Management is hostile and toxic. As seen in the other review, the owners make excuses for mistakes and for employee behaviors. They often make mistakes with orders and then blame the customers. Just go to Twisted Sugar at Baseline and Signal Butte. They have much better customer service, work more efficiently and happily, have cheaper pricing and a more extensive menu. read more

I may have came in at a bad time, but the girls behind the counter were so annoyed or clearly upset by the little girls in there. The girl who took my order, straight up looked right over me to talk to her friend before taking my order or acknowledge me. My drink has 2 extra ingredients aside from the soda itself and it was definitely not a 50/50 spilt - tasted very much like 1 flavor. I've definitely had better customer service/acknowledgment at other locations, but this was my first time in this one. Hope it was just a lemon moment but definitely lacking in both product and service tonight. read more

I'm not a huge soda drinker, so I can't say too much about the drinks here. I've had a few drinks and they've been good, but it's a very occasional thing for me. The real reason I come here are the treats. The first time I had a cookie here, I knew it wouldn't be the last. Their sugar smash cookies are so buttery, slightly chewy yet crumbly, and taste magnificent. The frosting reminds me of those lofthouse cookies from the grocery store, but so much better. They run a cookie of the month that always sounds so good that I have to come in and get one, and at least on one occasion (their store anniversary), they had a whole list of special cookies that almost put me into bankruptcy. My favorite that I've had so far is the dole whip cookie, which tasted so much like dole whip that I questioned whether the frosting was just pinapple puree. Speaking of which, they do occasionally have dole whip and it's worth a trip for me. Recently, they've been making cinnamon rolls as well and it's one of the best I've had in Arizona. It's worth getting one bright and early when it comes fresh out of the oven - the frosting is amazing and the roll itself is stuffed full of cinnamon and the dough is soft and chewy. We ordered a child's size (tiny as expected) and three small which were huge; My kids couldn't finish them. Mom to the rescue. One of our cones was dipped in butterscotch which was a little more difficult to bite thru than I expected. This is a place I stop by from time to time. To be honest with, I don't drink soda hardly at all anymore. But I do like their cookies. And I usually stop in on a particular theme day like Star Wars day. It's a fun place with bright colors and fun employees. I personally enjoy watching parents go nuts trying to keep track of their kids all hyped up on sugar. Soda Rush has three locations and a food tuck that cruises around town. They are family owned and will cater and do events. The make all sorts of fancy sodas using a variety of flavors. But you can't get a a soda without getting one of their popular cookies. They have cookies that they offer regularly and they make some that go with the seasons. I like to stop in when they do the nerdy cookies like Baby Yoda and Shark Week. Soda Rush is very active and does a lot of good things in the community. This location has a drive-thru if you don't want to get out of your car. read more

I have already used up two whole punch cards. that should give you a general idea of how much i love and hate this place. I am absolutely obsessed with their cookies and special drinks that come out! I'm such a sucker for secret menu items or new things to try and talk about. My absolute favorite and usual go to are the chocolate chip cookies the sugar smash which IMO is 100% better than Sodalicious' sugar cookies and for drinks either the yabba dabba dew or the not up mamas choc milk. I am really intrigued and shockingly have not tried their butter brew drinks yet unfortunately but will update once i have tried them both. I also love to stop by when they have dole whip in their locations because if you don't have the time or money to go to Disneyland this is as close to an alternative if you need a few minutes to daydream as you enjoy some dole whip! I really hope someday that they come out with the packages of premise cookie dough for their chocolate chip cookies but i will keep hoping and praying they do! read more

We walked in around 9:30 and they close at 10. We just came from having dinner and decided to try this place for dessert Customer service: excellent!!! 11 out of 10 for sure. Everyone was super nice and had a smile on their faces! The girl even handed my toddler her icecream which she ended up dropping and the girl was nice enough to grab her another one. Orders: I got the coconut limeade which was good, sister got their flavored sodas and cookies! OMG! Their brownie cookie is to die for! I will def go back when I'm on the area just to get their cookies!!!! Soooo good! The whole vibe of the shop is amazing! So many backdrops for Instagram shots and the customer service cannot be beat. Not only do I get Soda Rush all the time because it's conveniently located near my house, I love how great they are. Lily is absolutely the best! She is always pleasant and happy and always gets the drinks right!!! Her suggestions for new drinks are spot on. If you don't know what you need, she does. I love this place and I love these people. If you like mixed sodas, cookies, and cinnamon rolls, this is the place. Fun, friendly, tasty and refreshing. Cold specialty soda on a hot day makes everything just a little bit better. They have a great drive thru which makes the whole thing easier. I recommend the peanut butter cookie with chocolate frosting and for an awesome Dr Pepper drink, the Diet Wolverine with coconut cream added. It is fantastic! read more

I am a faithful soda rush customer. But every time I come and Kate is working she is so condescending. All of their workers are very kind but Kate is always rude. I was in the drive thru (practically the only one) for over 15 minutes. And then she was "confused" by my order. I ordered 2 drinks and gave 2 reusable tumbler cups. She did not understand why there were 2 tumbler cups even tho I ordered 2 drinks. She said it was store policy that she cannot dump an energy drink into the tumbler. In a world where we are transitioning to reducing waste and helping the environment why not dump the energy drink in the tumbler???? Every time I go she's makes things so difficult. Ok, I have to start by saying that I LOOOVE the cookies at Soda Rush. This place is (dangerously) within walking distance from my house. I frequent Soda Rush a couple of times per week, but the pushy up selling they do every time I'm there is getting very annoying. When I order exactly what I want and say "that's all, thank you" but they continue to rattle off other options that I should get and then add "are you sure I can't get you something else to go along the with that drink or cookie".... it's starting to turn me off. I feel like they should honor the customer's words when they say "that's all, thank you". There's a fine line between encouraging your customers to try a delicious treat and being just plain pushy & borderline rude. read more

I wait 4 minutes at least before i even get acknowledged... then dude in green t thirst with a baseball hat says I'll be with you in a few... then proceeds to take out his cell phone in front of me and text a few messages before he even takes my drink order... I've been here so many times I've lost count. It's right by my house, so super easy to make frequent stops here. ;) I've visited other soda shops around town and this one is hands down the best. First, it's family owned, and the owners are super sweet and friendly, as are all their staff. Their shop is decorated so cute! It's a great place to hang out with friends and chat for a long time.
