My first time trying this place and was very impressed! We got the 4 pack which we chose French silk pie, Chocolate chip, cookie monster and peanut butter. All 4 flavors we're amazing! Sure they are a little pricey but huge cookies. I might be addicted now lol. The packaging is absolutely adorable! I was a bit skeptical because I tried Tiffs treats not long ago and was disappointed. I saw the reviews about the customer service but it was good in my opinion. This is a place that I have been dying to try since I have seen it all over social media. The weekly postings look so delicious. And boy it did not disappoint. My daughter took a bite and said "omg mom, this is sooooooo good!" She loves cookies but this one was on a different level of good. The cookie is moist and the flavor of each cookie was spot on. It is on the sweeter side for my husbands taste but for a cookie place it is pretty satisfying. The only thing I will say is that they are huge and thick. So a pack of 4 cookies could be shared among 8 people. Easily shared! The packaging is all pretty and neat. Just wish it wasn't so expensive for a cookie. These are the voodoo donuts of cookies. Cookies are great and fun. I Love bringing a box or two at get togethers/work meetings. Customer service is bad every time I make a visit though. I don't mind tipping but to straight up ask the customers if I want to tip before they switch their iPad towards you after she did not even bother to greet us... is very awkward. The girl upfront literally looked like she hated her job and she made it known by staring at us annoyingly while we were making our selection. That's definitely the happy experience you wanna have when you are treating yourself with some overpriced cookies! /s the place was pretty empty too. To be honest, the cookies are not good enough for me to be paying $4 per cookie, get treated rudely, and get asked if I want to pay 15% extra to tip the "bakers" even though we all know yall are a pretty big chain. Always a great experience at this location! They go above and beyond even when they don't have too. Story time: I had cookies delivered via DoorDash from this location as a Valentine's Day surprise. However, when they were delivered they were basically reduced to crumbs. The box had obviously been dropped (potentially multiple times) and about half of the 6 cookies were not edible. We contacted the Crumbl location just as an FYI, but they offered to completely replace the order. Great product and great customer service, even though it wasn't their fault the cookies weren't edible. Definitely recommend. read more

These cookies are amazing! AND they're huge! I ordered online for curbside pickup and they promptly brought them out when I arrived. I tried the sugar, chocolate chip, and the oatmeal flavors with a few others I can't remember. They were all good. The oatmeal raisin was probably my favorite because it wasn't as sweet. The sugar cookie was sooooo sweet. Yes, I get it's called a sugar cookie for a reason but the icing was just too much so I ended up scraping most of it off. The size of these cookies are outrageous so be warned. One cookie is probably equal to at least 6 normal cookies. I didn't realize that when ordering, so I ended up giving most of them away. The location is out of the way for me, but I'll definitely be back to try some other flavors. read more

Spotlessly clean. Well organized. Friendly help. These are good things. The cookies are good, but not my taste. The cookies are big. VERY big. In fact, they're meat to be shared or saved. (Hence why each cookie comes in an individual box.) They're also thick and very soft. (I like a crispier cookie.) And finally, they're almost too sweet. The iced sugar cookie in particular is beyond sweet. If you like sweet, thick, soft cookies, it's a great option. For me, it's not my preference and that's ok. read more

Omg. Do yourself a favor and don't come here because once you start you are literally going to be addicted. We lovvveeeeee Crumbl. I actually think my whole family does - and we all live in different states. There are 7 cookie flavors that change every week. They are closed Sunday and Monday but they are open super late! They also offer delivery for like $5-$10 extra. The cookies are seriously hugeeeee and amazing. I struggle between eating them all at once and saving Bc they are significantly better warm (microwave them if needed)! They always have chilled sugar cookies and chocolate chip but the other flavors are unique and amazZzzing. The cream cheese frosting ones. Cinnamon roll. Peanut butter. I could go on. Pricing is super reasonable. You can buy 1 cookie or 4 for $10. I have no self control so we obviously always get 4. They also recently started having ice cream although I found this subpar. I tried the muddy buddy and something about Chex mix in ice cream was weird. They are very prepared. You can order ahead or it normally just takes a few moments to prepare. They make them to order. Crumbl handed me the wrong order (after a long wait bc they didn't have all the ingredients ready, even though we ordered in advance). I didn't realize it was wrong until I got to the party. I called to make sure they had my order and was told I could keep the wrong order and come get the correct one. I took that as an act of Goodwill and went back for the cookies instead of asking for a refund. When I got there they asked me to go get the wrong order from my car and then pointed out it had the wrong name on it ... I had never been there before and wouldn't know to look for a name ...besides, that is THEIR job. They gave me my order and took the wrong order back. I didn't have time to argue as I had already wasted an additional 45 minutes and way too much gas for 12 cookies. We should have just stuck to the other desserts we had. It is not worth my time to contact them again. If Crumbl makes it right by providing free cookies to me on the app, I will go there again ... Otherwise not going back. read more
