Muffin cookies. The Cookies themselves are AMAZING just the staff are VERY stingy with the topping. I ordered a six pack with 5 Blueberry cookies and 1 Key Lime cookie. Pretty much every Blueberry cookie has 1 or maybe 2 pieces of topping on top. I asked for more and the nice kid took them back for more topping. He started telling one of the girls making cookies about this unto which she looked at me, started snickering, and muttering something to the male employee. I believe Without a doubt the Cookies were delicious but the customer service is pretty far below satisfactory. read more
