My turn to review this charming little cookie shop. Right when you walk in everyone there is super friendly. The store is crystal clean, the cookies for the week are displayed at the cash register. This weeks flavors for the last week of December are, pineapple whip which is there chilled cookie it is amazing vacation in your mouth. The next cookie is the cosmic brownie, which looks like the brownie but does not taste artifical, the next cookie the snickerdoodle not a huge fan of that one the frosting is good but the cookie for me is just eh. The chocolate chip was really good, and the butter cake was also tasty. The price is steep a 6 pack will set you back 24 bucks but the cookies are so big and sweet you can cut them in half or even fourths. Im super glad we tried this place and prob will not buy a 6 pack again but most def go in and buy a cookie or two from now on. My husband and I get Crumbl cookies almost every other week because we love them so much. The flavors always change which makes it exciting to see what's new. We love to buy a 4-pack and cut each cookie up in 1/4's so that everyone we are sharing with can get a taste of each cookie. Cookies are delicious and service is quick! But the past few times I have ordered from this location 1 or 2 out of the 4 cookies I ordered were undercooked very doughy in the center and falling apart. For example the s'mores cookie from last week, the marshmallow wasn't even melted and the center was all dough. I placed an order for curbside pickup on July 18th for 1 cookie, which was $5 plus a $2 tip. When I arrived, I notified them I was there in the app. I waited about 20 minutes, then called the store multiple times and left several messages, but no one answered or returned my call. I would have walked in, but I had 2 sleeping toddlers in the car and no stroller, so I left an additional message stating that I was leaving and expected a refund after 45 minutes of waiting. I have called every day since then and left several messages, but again, no one answered or returned my call. Finally, today, on July 26th, someone answered. I explained what happened, and she said she needed to get the shift manager. She came back on the phone and stated that they would issue a refund, which is great, but it would have been nice if she had also extended an apology. This is an ongoing issue with this location as it has happened twice before. I place my order in the app for curbside pickup, and no one brings out the order. The only difference is that the 2 times prior, I would call, they would answer and bring my order out shortly after. Needless to say, I will not be returning and will be following up on my refund. *Update* I did speak to support via the chat feature, and they did apologize and make it right. I will not be returning to this location but am willing to give another location my business thanks to support. read more

I was in the area and I thought I'd give this place another try. Big mistake. I placed and order for curbside pick up, since I'm recovering from surgery and walking can be difficult at times. I checked in for my order at 12:34 pm and finally at 12:51 pm I walked inside to get it myself. Oh and when I checked in I was 1st in line so there should have been minimal wait. There were 4 employees I could see and 1 customer. The girl asked for my name, prepared my cookie, and just handed it to me. There was no thanks come again and no apology for making me wait forever for my order. The customer service sucks and half the time the cookies are raw. This was the last straw. Next time I'm craving something sweet I'll go else where. read more

