I didn't know this place existed until yesterday when I was in the area. I walked in and ordered 4 cookies. They boxed them up within about 30 seconds. The packaging is nice. The chilled sugar cookie was great but maybe a little heavy on the almond flavor in the icing. However, the churro cookie stole the show! I placed a store pickup order around 9pm in hopes to have a 4 pack to share for Mother's Day. It said the order will be ready at 9:10, I arrived at 9:15. I see my name on the monitor and it says I am 3rd in line. While checking in, the girl at the front with glasses, I believe her name was Max?, said they didn't have my order and kept asking if I was sure I ordered at the right location. I said yes, showed her the receipt, told her my name was on the monitor, and she was still stating that the order was not there and told me to hold on. Finally, I approached the counter again after she served multiple walk ins, and she ended up finding the order with the last 4 of the card number. At that point, she informs me that the Chocolate Cake had "just sold out." I said ok, I chose to replace it with the pink velvet instead. I am standing in the lobby for over 30 minutes now, mind you, I was 3rd in line for online pickups when I arrived, I am now first in line. Many have come and gone including probably well over 20 walk ins who simply ordered at the counter, received their cookies of choice, and left. I am still waiting. It is 9:45 now and the girl at the front informs me all of my cookies have sold out, as I watched them hand them all out to the walk ins, and says the only cookie left is pink velvet. I ordered a 4 pack of raspberry cheesecake, chocolate cake, lemon poppyseed, and mom's recipe. My order did not include pink velvet whatsoever, and that was the ONE cookie that I left with. I was absolutely mind blown to say the least. The fact that I watched them hand out every single cookie I ordered for over 30 minutes, as I was trying to just be patient, and then approach me and say that all of mine have sold out... I mean I had no words at that point. I asked for a refund and left the store empty handed for Mother's Day. This was such a frustrating, disappointing experience at the Pflugerville location. I believe there needs to be a manager on site during the evening hours on the weekend to help better handle situations like these. I've emailed management about this experience multiple times and have received no response or the refund that I was promised. read more

We actually caught this place out of the corner of our eye driving thru the Huge business filled lot in PF....Small little place with friendly faces...The cookie flavors rotate and have something for everyone...we went with a 4 pack...Butterfinger-Chocolate Chip-Peanut Butter and Lemon Glaze....and they are big to say the least...The cookies were all good, but as the name says...they do crumble...not a cookie you can munch on while driving home...just not our cup of tea...I guess is personal preference for us but that wont stop us from bringing the Grand Kids back to pick something out...They will love them, and I can see why they are so popular. read more

The only reason we went to Crumbl cookies was to buy cookies for my daughter who is a big fan of this place. I have to admit, the cookies are huge and smell & taste delicious This review is more for the attitude of the manager of the store. I was buying a set of 4 cookies for my daughter's party. The first surprise was the tip the cashier asked. I did tip them $2 for an order of $15. When we got our order, I requested them to pack the cookies in separate individual paper bags or boxes (because the middle school girls are fond of getting their individual packs). At my request, the manager who was at the back of the store yelled at the top of her voice - "No more than 1 bag or 1 box". When I requested her for 3 more bags or boxes, she rudely responded that they charge 25 cents per extra box. And that was after I had already tipped them $2. At this sudden altercation, the entire store was staring at her and us, and we were like - "Seriously?". We silently took our cookie box and walked out of the store. I think the manager of the store needs to attend the Customer Service lessons 101 class. I would not return to this store. read more

