After getting a late dinner, my friend and I wanted some dessert. Crumbled was on the way home. I placed an online order at 10:12pm for the 4-pack. We got 2 milk chocolate, 1 molten lava, and 1 chocolate covered strawberry. The 4 pack was $13.95. We arrived about 2-3 minutes after placing the order and it wasn't ready yet. It was clean inside and not busy at all. The wait for receiving the cookies was short. We both only ate 1 cookie that night and one the next morning. They were soft and DELICIOUS. I will say that the cookies weren't hot or warm. I highly enjoyed the icing on the chocolate covered strawberry cookie. Strawberry is my favorite flavor and it did not disappoint! All in all, the cookies fulfilled our desires. The staff were friendly. No complaints, really, besides the appearance on the icing of my chocolate covered strawberry cookie. read more

I love the rotating menu idea, it keeps it fresh and wanting to go back. I got the strawberry shortcake and it tasted just like the Kellogg's strawberry cereal. Which I like so I loved it. The cornbread was a little dry and not a ton of flavor. Their cream cheese frosting is pretty heavy. I recommend going here when you see a awesome looking flavor and really want to try it. It can be expensive when you get a lot of them. Their staff is very friendly which earns bonus points. Definitely the best cookie place in town! My daughter finally convinced me to take her to Crumbl Cookies. She has been watching all the hype on Tik Tok and found a cookie that caught her eye on the weekly menu. The Minions themed Dirt Cake Cookie. When we arrived, there was a short line which quickly grew with customers pouring in to sample this week's new creations. The staff were mixing and assembling dough for cookies just like the minions. The kitchen is open so you see all the magic happen. There are samples of the menu at the cashier's kiosk to help make a well informed decision. We decided on a 4 pack box. My daughter chose the dirt cake, chocolate chip, banana cream and I wanted to try the moon cake. $15 for 4 cookies is a splurge. I would not indulge like this again. My daughter was anxious to try her cookie and we sat outside. All the tables were full of you guessed it. Cookie crumbles. My daughter boasted that the cookie was warm. She enjoyed it. It was super soft and the chocolate chips melted down nicely. I enjoyed the moon cake cookie at home. It was flavorful, moist and the creme filling was excellent. I did not enjoy the banana cream. It tasted like chemicals. The cookie batter wasn't tasty and the cookies are way too soft and cake like. If they had some crunch to them or crisp, I might have enjoyed them more. I can't say I would come here again. The value doesn't match the price. The concept is cool and the pink boxes are beautiful but that's about it. read more

Updating my review since Crumbl cookies has gone down hill since it opened. We used to love the cookies served here, but they have changed. The size has shrunk, the prices increased, and many of them now taste the same and are way too sweet. I understand that offering new flavors each week comes with challenges. Some of the flavors are bound to taste the same. However, more and more it seems that the base vanilla cookie is the same with differences in toppings or frosting color/flavor. Similar with the chocolate base cookies. All of the dough has a good cake texture. Minimal toppings and ample sweet frosting lays on top of the cookies. They are best eaten with a fork rather than picking them up. Occasionally they have a flavorful cookie, like the pina colada one. Typically though they just taste like sugar and are overpoweringly sweet. Most recently we wanted to try the wedding cake flavor. When we think wedding cake, we think of a delicate vanilla cake with an almond flavor. The wedding cake cookie here was their basic cookie covered in raspberry frosting. We unfortunately bought several of them and did not like them. I wish they clarified on the website that they were raspberry cookies not wedding cake. Overall, we still like some of their cookies, but only for an occasional treat due to their hit or miss flavors and high prices. read more

Went to Crumbl on one of their grand opening nights; it was super busy and the wait was about 20 minutes but we returned again the following weekend, ordered for curbside, and saw there was no line inside. We have tried multiple cookies - peanut butter, chocolate chip, Neapolitan, cinnamon fry bread, caramel apple, and classic sugar. Our favorites are always the ones served warm, the Neapolitan and Cinnamon Fry Bread have been my top two so far. There's another chain that serves warm cookies that are good when warm but aren't always great as leftovers. These still hold up the next couple days, so the warmth isn't hiding the quality. They are very thick cookies - some flavors taste and have the texture of a scone/cookie mix. The boxes they serve the cookies in are super cute, nice for gifting as well. Give it a try! read more

I received amazing customer service on Saturday February 24th. I placed a drive up order for 6 tres leches for my family. First let me say the cookies or should I say cake is delicious. So much so my family shared 2 earlier in the week but everyone was requesting more before the menu changed. Anyway my order was delayed a few minutes because they had sold out and only had half of my order and promptly offered substitutions. No big deal I had to wait ten minutes and manager was so apologetic and even thorough in an extra cookie.