I took my granddaughter over to the store in Redlands to try out the cookies. It was a little "Stepford Wife" when we walked in and everyone working lifted their heads up at the same time to murmur a lackluster "Welcome to crumbl" and all the heads went back down at the same time. No one else was in the store but it took the young lady at the counter a few minutes to greet us and when she did, she asked, "Which cookie do you want?" I said, "I'd like to get a dozen, this is our first time here, we'd like to take some home to the family." To which she responded, "Which one?" Again, I said, "I'd like a dozen." She asked, "The party pack?" I said, "I don't know, I've never been here before." She walked away from me. After a few seconds, she turned back around and I told her I just wanted two of each flavor that day. She rang it up, and I asked to get a $10 gift card too. She flipped the screen around and said, "Here, put in your tip." I did not tip. That seemed to annoy her, then she pointed to the window and said, "Stand over there, they'll bring it out to you." I said ok. A few minutes later, a different young lady brought a huge box out and said, "Here's your items!" and she opened the lid. Without a word, she cried, "OH! NO!", grabbed the box and walked away. We stood there wondering what was going on, but I watched her and she sprinkled some stuff on the chocolate dirt cookies and then smashed in a gummi worm. Then she brought them back. "There! All better!" I thanked her and we left. So, we got two chocolate chip...both were underbaked in the middle (practically raw) but the outside crumbled to pieces. We got two banana...one of the cookies on top looked like someone had already taken a bite out of it. The banana cookies were very good, actually. We got two red velvet with white chocolate chips. No flavor, crumbly, underbaked also. The majority of those two were thrown away. We also got two pink sugar cookies. WOW -- the cookie was flavorless but the pink icing had a very healthy dose of almond extract. YUCK. The two chocolate dirt cake cookies were the same, flavorless, even the "dirt" had no taste, but the gummi worms were very good. The two peanut butter cookies were scarfed up by little kids and they enjoy anything, but to be fair they must have at least tasted good because both were completely eaten. Those and the banana cookies were the only ones that were deemed "really good". The others were partially tried and then thrown in the trash. For the cost of the cookies, they should have been a lot better. McDonald's chocolate chip cookies are more flavorful and are usually handed out the window with a smile and a nice Thank you! All of these cookies were just kind of shoved at us and the only greeting they were served with was a Stepford Wife robotic sing-songy "welcome" and absolutely nothing when leaving. First visit to this place will be our last. I don't understand the ranting and raving about how great the cookies are here, so maybe we hit a bad baking day; it would not be worth it to return for us to discover that it's always like our first experience -- exorbitant prices and a "demand" for a tip with very unfriendly attitude. I'm not a pastry chef or anything but I like to bake cookies during the holidays for my family & friends. I had heard about this place on social media & wanted to give it a go. Walking in it had a nice boutique style reminiscent of Casey's Cupcakes. My husband & I decided on the 4 pack, 2 milk chocolate chip, one buckeye brownie & one chilled sugar. Upon leaving we broke into the choco chip cookie, it was under baked. I like my cookies to be crispy on the outside & chewy in the middle not mushy. I'm not a fan of cookie dough & when I bite into a cookie I'm expecting it to be cooked all the way through. I don't think I'll be coming back here. The best place to get an excellent cookie is from Levain in New York, softball size cookies that are crispy outside & chewy in the middle. read more

Looking for a late night dessert place, we tried Crumble Cookies. I thought they had ice cream things and cookie things, after going in we realized it was only cookie options, so a bit disappointed. We decided to try the cookies, so, they have 6 flavors per week that change every week apparently. They are about 4.50 each or you can get a 4 pack for about 15$. So we did that and chose the cinnamon teddy graham cookie, the classic chocolate chip cookie, the peanut butter and jelly cookie and the watermelon cookie, all are huge and all are delicious!! Really soft, moist, great flavor and cutely decorated! We dug in and I forgot to take a pic at first. Also cute pink box packaging, little pricey for cookies though, seems like a lot of the price goes to that packaging. Really good though and open til midnight on Friday... which is great for after dinner or whatever!!! read more

I was so excited to see a Crumbl Cookies come into town since i'd see them all over tik tok. I googled to see the closest one & surprisingly they were opening one up right in Redlands. So excited I went with my roommate and we got a box of 12.... Sadly! Did not meet expectations. The banana one I got was sour and was more like a pie...not a cookie! Then the sugar cookie (can't go wrong but definitely turned for the worst) had a lack of flavor and just tasted like flour. No sweetness to it at all! Then I tried the chocolate one & that one was okay but really dry & crumbly. Sad to say not the best cookies. **sigghhh** oh well! I was worried that I was going to have a new fave cookie spot but nope! I'll stick to cookie corner just down the ways! Nothing beats those delicious soft and chewy cookies filled with flavor. THOSE are some amazing cookies with some GREAT service!!!! Can't go wrong with those when they're homemade; Support small businesses, they're always a lot better anyways! never again will I cheat on my go to cookie place!! Haha I don't understand the hype of this place. Definitely expected a lot more and received A LOT less! Don't waste your money here, try out cookie corner if you want BIG delicious cookies that are worth what you pay for. First off why would you have mini cookies on display if they are for catering only. They would do way better if they sold them for regular in store orders. Crumbl boxes filled with cookies were given as a gift to my husband's work about a month ago. My husband is a chocolate chip cookie connoisseur and has decided these are the BEST! As a result, we have come here to order cookies and have given them as gifts. (Also bought more chocolate chip cookies for my husband.) Every person has stated how much they love them! These cookies are amazing. They were warm, soft, and buttery. They are not overly sweet either. They may be a bit pricey but the are pretty big so I think it evens out. My kids loved them and we will definitely be coming back for more soon. read more

I tried the birthday cake cookie and coconut lime and wow...the birthday cake cookie literally tastes like a birthday cake!! So amazing and such great flavor all while being soft just the way I like it!! The coconut lime I wasn't sure about at first because usually I don't like those types of different flavors let alone on a cookie but oh my goodness it tasted so good!!