The cookies are MASSIVE! If you're not much of a sweet tooth person, you'll be more than fine with just one cookie. We had to try several, and of those pictured, my favorite is the Milk Chocolate Chip cookie; it's so gooey and chocolatey. My least favorite are the Fried Ice Cream cookie and the Cotton Candy cookie. For some reason, I assumed the Fried Ice Cream cookie would taste like actual ice cream. The icing to cookie ratio was too heavy for my taste, but they were still pretty tasty if not overtly sweet. The Lemonade cookie was interesting. I didn't dislike it, but I wouldn't say I liked it either. I'm thinking it has its particular niche of people who genuinely enjoy it. The Old Fashioned Doughnut was also a bit of a miss for me. It wasn't bad; it simply wasn't to my liking. Lastly, the Walnut Fudge Brownie; I mean, with a name like that who wouldn't like it. The staff was really friendly, and our order didn't take long either considering they were pretty slammed. All things considered, the price per cookie is fair considering the size of the cookies themselves, and I was a fan of two of the six cookies we purchased. My husband ordered Crumbl as a little surprise for me one night over the weekend. We had no idea how HUGE these cookies were, so naturally he ordered a dozen. The cookies are so big, and they are absolutely delicious!! And a dozen for two people was way too many, not that either of us complained about extra cookies!! My favorite was red velvet and peanut butter. My husband loved the sugar cookie but it was a little too sweet for me. We also had a chocolate caramel which was very good too! He had them delivered and ordered ice cream with it, the only ice cream flavor they had at the time we ordered was the biscoff which was good. When I had first looked into Crumbl I thought it seemed expensive, but after seeing how big these are, and how delicious they are, the prices aren't too bad! Also the delivery option is super convenient, especially for a late night weekend craving something sweet like we were. Parents had a dozen cookies delivered on our anniversary and I was _shocked_ at how amazing they were. The first one I had was the PB choc chip and at first bite I thought it was one of the best cookies I ever tasted, until I tried the other 2 that were even better: dulce de leche and Samoa. It's rare to find a cookie that has so much thought and complexity applied to it: sweet/salty, various components and textures. I hate hard cookies and these had a soft ("Crumbl-y") texture that was in between a cookie and a cake. Can definitely make a mess but we didn't let the crumbs go to waste (maybe to waist?) I've been a Tiff's Treats fan for a decade+ but these are in a completely different league. The best cookies thus far in Austin! I first was gifted with a box of Crumbl cookies by my sister in Houston. My fiancé and I are a huge fan after our first bite! They always rotate flavors weekly but their signature milk chocolate chip cookie flavor is a staple on their menu. My only wish is that they make the almond cranberry cookie permanent on their cookie menu! Step aside Tiffs Treats, Crumbl has become my new favorite cookie shop in town. This is not your average cookie. They are about an inch thick and served warm or chilled, depending on the variety. Warmed chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookies and on Crumbl's permanent menu but the rest rotates weekly. The store is clean and they have a display that shows exactly what each cookie looks like and their size. Once decisions are made, the order can be placed on their touch screen kiosk. Today we got a box of four cookies including two of the chilled cookie and cream, a molten chocolate, and a chocolate chip. Although all were good, we agreed that the chocolate chip was our favorite. This Weeks Cookie Review for May 11th- 17th!!! All these cookies are perfectly Flavored, Moist, and Delicious!!! Chilled Cookies and Cream Milkshake- FINALLY!!! That's the way their past oreo Cookie should've been!!! Served Chilled. Was Amazing!!! It even had Oreo cookies in the cookie itself! Highly Recommend!!! Chocolate Chip- No explanation needed. It's great as always and served warm. Red Velvet- Very Good. "Supposed " to be served chilled. Was not chilled like the Oreo one. Seemed room temperature really... Either way. It was delicious. Chocolate Caramel- Really good. Served Warm. Hurry and eat it when it's served cause that caramel starts to become thicker. But still good. They do also have their new Peanut Butter cookie which I've decided not to get that this week. Seemed a bit too plain. I've had their other cookies where the cookie was Peanut Butter and there was something else on top of it. And it is definitely packed with flavor! Not a bad thing at all. Came here during the grand opening at 9pm and woowza they were STILL crowded. The line was past the torchy's door! They have AMAZING customer service and they knew just the speed to produce for the crowd. Literally you go up and order, wait 3-5 minutes at the delivery counter, and your out! Now I went in expecting a normal sized cookie and its HUGE. The cost of the cookie TOTALLY makes sense if you compare it to size and quality. Now it was a grand opening and the cookies were very fresh. Personally I didnt think it was the type of chocolate chip cookie that you should eat fresh. I did love that it was able to keep its form with a very doughy center. They used some different tasting ingredients that I'm very interested in learning what they used. The chocolate chip is different than your traditional semi sweet chip and had a toffeeish? Taste to it. We got 2 free chocolate chips and waited a bit to eat our second one. It sat/chilled for an hour or so and was very delicious! That's the clue to the tastiness. I ordered the 4 rotating flavors as well and took a bite out of each. YUM. These were tasted about a day after purchase. We were too full after the other cookies and dinner. The lemon I was expecting a dull lemony taste in normal cookies, but HU! You definitely can taste the lemon in this one. It was an amazing savory taste. The churro is a snickerdoodle with some sort of frosting on top. The first bite with the frosting was mindblowing, it really does taste like a churro!! I ate the cookie separately and you really get a nice crunch and snickerdoodle out of it. You really dont need milk with this one. Smores: it seems like a chocolate/brownie with chocolate chip and marshmallow on top! Definitely can see why it is a crowd pleaser. Pbj: I was looking forward to this all day! Then I found out it was raspberry jelly. I'm not really a fan of raspberry jelly, so I was very nervous. This one is a peanut butter cookie with a pb&j frosting on top. This one was my favorite out of all 5 cookies. I said I was nervous about the raspberry, but it wasnt as raspberry sour as I was expecting. It really made the cookie unique. Would I have taken grape over raspberry on this cookie? Nope. Hope you enjoy! A lot of people were comparing this place to tiff's treats. I'll be honest, I'm one of those people who will take Crumbl over Tiff's! I really like Crumbl but lately, the quality and customer service at this location has been lacking. I ordered online and went inside the store and was helped last out of all of the people that had come in behind me. The cashier was extremely friendly but the manager or older woman on duty was unapproachable and just leaned on the counter while watching the younger kids do the work. Just a bit disappointed with this visit, and to top it all off there was frosting all over the exterior of the box and it was supposed to be a birthday gift for a family member. We picked it up and the bottom of the box smeared frosting all over the interior of my car :/ ... hope for better in the future :) P.S. The cookies were amazing though!!! read more

After having a taste of these cookies I wanted to order some for myself. I decided to go with peach cobbler cookie, waffle, chocolate chip and s'mores. I will say they were all tasty. I enjoyed the s'mores the most. They are very large cookies so they will last sometime or not if you have a craving for sweets!! Lol I ordered online and set a time for curbside pick-up. When I arrived I sent a text letting them know I was there and I didn't wait at all. The employee came out with a mask and was super friendly. Good morning Before I get into the bad quality of the cookies I would like to address the long wait. When we initially had gotten there I notice that the 3 or 4 people of front us ordered their cookies and had their orders within 5 or 8 minutes upon ordering. I ordered my cookies and we waited nearly 20min and literally watched about 5 to 6 people that ordered behind us receive their purchase before we did. I am not a very confrontational person but, we was tired and had a 45min drive ahead of us so, I went to make my way to the counter and my order magically was ready. No apology or explanation for my long wait. So, after we had gotten home and relaxed, we decided to finally try these along waited cookies. The cookies was doughy.
