Dubai chocolate brownie is so good! It's probably my favorite next to the cookie butter cookie which tastes more like a cake

Crumbl is ALWAYS a delicious experience. The desserts are always incredible and fresh. I enjoy every time we go there. I saw this place trending on TikTok and glad I decided to try it out! The staff is always nice and helpful and greets me with a smile. The ordering process is very simple. You use a kiosk to order and if you need assistance, the staff is happy to help. The place is very modern, but also very cramped. There is nowhere to sit on the inside at all. It is literally a grab and go type of place. I have had the regular chocolate chip cookie, a turtle cheesecake, a biscoff cookie butter cookie, and more from there and they have never disappointed. The menu does change weekly, so be prepared for that. Overall, I do highly recommend Crumbl to satisfy your sweet tooth! read more

The people were nice and there weren't any issues but the cookies don't taste good at all. Seriously. I got a lemon cookie and it tasted like the la croix version of desserts (someone breathed essence of lemon on it) and then the chocolate chip cookie tasted like any other mass produced chocolate chip cookie from the grocery store. The thin cookies are amazing. I am glad they served them however this needs to be on the menu every day.

I hate Crumbl being in Renton because I had this vision of a successful diet and then Crumbl opened up. This location tests my willpower. It is a very small location that fills up quickly, but in the half a dozen or so times I've been there (yea, willpower isn't really my strong suit around cookies) I have found they move fast. The employees don't really interact with people much save to say a name, flash the cookies, close the box, and hand it off. I do wish that they would allow for at least five seconds to look over the cookies but often it seriously is a flash. Since it only bit me once - a cookie that was supposed to have this maple frosting between two cookies had no frosting on one but they remembered the other! - I'm largely understanding but double check once I step outside. The cookies are so good. There's bound to be something for anyone with a sweet tooth. I find some to be too sweet, but my best friend loves each one. Now that Crumbl has dropped the "Cookie" to become more of a dessert bakery I'll be interested to see what they do differently! read more

Two things that bring to down from five stars- lack of friendliness of young lady at the register and how dirty the screen was for typing in my name with what appeared to be cookie dough bits and dirt. There were 12-13 employees cranking out cookies in the back but took us about five minutes (with just one person in front of us) to order our single cookie. Picked chocolate chip as a classic choice. I prefer dark chocolate but milk chocolate is the standard. The place was hopping- lots of people ordering and picking up orders of boxes. The cookie was warm and had a nice texture just a bit too sweet for me with the milk chocolate. It's in a nice area with lots of other businesses. Parking is a bit tricky. The rest of the place appeared clean just not the register screen at the front. read more

Sooooooo honestly I was a little disappointed with my strawberry cookie... if you see the picture they went a little skimpy with the strawberry glaze...BUT my husband insists that since it's Bobby Wagner store I can't give it less then 5 stars haha. I'm a silver standing Crumbl client so I've had it a time or two.. most the time their cookies are consistent and a fun treat to share with the kiddos.. I'm so glad there's a location in Renton now! am extremely disappointed with my experience. I went to the Renton location only to find they were out of the cookies I specifically wanted. There was no notice online and nothing in the app to indicate they were low or out of stock. I didn't place an order ahead of time because I wanted to walk in and grab what I came for. Instead I had to waste more of my time and gas driving to another location (Bellevue) just to order. This is frustrating and unacceptable. If you're going to hype up limited-time flavors then you need to keep your locations properly stocked. Crumbl needs to do better. read more

I had a very disappointing experience with Crumbl. I placed two separate orders, both of which I expected to pick up from the Covington location. When I arrived, they only had one order. I then realized that after placing the first order, the app had switched my pickup location to Renton without me noticing. The manager at Covington was kind and advised me to call the Renton location to cancel and request a refund. I called around 10:40 and spoke with a woman who immediately dismissed my situation, saying "boo hoo" and that there was nothing she could do since it was "human error." She told me I would either have to drive to Renton or just "learn to take the loss." When I asked to speak with a manager, she claimed she was the manager. I then asked to speak with someone above her because her tone was becoming rude and unprofessional. She refused to give her name and told me to contact corporate before abruptly hanging up. Crumbl cookies are tasty but pretty standard, what really sets a location apart is the customer service. Unfortunately, this experience left a bad impression. The new location looks nice they have digital ordering which I don't really care for, you already know people are touching them tablets n eating right away without washing they hands...I chose to go directly to an associate.
