Walked in as I was in the mood for a cookie. Worker not super warm. He explained menu on wall and cookies on shelf right there. I wasn't sure if these were the actual cookies or these were only for display. They didn't look very appealing. There was a Dubai chocolate one that looked good but it was regular price plus $1.50 and IMO $6 is too much for a cookie. Oh well I don't think I'm a CRUMBl girl. read more

TLDR: Large delicious cookies at a price. Easy online, counter, kiosk, and app ordering and pick-up. Crumbl has declined over the years. The cookies used to be cheaper and larger. Now they are about $5 per cookie. I wish anyone could purchase the smaller cookies, but those are only available for catering. Crumbl still has new flavors each week. The flavors do start to taste about the same, with an occasional new flavor. Yes it is hard to always have new and unique flavors often. However, there is room for more creativity, new combinations, and stronger flavors. This week I tried the s'mores, chocolate cupcake, strawberry milk, and apple cider. The strawberry milk and apple cider were the best. The s'mores needed more marshmallow and the chocolate cupcake was dry and overly sweet. My favorite Crumbl cookie is the pina colada they offered in the past. Overall, we will continue occasionally visiting Crumbl but only for special occasions. read more

This my favorite place to get chocolate chip cookies. I came in on Tuesday 1/30 for a cookie after the gym and the terminals weren't working right. I'd swipe my card and the terminal icon would just spin. We tried a couple of times on one terminal then went to another terminal and tried again typing in my card number manually, even switched to another card. Each time the terminal icon just spun around. The nice person that helped me couldn't figure out what was happening, so she gave me a free cookie for my troubles. Two days later, today, guess what, five (5) transactions show up on my two cards. I went back to the store and their system had no record of the multiple transactions. Another nice person tried to help me but there was nothing she could do ... so she gave me a card for some free cookies which I appreciate, but I was disappointed there was no record in their system, even though my online banking apps clearly showed the multiple hits. This is still my cookie store, but next time, if the system doesn't take my card on the first try, I won't keep trying. read more

Love their app. Makes ordering so simple and quick. However, picking up from this location isn't as intuitive as I expected. As I drove around I could not find the designated curbside pickup area at all. Finally just figured I'd pull next to building (made an educated guess and I was right). Still ZERO curbside pickup signage ANYWHERE. As I was pulling up an employee darted out and I had to hit my brakes bc she was crossing the driveway to go somewhere. She turned to look at me as she was in the middle of the lane and 1-2 feet in front of my grill and continued to go. Of course pedestrians have a right-of-way, but she didn't even wave to thank me for letting her go or even wave to apologize for her blatant disregard for checking for my presence there. Seriously, she was 1-2 feet from the front of my car as I was approaching. No warning bc the door flung open and she immediately stepped out without looking! Close call. Then I acknowledged through the app I was there. I could see another employee there working. I was on a conference call so I couldn't easily jump in to get my order. (Hence why I chose the curbside pickup option.) No one came. So I wondered if I was in the wrong spot!? So I kept my car running and ran inside through the front door to get my order. Someone was literally walking to the counter to bring them to me so I got them from them. Overall, cookies were accurate , packaging simple and fairly quick. Signage needs to be there, and simple directions on where to go and pull up would be helpful. Each location is different so each location should customize their instructions- and be specific! read more

Finally gave Crumbl a second chance once new cookies were posted on the site and it was worth it. We tried the strawberry pretzel cookie 8/10, brownie cookie 7/10, banana cream pie cookie 6/10 & the blueberry cheesecake 9/10. The strawberry cookie just needed more strawberries & it def would have been a 10. The brownie cookie would have been a lot better if it was served warmer - it was room temperature. I added ice cream to mine and that turned it up a notch! The blueberry cheesecake was delish as is & the banana cookie - well I'm not crazy about banana flavored sweets but my husband enjoyed it. Oh yeah, the cookies and cream + chocolate chip cookies were okay 5/10, I wouldn't order them again. I like that they have the self order option inside the shop. Cookies are a bit pricey but considering the size of them, I guess that's how they justify it. I cannot eat a whole cookie in 1 sitting, so they're def big enough to share. It was also a plus to see staff in there making the cookies vs them being pulled out of frozen bags. I haven't seen a location that allows you to sit in and enjoy your sweet treat, but that added addition may be a bonus! The mystery cookie(s) don't stay around too long, so if you find one you like, better get to it quick!! read more

Bad customer service, bad experience and I cannot reach out to the store and get a response through email so here I go online. Went into this new store for the first time yesterday with my two year old and it wasn't a great experience. I used the kiosk to order and shortly after they called my name to get my four cookies and ice cream. The girl working the front had the box open but I didn't see if the cookies were right- not sure if it was my two year old distracting me or what- but I got the wrong cookie order. I realized when I got to the car and I went back in and tried to show the texted receipt and the girl who helped me said she would fix it but wasn't paying attention. She walked to the back of the store and threw away my ent@crumbl.com and again brought me the wrong cookies(second time). When I tried to show her my receipt to correct my order she took the box back and swapped out for the right one and another male employee said "it doesn't say sugar cookie on her order". Please see screen shot of my order attached. Third try finally got the cookie order correct with no sort of apology or excuse for what had happened or the inconvenience of having to return to the store. The entire experience was frustrating and just bad customer service. Maybe it's a new store and employees are still getting trained but I won't be back for expensive cookies anytime soon. Hope they get their contact us email address right because they aren't the "Raleigh" Crumbl location and the email ncsixforksstation@crumbl.com doesn't work either. read more

Listen, I am a fan of all things good! I am in even greater fan of all things great! I have always thought these cookies were great! But I recently found out that they don't necessarily use the most authentic and best sourced ingredients and I was heartbroken! I have issues with hypothyroidism which means that white sugar is pretty much like poison to me! I just wish they used raw sugar or all natural ingredients ! So in terms of taste I give them a five star , but in terms of quality for the money I will have to give them a three-star. But if the ingredients don't really matter to you try them you would love it! I can only have them every once in awhile, again because of the ingredients !
